背景技术
绕丝盘安装到绕丝机旋转轴上时，一般采用轴上的锥面定心，通过压盘的平面进行轴向定位，由于压盘的平面和轴上的锥面相对位置时固定的，当两者的位置与绕丝盘的对应位置存在误差时，会出现定心不准或绕丝盘靠不紧压盘的现象，影响正常绕丝，压紧力度大时，甚至会将绕丝盘顶破。为此，我们提出了一种用于焊丝盘自定心弹性浮动装置投入使用，以解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于焊丝盘自定心弹性浮动装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种用于焊丝盘自定心弹性浮动装置，包括旋转轴，所述旋转轴的左端部套接在滑动锥套内，所述旋转轴的两侧壁对称设置有梯形连接件，所述梯形连接件通过螺栓与压盘连接，所述旋转轴的左端位置处设置有环形槽，所述环形槽内设置有压缩弹簧，所述压缩弹簧一端设置在旋转轴上，另一端抵靠在滑动锥套上。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：通过将旋转轴的左端部套接在滑动锥套内，在旋转轴的两侧壁对称设置梯形连接件，梯形连接件通过螺栓与压盘连接，在旋转轴的左端位置处设置环形槽，在环形槽内设置压缩弹簧，且压缩弹簧一端设置在旋转轴上，另一端抵靠在滑动锥套上，使得外力将绕丝盘往压盘侧面顶时，绕丝盘的内圈先与滑动锥套的锥面接触，滑动锥套受弹簧力作用，产生阻力，两个相反的力相互作用，起到将绕丝盘定心的作用，外力继续压缩压缩弹簧，将绕丝盘顶到压盘的侧面，起到轴向定位的作用，滑动锥套既可以起到定心的作用，又不会阻止绕丝盘靠紧压盘。

工作原理：使用时，通过将旋转轴1的左端部套接在滑动锥套2内，在旋转轴1的两侧壁对称设置梯形连接件3，梯形连接件3通过螺栓4与压盘5连接，在旋转轴1的左端位置处设置环形槽，在环形槽内设置压缩弹簧6，且压缩弹簧6一端设置在旋转轴1上，另一端抵靠在滑动锥套2上，使得外力将绕丝盘7往压盘5侧面顶时，绕丝盘7的内圈8先与滑动锥套2的锥面接触，滑动锥套2受弹簧力作用，产生阻力，两个相反的力相互作用，起到将绕丝盘7定心的作用，外力继续压缩压缩弹簧6，将绕丝盘7顶到压盘5的侧面，起到轴向定位的作用，滑动锥套2既可以起到定心的作用，又不会阻止绕丝盘7靠紧压盘5。
