与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,方便物料的持续添加,对物料进行导流,使其下落均匀,避免堆积,同时对物料进行过滤,将大颗粒的物料抽回重新破碎,使得物料颗粒均匀;
1.通过设置的四个螺旋状分布的导流片,在齿轮与卡块啮合接触下,通过齿轮带动导料盘在进料斗内转动,从而带动导流片的转动,对物料进行导流,同时活动环在活动槽内转动,保持导料盘的稳定运行;
2.通过设置的三角形结构的过滤网,使得物料在其自身的重力下被过滤,避免堆积,同时通过底部为弧形结构的导板与破碎辊的外侧接触,将破碎辊上残留的粉末刮除。

请参阅图1-4,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,包括罐体1、进料斗2、导料盘3、导流片4、活动环5、活动槽6、支撑杆7、卡块8、电机9、齿轮10、破碎辊11、导板12、过滤网13、出料口14、回料管15和吸风机16,罐体1的上端面安装有进料斗2,且进料斗2的中部设置有导料盘3,导料盘3内固定有导流片4,且导料盘3的外侧连接有卡块8,导料盘3的顶部边缘处安装有活动环5,且活动环5位于活动槽6内,活动槽6开设于进料斗2的底部边缘处,且进料斗2与罐体1的顶部之间固定有支撑杆7,电机9嵌入式安装于罐体1的上端面,且电机9的输出端连接有齿轮10,并且齿轮10与卡块8之间相连接,破碎辊11固定于罐体1内,且破碎辊11与罐体1顶部的内侧之间设置有导板12,并且导板12安装于罐体1的内壁上,罐体1底部的内侧固定有过滤网13,且过滤网13位于破碎辊11的下方,并且罐体1的底部开设有出料口14,罐体1的两侧安装有回料管15,且回料管15的上端位于导板12的上方,并且回料管15的下端位于过滤网13底部的外侧,吸风机16固定于回料管15上;
导流片4关于导料盘3的中心轴线对称设置有4个,且导流片4为螺旋状结构分布,方便通过导流片4对物料进行导流,使其均匀下落,避免物料下落太快影响破碎辊11的破碎效果,同时也避免了进料斗2内的物料堆积,方便加料;
活动环5与活动槽6之间构成转动结构,且活动环5的高度等于活动槽6的深度,使得导料盘3在转动时,活动环5可以在活动槽6内转动,从而保持导料盘3的稳定转动,同时保持导料盘3与进料斗2之间的密封性;
卡块8关于导料盘3的中心轴线等角度分布,且卡块8与齿轮10之间相互啮合,通过卡块8与齿轮10啮合接触,方便通过齿轮10和卡块8带动导料盘3的转动,对物料进行导流;
导板12的底部为圆弧形结构,且导板12的底部与破碎辊11的外侧之间相互贴合,使得导板12在对下落的物料进行导流的同时,可以与破碎辊11接触,将其外侧残留的物料刮除,避免堆积;
过滤网13为三角形结构设计,且过滤网13与破碎辊11之间共中心轴线,方便破碎辊11上掉落的物料均匀的分散在过滤网13的两侧,同时物料可以由自身的重力,在过滤网13上运行过滤。
工作原理:在使用该便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置时,如图1-3所示,首先通过上一道工序的传输带将物料传输至进料斗2内,同时启动电机9,电机9带动齿轮10的转动,通过齿轮10与卡块8的啮合接触,带动导料盘3在进料斗2内转动,同时导料盘3顶部的活动环5在活动槽6内转动,保持导料盘3的稳定运行,导料盘3带动其内部的导流片4进行转动,对下落的物料进行导流,使其均匀的落在破碎辊11上,同时通过支撑杆7对进料斗2的上半部分进行有效支撑,完成对物料的导流,方便其持续加料;
如图1和图4所示,下落的物料到达破碎辊11上,同时通过导板12对下落的物料进行承接,避免其掉落到别处,通过破碎辊11对物料进行破碎处理,破碎后的物料掉落至过滤网13上,由自身重力和过滤网13的作用对物料进行过滤,将颗粒较大的物料截留下来,然后通过吸风机16和回料管15将堆积在过滤网13底部的颗粒较大的物料吸到导板12上,再由导板12将颗粒较大的物料导流到破碎辊11上继续破碎,重复上述操作,提高物料的颗粒均匀度,然后物料掉落至出料口14处,进入下一道工序,需要说明的是,该装置中破碎辊11和吸风机16的安装和使用均为公知技术,在此不作赘述。
尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,包括罐体(1)、电机(9)、破碎辊(11)和吸风机(16),其特征在于:所述罐体(1)的上端面安装有进料斗(2),且进料斗(2)的中部设置有导料盘(3),所述导料盘(3)内固定有导流片(4),且导料盘(3)的外侧连接有卡块(8),所述导料盘(3)的顶部边缘处安装有活动环(5),且活动环(5)位于活动槽(6)内,所述活动槽(6)开设于进料斗(2)的底部边缘处,且进料斗(2)与罐体(1)的顶部之间固定有支撑杆(7),所述电机(9)嵌入式安装于罐体(1)的上端面,且电机(9)的输出端连接有齿轮(10),并且齿轮(10)与卡块(8)之间相连接,所述破碎辊(11)固定于罐体(1)内,且破碎辊(11)与罐体(1)顶部的内侧之间设置有导板(12),并且导板(12)安装于罐体(1)的内壁上,所述罐体(1)底部的内侧固定有过滤网(13),且过滤网(13)位于破碎辊(11)的下方,并且罐体(1)的底部开设有出料口(14),所述罐体(1)的两侧安装有回料管(15),且回料管(15)的上端位于导板(12)的上方,并且回料管(15)的下端位于过滤网(13)底部的外侧,所述吸风机(16)固定于回料管(15)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述导流片(4)关于导料盘(3)的中心轴线对称设置有4个,且导流片(4)为螺旋状结构分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述活动环(5)与活动槽(6)之间构成转动结构,且活动环(5)的高度等于活动槽(6)的深度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述卡块(8)关于导料盘(3)的中心轴线等角度分布,且卡块(8)与齿轮(10)之间相互啮合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于加料的改性铵油炸药生产用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述导板(12)的底部为圆弧形结构,且导板(12)的底部与破碎辊(11)的外侧之间相互贴合。
