Abstract

背景技术
现有的工业烟尘的除尘方式包括脉冲式布袋除尘器、旋风除尘器、水除尘器、高压静电除尘器这几种,分别具有如下缺点:
脉冲式布袋除尘器:除尘效果比较好,该过滤器是以纤维织造物或填充层为过滤介质的除尘装置,透气性差,滤袋表面粘附和聚集起一定厚度的烟尘,通过控制反吹阀,他清灰不彻底,风阻大,所以它体积特别大,制造和运行成本比较高。
旋风除尘器:除尘是靠离心力除尘,对粒度大的质量重除尘效果比较好,对于小的和质量比较轻的除尘效果不好。
水除尘器:占地面积大,投资大,易污染环境。
高压静电除尘器:设备投资大,运行和维护费用高,清灰比较麻烦。

实现本实用新型目的的一种新型连续式滤网除尘器,包括密闭的框型机架,所述框型机架的内部四角分别设置有一个支撑轮,四个支撑轮的外层的外部被同一条滤网套紧。所述滤网上均匀分布有若干过滤通孔。其中一个支撑轮通过皮带连接驱动电机。位于两侧的滤网的内侧各设置有一个滚轮式清扫刷,位于两侧的滤网的外侧各设置有一个吹风管。
本专利所述的一种新型连续式滤网除尘器,将其安装在烟气排气管道上,开启驱动电机,当烟气排出时,会被滤网过滤,烟尘会吸附在滤网的过滤通孔内,再被滚轮式清扫刷清扫粘附在滚轮式清扫刷上,同时被吹风管从滤网上吹落,经过滤后的烟气才可排出室外。

如图1所示,本实用新型的一种新型连续式滤网除尘器,包括密闭的框型机架1,所述框型机架1的内部四角分别设置有一个支撑轮2,四个支撑轮2的外层的外部被同一条滤网5套紧。所述滤网5上均匀分布有若干过滤通孔。其中一个支撑轮2通过皮带4连接驱动电机3。位于两侧的滤网5的内侧各设置有一个滚轮式清扫刷7,位于两侧的滤网5的外侧各设置有一个吹风管6。
本专利所述的一种新型连续式滤网除尘器,将其安装在烟气排气管道8上,开启驱动电机3,当烟气排出时,会被滤网5过滤,烟尘会吸附在滤网5的过滤通孔内,再被滚轮式清扫刷7清扫粘附在滚轮式清扫刷7上,同时被吹风管6从滤网5上吹落,经过滤后的烟气才可排出室外,当滚轮式清扫刷7上粘附烟尘颗粒过多时,只需拆下来清洗一下即可。
进一步的,所述滤网的材质,可以是化纤的,也可以是金属的,也可以是其他材料的。不管何种材质,都具有通透性好,风阻小,运行成本低,设备体积小,投资省等优点。
进一步的,在除尘过程中,因为清灰方便,使得在工作的滤网始终是干净清新的,通透率高风阻小,提高了除尘率。
进一步的,这种装置可以多次重复叠加使用,如果该装置并联使用可以提高总通气量,即使用同样目数的滤网。如果该装置分组串联使用,可以提高除尘器的除尽效果,即使用多层逐级变细的滤网,先滤掉大的颗粒,再逐级滤掉更细小的颗粒,这样除尘效果更好。
