背景技术
废气净化主要是指针对工业场所产生的诸如粉尘颗粒物、烟气烟尘、异味气体、进行治理的工作。常见的废气净化有工厂废气净化、车间粉尘废气净化、有机废气净化、废气异味净化、酸碱废气净化、化工废气净化等。工业生产排放的废气,常对环境和人体健康产生有害影响,在排入大气前应采取净化措施处理,使之符合废气排放标准的要求,这一过程称为废气净化。
目前对工业废气进行净化的过程中,净化效果有待提高,不能够满足废气净化的要求,同时一般才喷淋式净化装置无法会净化后的水进行回收再利用,造成了水资源的不必要浪费。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,包括EPA过滤板、紫外灯、壳体、储水腔、洗刷腔和下水管,所述壳体内部固定安装有第一隔板和第二隔板,第一隔板位于第二隔板的正上方,第一隔板底部与第二隔板顶部之间形成有洗刷腔,洗刷腔内侧底部通过支架固定安装有清洁毛刷,第二隔板底部与壳体内侧底部之间形成有储水腔,第一隔板的底部通过支架固定安装有喷淋板,喷淋板底部固定安装有若干雾化喷头,洗刷腔两侧内壁转动安装有第二转筒,第二转筒上固定安装有若干吸附板,洗刷腔内部设有清洗水,清洗水淹没至第二转筒的下表面,壳体一侧固定安装有第一电机,第一电机的输出轴贯穿至洗刷腔与第二转筒的安装转轴一端连接,第二隔板的顶部固定安装有下水管,下水管的底端贯穿至储水腔,壳体远离第一电机的一侧固定安装有注水管,注水管与储水腔箱连通,壳体一侧通过支架固定安装有抽风机,抽风机的出风端通过管道贯穿至洗刷腔内,壳体一侧设有水泵,水泵的进水端通过管道与储水腔连通,水泵的出水端通过管道贯穿至洗刷腔与喷淋板连接,第一隔板的顶部固定安装有两根通风管,通风管的底端贯穿至洗刷腔内,第一隔板的顶部固定安装有过滤管道,通风管的顶端位于过滤管道内部,过滤管道的顶端与壳体的内侧顶部连接,过滤管道的前后端内壁上转动安装有第一转筒,第一转筒的上固定安装有若干EPA过滤板,壳体的前端外表面固定安装有第二电机,第二电机的输出轴贯穿至过滤管道内与第一转筒的安装转轴一端连接,壳体的顶部固定安装有出风管,出风管的底端贯穿至过滤管道内。
作为本实用新型进一步地方案:所述喷淋板内部开设有腔体,喷淋板底部设有若干与腔体相通的通孔。

本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,通过雾化喷头形成水雾,对空气中的灰尘颗粒进行吸附沉淀,减少了空气中的有害物质,吸附板转动,对空气中的颗粒物质进行吸附,清洁毛刷25对吸附板18上的颗粒物质进行洗刷,减少了吸附板18上的颗粒物质残留,泥沙过滤层和活性炭过滤层对清洗水中的泥沙和其他颗粒物质进行过滤吸附,使得储水腔内的清洗水可以重新使用,节约了水资源,从而有利于减少了厂家的废气净化成本,紫外灯对空气进行杀毒灭菌,对空气进行进一步地净化,进一步地提高了净化效果,第二电机通过第一转筒带动EPA过滤板转动,便于EPA过滤板对空气中不易溶于水的有害物质进行吸附,从而再进一步地对空气进行过滤净化,再进一步地提高了净化效果,能够对废气中的VOC进行多次过滤,从而满足了废气净化要求。

