Several alternatives are provided below with respect to the interconnection of the earphone connection 110 and the neck strap connection 150. Referring to fig. 10 to 12, in one embodiment, the earphone connecting portion 110 and the neck strap connecting portion 150 are connected by a snap-fit connection. The earphone connecting portion 110 is provided with a clamping hole 1102, the neck strap connecting portion 150 is correspondingly provided with a buckle 1202, the buckle 1202 can be selected as a pressing buckle, when the earphone connecting portion 110 is required to be connected with the neck strap connecting portion 150, a user can press the clamping hole 1102 and place the clamping hole 1102 into the buckle 1202, then the user loosens the clamping hole 1102, the clamping hole 1102 can be locked in the buckle 1202 at the moment, the clamping hole 1102 is prevented from automatically falling, and the connection is firm. When the earphone connecting part 110 needs to be separated from the neck strap connecting part 150, the user can press the clamping hole 1102 and take the clamping hole out of the buckle 1202, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 15 to 17, in one embodiment, the earphone connecting portion 110 is connected to the neck strap connecting portion 150 by a screw. The earphone connecting part 110 is provided with internal threads 1103, the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with external threads 1203, when the earphone connecting part 110 and the neck strap connecting part 150 need to be connected, the external threads 1203 only need to be screwed into the internal threads 1103, and the connection is firm; when the earphone connecting part 110 and the nape-band connecting part 150 need to be separated, the external thread 1203 is only required to be screwed in the opposite direction to separate the earphone connecting part from the internal thread, and the operation is convenient and flexible.
The connection mode is a physical structure connection between the earphone connection part 110 and the neck strap connection part 150, which ensures that the earphone connection part and the neck strap connection part can be connected into a whole. When the two are connected, it is also necessary to electrically connect the battery unit 151 with the earphone circuit board 1136. Several ways of electrically connecting the earphone connecting portion 110 and the neck strap connecting portion 150 are provided below, and it should be understood that the form of electrical connection between the earphone connecting portion 110 and the neck strap connecting portion 150 can be set according to actual needs, and is not limited to the following form.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in an embodiment, the earphone connecting portion 110 is provided with an earphone connecting post 1111, and the earphone connecting post 1111 is connected to the earphone circuit board 1136; the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with a hollow neck strap connecting post 1211, and the neck strap connecting post 1211 is connected with the battery circuit board 1512 of the battery unit 151. When the earphone connecting part 110 is connected with the nape belt connecting part 150, the earphone connecting post 1111 is inserted into the through hole of the nape belt connecting post 1211, and the battery unit 151 and the earphone circuit board 1136 are electrically conducted through the matching connection of the earphone connecting post 1111 and the nape belt connecting post 1211; when the earphone connection part 110 is separated from the neck band connection part 150, the earphone connection post 1111 is separated from the neck band connection post 1211.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, in one embodiment, the earphone connecting portion 110 is provided with an earphone connecting terminal 1112 connected to the earphone circuit board 1136, and the earphone connecting terminal 1112 may be a copper connecting terminal; the neck strap connecting portion 150 is provided with a flexible metal sheet 1212 connected to the battery cell 151, and the flexible metal sheet 1212 may be a flexible copper sheet. When the earphone connecting part 110 is connected with the neck strap connecting part 150, the earphone connecting terminal 1112 is in contact with the flexible metal sheet 1212, and the battery unit 151 is electrically conducted with the earphone circuit board 1136 through the matching of the two; when the earphone connection part 110 is separated from the neck band connection part 150, the earphone connection terminal 1112 and the flexible metal piece 1212 are separated from each other. Preferably, the number of the earphone terminals 1112 is three, respectively, a VCC (power supply voltage) terminal, a GND (ground) terminal, and a DATA terminal; the number of the flexible metal sheets 1212 is three, and the flexible metal sheets are respectively connected to the three earphone connection terminals 1112.
