背景技术
目前魔芋酱的制作过程主要如下:在精炼机内将魔芋精粉、酱料(豆瓣酱或水果丁等适合做成酱料的物料)和水搅拌糊化,静止1.5小时,精粉充分容胀后,将凝固剂氧化钙溶液与其充分快速混匀,最后通过赋形设备定型后,再通过切断设备切成块状即可。目前在魔芋酱精炼工序中,凝固剂氧化钙一般直接撒入到罐体内进行拌匀,其添加过程不能保证均匀分布,这样会影响物料最终凝固均匀效果,另外物料进入定型槽体的速率较慢,影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种用于魔芋酱生产中的精炼装置,能够使得凝固剂氧化钙在物料中均匀分布,同时提高物料进入定型槽体的速率。

优选地,所述旋转刮平装置包括旋转盘,所述旋转盘底部均匀设有多个刮杆,所述旋转盘顶部与旋转电机底部输出轴连接,旋转电机顶部通过升降板固定于伸缩杆底部伸缩端。
优选地,所述螺旋输送装置包括输送筒体,所述输送筒体内水平设有转动轴,所述转动轴上设有螺旋叶片,转动轴输入端与第一摩擦轮连接,第一摩擦轮的轮面与第二摩擦轮的轮面接触,第二摩擦轮与伺服电机输出轴连接。
优选地,所述精炼机包括搅拌罐体,所述搅拌罐体内设有第一搅拌装置,搅拌罐体上设有魔芋精粉进料口、酱料进料口和进水口,搅拌罐体底部出料口上设有第一阀门。
优选地,所述搅拌箱内设有第二搅拌装置,搅拌箱上设有氧化钙加料口和加水口,搅拌箱出料口上设有第二阀门。

优选地,所述旋转刮平装置9包括旋转盘9.1,所述旋转盘9.1底部均匀设有多个刮杆9.2,所述旋转盘9.1顶部与旋转电机9.3底部输出轴连接,旋转电机9.3顶部通过升降板9.4固定于伸缩杆9.5底部伸缩端。当旋转电机9.3工作后,会带动旋转盘9.1转动,从而使得刮杆9.2随之转动,从而将定型槽体8内的物料快速刮平以及分散均匀;另外通过伸缩杆9.5的伸缩可以控制升降板9.4的高度,从而控制刮杆9.2离物料的距离。在本实施例中,伸缩杆9.5可以选用气缸伸缩杆结构或液压伸缩杆结构。
优选地,所述螺旋输送装置2包括输送筒体2.1,所述输送筒体2.1内水平设有转动轴2.2,所述转动轴2.2上设有螺旋叶片2.3,转动轴2.2输入端与第一摩擦轮2.4连接,第一摩擦轮2.4的轮面与第二摩擦轮2.5的轮面接触,第二摩擦轮2.5与伺服电机2.6输出轴连接。伺服电机2.6工作后可以带动第二摩擦轮2.5旋转,从而使得第一摩擦轮2.4也随之旋转,进而带动转动轴2.2旋转,最终使得螺旋叶片2.3转动,实现螺旋输送的功能。另外当螺旋叶片2.3转动受阻后,第一摩擦轮2.4和第二摩擦轮2.5能够形成打滑现象,这样有效避免烧毁伺服电机2.6。
优选地,所述精炼机1包括搅拌罐体1.1,所述搅拌罐体1.1内设有第一搅拌装置1.2,搅拌罐体1.1上设有魔芋精粉进料口1.3、酱料进料口1.4和进水口1.5,搅拌罐体1.1底部出料口上设有第一阀门1.6。
优选地,所述搅拌箱6内设有第二搅拌装置6.1,搅拌箱6上设有氧化钙加料口6.2和加水口6.3,搅拌箱6出料口上设有第二阀门6.4。

本实施例工作原理如下:
从魔芋精粉进料口1.3、酱料进料口1.4和进水口1.5中分别向搅拌罐体1.1投入对应的物料,然后在搅拌罐体1.1内可以通过第一搅拌装置1.2将魔芋精粉、酱料和水搅拌糊化,静止1.5小时,精粉充分容胀后,打开第一阀门1.6,将物料通过出料口放入到螺旋输送装置2的输送筒体2.1内,伺服电机2.6工作后可以带动第二摩擦轮2.5旋转,从而使得第一摩擦轮2.4也随之旋转,进而带动转动轴2.2旋转,最终使得螺旋叶片2.3转动,实现螺旋输送的功能;在输送过程中,打开第二阀门6.4,输送泵7启动,将凝固剂氧化钙溶液通过输送管5抽送至主管4内,然后均匀分散至均布支管3内,最终从均布支管3进入到输送筒体2.1内,使得氢氧化钙溶液与物料充分快速混匀,然后快速放料至定型槽体8内;通过伸缩杆9.5的伸缩可以控制升降板9.4的高度,从而控制刮杆9.2离物料的距离,然后旋转电机9.3工作会带动旋转盘9.1转动,从而使得刮杆9.2随之转动,从而将进入定型槽体8内的物料快速刮平以及分散均匀;然后旋转电机9.3停止工作,静待混合物料冷凝成块状即可;后续再通过切断设备切成块状即可。

1.一种用于魔芋酱生产中的精炼装置,包括精炼机(1),其特征在于:所述精炼机(1)出料口下方水平设有螺旋输送装置(2),所述螺旋输送装置(2)的输送筒体(2.1)顶部设有多个开口并通过多个均布支管(3)与主管(4)连接,所述主管(4)通过输送管(5)与搅拌箱(6)出料口连接,输送管(5)上设有输送泵(7),输送筒体(2.1)末端与定型槽体(8)侧部开口连接,所述定型槽体(8)上方设有旋转刮平装置(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于魔芋酱生产中的精炼装置,其特征在于:所述旋转刮平装置(9)包括旋转盘(9.1),所述旋转盘(9.1)底部均匀设有多个刮杆(9.2),所述旋转盘(9.1)顶部与旋转电机(9.3)底部输出轴连接,旋转电机(9.3)顶部通过升降板(9.4)固定于伸缩杆(9.5)底部伸缩端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于魔芋酱生产中的精炼装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋输送装置(2)包括输送筒体(2.1),所述输送筒体(2.1)内水平设有转动轴(2.2),所述转动轴(2.2)上设有螺旋叶片(2.3),转动轴(2.2)输入端与第一摩擦轮(2.4)连接,第一摩擦轮(2.4)的轮面与第二摩擦轮(2.5)的轮面接触,第二摩擦轮(2.5)与伺服电机(2.6)输出轴连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于魔芋酱生产中的精炼装置,其特征在于:所述精炼机(1)包括搅拌罐体(1.1),所述搅拌罐体(1.1)内设有第一搅拌装置(1.2),搅拌罐体(1.1)上设有魔芋精粉进料口(1.3)、酱料进料口(1.4)和进水口(1.5),搅拌罐体(1.1)底部出料口上设有第一阀门(1.6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于魔芋酱生产中的精炼装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌箱(6)内设有第二搅拌装置(6.1),搅拌箱(6)上设有氧化钙加料口(6.2)和加水口(6.3),搅拌箱(6)出料口上设有第二阀门(6.4)。
