请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,包括箱体1,箱体1的侧面固定连接有进水管2,进水管2的表面固定连接第一阀门3,箱体1的另一侧面固定连接有出水管4,箱体1的底部开设有与出水管4相适配的孔,出水管4的高度低于进水管2,且出水管4低于液体层下表面,出水管4的表面固定连接有第二阀门5,通过设置进水管2和出水管4,使箱体1底部注入液体层,箱体1的侧面固定连接有过滤网6,箱体1的侧面开设有与过滤网6相适配的凹槽,且凹槽的内壁固定连接有过滤网6,箱体1 的底面固定连接有万向轮7,通过设置万向轮7和箱体1,使装置便于移动,箱体1的侧面固定连接有保护罩8,箱体1的内壁固定连接有进气管9,进气管9的一端固定连接有空心管10,空心管10的表面开设有圆孔,且圆孔开设于空心管10的下表面,箱体1的内壁固定连接横板11,横板11的上表面开设有圆孔12,横板11的上表面通过圆孔12固定连接有圆锥桶13,圆锥桶13 的内壁固定连接PP棉过滤层14,通过设置液体层和PP棉过滤层14,使气体进行初步除去粉尘,圆锥桶13的上表面固定连接有连接板15,连接板15的侧面固定连接有箱体1,连接板15的侧面固定连接有滑槽16,滑槽16的内壁滑动连接有夹板17,夹板17的内部活动连接有活性炭层18,夹板17的上表面和下表面均开设有透气孔,且夹板17的内壁开设有与活性炭层18相适配的槽,箱体1的内壁固定连接有固定板19,固定板19的下表面固定有紫外灯20,固定板19的上表面固定连接电动机21,电动机21输出轴的表面固定连接有轴承22,轴承22的表面固定连接有卡板23,电动机21输出轴的侧面固定连接有转动杆24,转动杆24的一端固定连接有扇叶25,箱体1的侧面开设有圆槽,且圆槽的内径大于扇叶25的直径,且圆槽的内壁固定连接有保护罩8,通过设置电动机21和扇叶25,使进气管9和空心管10进入气体,通过设置活性炭层18和紫外灯20,使气体中细微颗粒和菌类除去,从而达到粉尘净化的效果。
工作原理:当粉尘净化处理柜装置使用时,启动电动机21,使电动机21 带动转动杆24和扇叶25转动,并使箱体1气体减少,使气体经过滤网6、进气管9和空心管10进入箱体1,使气体经过液体层上升经过PP棉过滤层14,进行气体初步过滤,气体经过活性炭层18和紫外灯20,除去气体粉尘和细菌,从而达到粉尘净化的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的侧面固定连接有进水管(2),所述进水管(2)的表面固定连接第一阀门(3),所述箱体(1)的另一侧面固定连接有出水管(4),所述出水管(4)的表面固定连接有第二阀门(5),所述箱体(1)的侧面固定连接有过滤网(6),所述箱体(1)的底面固定连接有万向轮(7),所述箱体(1)的侧面固定连接有保护罩(8),所述箱体(1)的内壁固定连接有进气管(9),所述进气管(9)的一端固定连接有空心管(10),所述箱体(1)的内壁固定连接横板(11),所述横板(11)的上表面开设有圆孔(12),所述横板(11)的上表面通过圆孔(12)固定连接有圆锥桶(13),所述圆锥桶(13)的内壁固定连接PP棉过滤层(14),所述圆锥桶(13)的上表面固定连接有连接板(15),所述连接板(15)的侧面固定连接有箱体(1),所述连接板(15)的侧面固定连接有滑槽(16),所述滑槽(16)的内壁滑动连接有夹板(17),所述夹板(17)的内部活动连接有活性炭层(18),所述箱体(1)的内壁固定连接有固定板(19),所述固定板(19)的下表面固定有紫外灯(20),所述固定板(19)的上表面固定连接电动机(21),所述电动机(21)输出轴的表面固定连接有轴承(22),所述轴承(22)的表面固定连接有卡板(23),所述电动机(21)输出轴的侧面固定连接有转动杆(24),所述转动杆(24)的一端固定连接有扇叶(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的底部开设有与出水管(4)相适配的孔,所述出水管(4)的高度低于进水管(2),且出水管(4)低于液体层下表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的侧面开设有与过滤网(6)相适配的凹槽,且凹槽的内壁固定连接有过滤网(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,其特征在于:所述空心管(10)的表面开设有圆孔,且圆孔开设于空心管(10)的下表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,其特征在于:所述夹板(17)的上表面和下表面均开设有透气孔,且夹板(17)的内壁开设有与活性炭层(18)相适配的槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉尘净化处理柜装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的侧面开设有圆槽,且圆槽的内径大于扇叶(25)的直径,且圆槽的内壁固定连接有保护罩(8)。