Referring to fig. 15 to 17, in one embodiment, the earphone connecting portion 110 has a first connecting pillar 1113 connected to the earphone circuit board 1136, and the first connecting pillar 1113 is preferably a metal connecting pillar; the neck band connection part 150 is provided with a second connection column 1213 connected to the battery cell 151, and the second connection column 1213 is preferably a metal connection column. When the earphone connecting portion 110 is connected to the neck strap connecting portion 150, the first connecting post 1113 abuts against the second connecting post 1213, and the battery unit 151 is electrically connected to the earphone circuit board 1136 through the cooperation of the two connecting posts; when the earphone connector 110 is separated from the neck band connector 150, the first connection pole 1113 and the second connection pole 1213 are separated from each other. In order to ensure that the first connecting column 1113 is not damaged by impact when the first connecting column 1113 abuts against the second connecting column 1213, the damping sponge 1114 is sleeved on the surface of the first connecting column 1113, and preferably, the damping sponge is inserted into the first connecting column 1113 slowly, so that a good buffering effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 20 to 22, in an embodiment, the earphone connection portion 110 is provided with an earphone interface 1115 connected to the earphone circuit board 1136, and the earphone interface 1115 is preferably a 2.5mm earphone interface, and can charge the earphone battery 1137 and transmit signals to the earphone circuit board 1136; the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with an earphone plug 1215 connected with the battery unit 151, when the earphone connecting part 110 is connected with the neck strap connecting part 150, the earphone plug 1215 is inserted in the earphone interface 1115, and the battery unit 151 is electrically conducted with the earphone circuit board 1136 through the matching connection of the earphone plug 1215 and the neck strap connecting part; when the earphone connector 110 is separated from the napestrap connector 150, the earphone plug 1215 is separated from the earphone interface 1115. Of course, the headset interface 1115 may be other types of interfaces, and is not limited to the above; the headphone jack 1215 can be other types of jacks and is not limited to the above.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned physical and electrical connection of the earphone connection portion 110 and the neck strap connection portion 150 may be combined as required, so as to obtain a connection structure satisfying different requirements. Several configurations of the earphone connection 110 and the neck band connection 150 are provided below, but not limited to the following design.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a first embodiment:
the earphone connecting part 110 is provided with an earphone connecting column 1111 connected with an earphone circuit board 1136, and a first magnetic attraction contact member 1101 is sleeved on the surface of the earphone connecting column 1111; the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with a neck strap connecting post 1211 connected with the battery unit 151, the neck strap connecting post 1211 is hollow, a second magnetic attraction contact element 1201 is sleeved on the surface of the neck strap connecting post 1211, and the second magnetic attraction contact element 1201 is wrapped with an annular magnet 1200. In order to protect the above components better, the neck strap connecting portion 150 further has a housing 1220, the ring magnet 1200 is accommodated in the housing 1200, one end of the second magnetic contact element 1201 and the neck strap connecting post 1211 is accommodated in the housing 1220, and the other end thereof extends out of the housing 1220 to facilitate connection with the earphone connecting portion 110. When the earphone connecting part 110 is connected with the neck strap connecting part 150, the first magnetic contact element 1201 and the second magnetic contact element 1201 are connected in a magnetic adsorption manner, and the earphone connecting column 1111 is inserted into the neck strap connecting column 1211, so that the battery unit 151 is electrically conducted with the earphone circuit board 1136; when the earphone connector 110 is separated from the napestrap connector 150, the user is only required to forcibly separate the napestrap 12 connector 120 from the earphone connector 110 while the earphone connection post 1111 is separated from the napestrap connection post 1211.
Referring to fig. 8 to 12, the second embodiment:
the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with a shell 1220, a flexible metal sheet 1212 connected with the battery unit 151 is arranged in the shell 1220, and two opposite sides of the shell 1220 are provided with push type clamping holes 1102; the earphone connecting portion 110 has an earphone connecting terminal 1112 connected to the earphone circuit board 1136, and a fastening hole 1102 is formed at a position of the earphone connecting portion 110 corresponding to the pressing type fastening hole 1102. When the earphone connecting portion 110 is connected to the neck strap connecting portion 150, a user can press the clamping hole 1102, place the clamping hole 1102 into the buckle 1202, then release the clamping hole 1102, at this time, the clamping hole 1102 is locked in the buckle 1202, and the earphone connecting terminal 1112 is in contact with the flexible metal sheet 1212, so that the battery unit 151 and the earphone circuit board 1136 are electrically conducted through the cooperation of the two; when the earphone connection 110 is separated from the neck strap connection 150, the user presses the card hole 1102 and removes it from the buckle 1202, and the earphone connection 1112 and the flexible metal sheet 1212 are separated from each other.
Please refer to fig. 13 to 17, embodiment three:
the earphone connecting part 110 is provided with a first connecting post 1113 connected with the earphone circuit board 1136, the surface of the first connecting post 1113 is sleeved with a damping sponge 1114, meanwhile, the earphone connecting part 110 is also provided with an earphone connecting part fixed in the front shell 1132, and the connecting part is internally provided with internal threads 1103; the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with a second connecting column 1213 connected with the battery unit 151, the second connecting column 1213 is externally sleeved with a neck strap connecting part, the outer surface of the connecting part is provided with an external thread 1203, and one end of the second connecting column 1213 and the external thread 1203 is contained in the casing 1220, and the other end extends out of the casing 1220. In order to ensure more convenience for the user in operation, the surface of the housing 1220 is further provided with a stripe 1221, which can increase friction when the user connects the neck strap connection part 150 with the earphone connection part 110. When the earphone connecting portion 110 is connected with the nape-band connecting portion 150, the external thread 1203 is only required to be screwed into the internal thread 1103, and at this time, the first connecting post 1113 abuts against the second connecting post 1213, and the battery unit 151 is electrically conducted with the earphone circuit board 1136 through the matching of the two; when the earphone connecting portion 110 is separated from the nape-band connecting portion 150, the external thread 1203 is only required to be screwed in the opposite direction to separate the external thread from the internal thread, and the first connecting post 1113 and the second connecting post 1213 are separated from each other.
Please refer to fig. 18 to fig. 22, in a fourth embodiment:
the earphone connecting part 110 is provided with an earphone interface 1115 connected with the earphone circuit board 1136, the neck strap connecting part 150 is provided with an earphone plug 1215 connected with the battery unit 151, one end of the earphone plug 1215 is accommodated in the casing 1220, and the other end extends out of the casing 1220. When the earphone connecting part 110 is connected with the neck strap connecting part 150, the earphone plug 1215 is inserted into the earphone interface 1115, the electric conduction between the battery unit 151 and the earphone circuit board 1136 is realized through the matching connection of the earphone connecting part 110 and the neck strap connecting part 150, and meanwhile, the earphone connecting part 110 and the neck strap connecting part 150 are firmly connected; when the earphone connector 110 is separated from the napestrap connector 150, the earphone plug 1215 is separated from the earphone interface 1115.

Claims (11)

1. A neckband earphone, comprising: comprises a wireless earphone component and a neck strap;
the neck strap is provided with two neck strap connecting parts and a battery unit, and the two neck strap connecting parts are arranged on the neck strap and are connected with the battery unit;
the wireless headset assembly comprises a left headset and a right headset which can be worn and used independently;
the left earphone and the right earphone are both provided with earphone connecting parts, and the earphone connecting parts are detachably connected with the neck strap connecting parts;
the left earphone and the right earphone can be worn for use when being connected with the neck strap.
2. The neck strap earphone according to claim 1, wherein: the neck strap comprises two connecting lines and a collar;
the two connecting lines are connected with the neck ring, and the free ends of the two connecting lines are connected with the neck strap connecting part;
the battery unit is disposed in the collar.
3. The neck strap earphone according to claim 1, wherein: the battery unit comprises a battery and a battery circuit board, the battery is connected with the battery circuit board, and the battery circuit board is connected with the neck strap connecting part.
4. The neck strap earphone as recited in claim 3, wherein: the battery is a rechargeable battery, and the battery circuit board is provided with a charging connecting part;
or,
the battery is a replaceable battery, the battery unit further comprises a battery box, and the battery is arranged in the battery box.
5. The neck strap earphone according to claim 1, wherein: the neck strap is also provided with a control unit at least used for controlling the wireless earphone component;
the control unit is connected with the battery unit, and the control unit is connected with the neck strap connecting part.
6. The neck strap earphone as recited in claim 5, wherein: the control unit is provided with a volume control key;

the control unit is provided with a mode key for controlling the working mode of the wireless earphone component;

the earphone connecting part is provided with a first magnetic suction contact piece, the neck strap connecting part is provided with a second magnetic suction contact piece, and the first magnetic suction contact piece and the second magnetic suction contact piece are connected in a matched mode;
or,
the earphone connecting part is provided with a buckle, the neck strap connecting part is provided with a clamping hole, and the buckle is connected with the clamping hole in a matched mode;
or,
the earphone connecting part is provided with an internal thread, the neck strap connecting part is provided with an external thread, and the internal thread is matched and connected with the external thread.
9. A neck strap earphone as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the left earphone and the right earphone are both provided with earphone circuit boards and earphone batteries, and the earphone circuit boards are provided with wireless communication modules;
the earphone battery and the earphone connecting part are connected with the earphone circuit board.
10. The neck strap earphone according to claim 9, wherein: the earphone circuit board is also provided with a knocking sensor for sensing the knocking of a user and controlling the wireless earphone component;