请参阅图1~5,本实用新型实施例中,一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,包括出风管1、单向气流阀2、第一转筒3、EPA过滤板4、紫外灯5、过滤管道6、第一隔板7、喷淋板8、第二转筒9、抽风机10、第二隔板11、注水管12、壳体13、水泵14、储水腔15、第一电机16、洗刷腔17、吸附板18、雾化喷头19、通风管20、第二电机21、泥沙过滤层22、下水管23、活性炭过滤层24和清洁毛刷25,所述壳体13内部固定安装有第一隔板7和第二隔板11,第一隔板7位于第二隔板11的正上方,第一隔板7底部与第二隔板11顶部之间形成有洗刷腔17,洗刷腔17内侧底部通过支架固定安装有清洁毛刷25,第二隔板11底部与壳体13内侧底部之间形成有储水腔15,第一隔板7的底部通过支架固定安装有喷淋板8,所述喷淋板8内部开设有腔体,喷淋板8底部设有若干与腔体相通的通孔,喷淋板8底部固定安装有若干雾化喷头19,洗刷腔17两侧内壁转动安装有第二转筒9,第二转筒9上固定安装有若干吸附板18,洗刷腔17内部设有清洗水,清洗水淹没至第二转筒9的下表面,壳体13一侧固定安装有第一电机16,第一电机16的输出轴贯穿至洗刷腔17与第二转筒9的安装转轴一端连接,第二隔板11的顶部固定安装有下水管23,下水管23的底端贯穿至储水腔15,所述下水管23内设置有泥沙过滤层22和活性炭过滤层24,壳体13远离第一电机16的一侧固定安装有注水管12,注水管12与储水腔15箱连通,壳体13一侧通过支架固定安装有抽风机10,抽风机10的出风端通过管道贯穿至洗刷腔17内,壳体13一侧设有水泵14,水泵14的进水端通过管道与储水腔15连通,水泵14的出水端通过管道贯穿至洗刷腔17与喷淋板8连接,第一隔板7的顶部固定安装有两根通风管20,通风管20的底端贯穿至洗刷腔17内,第一隔板7的顶部固定安装有过滤管道6,通风管20的顶端位于过滤管道6内部,过滤管道6的顶端与壳体13的内侧顶部连接,所述过滤管道6的两侧内壁上均固定安装有紫外灯5,过滤管道6的前后端内壁上转动安装有第一转筒3,第一转筒3的上固定安装有若干EPA过滤板4,壳体13的前端外表面固定安装有第二电机21,第二电机21的输出轴贯穿至过滤管道6内与第一转筒3的安装转轴一端连接,壳体13的顶部固定安装有出风管1,出风管1的底端贯穿至过滤管道6内,所述出风管1上固定安装有单向气流阀2,使用时,抽风机10将需要净化的工业废气抽至洗刷腔17,水泵14将储水腔15内的清洗水泵入喷淋板8,通过雾化喷头19喷出,对空气中的灰尘颗粒进行吸附沉淀,减少了空气中的有害物质,与此同时,第一电机16驱动第二转筒9转动,带动吸附板18转动,对空气中的颗粒物质进行吸附,当吸附板18转动至第二转筒9下方时,清洁毛刷25通过清洗水对吸附板18上的颗粒物质进行洗刷,减少了吸附板18上的颗粒物质残留,洗刷腔17内的清洗水通过下水管23流至储水腔15,泥沙过滤层22和活性炭过滤层24对清洗水中的泥沙和其他颗粒物质进行过滤吸附,使得储水腔15内的清洗水可以重新使用,节约了水资源,从而有利于减少了厂家的废气净化成本,被初次净化后的空气由通风管20进入到过滤管道6内,紫外灯5对空气进行杀毒灭菌,对空气进行再一次的净化,进一步地提高了净化效果,第二电机21通过第一转筒3带动EPA过滤板4转动,便于EPA过滤板4对空气中不易溶于水的有害物质进行吸附,再进一步地对空气进行过滤净化,再进一步地提高了净化效果,被多次净化后的空气,由出风管1至于壳体13外部。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
抽风机10将需要净化的工业废气抽至洗刷腔17,水泵14将储水腔15内的清洗水泵入喷淋板8,通过雾化喷头19喷出,对空气中的灰尘颗粒进行吸附沉淀,与此同时,第一电机16驱动第二转筒9转动,带动吸附板18转动,对空气中的颗粒物质进行吸附当吸附板18转动至第二转筒9下方时,清洁毛刷25通过清洗水对吸附板18上的颗粒物质进行洗刷,减少了吸附板18上的颗粒物质残留,洗刷腔17内的清洗水通过下水管23流至储水腔15,被初次净化后的空气由通风管20进入到过滤管道6内,第二电机21通过第一转筒3带动EPA过滤板4转动,从而对空气不易溶于水的有害物质进行吸附,被多次净化后的空气,由出风管1至于壳体13外部。

1.一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,包括EPA过滤板(4)、紫外灯(5)、壳体(13)、储水腔(15)、洗刷腔(17)和下水管(23),其特征在于,所述壳体(13)内部固定安装有第一隔板(7)和第二隔板(11),第一隔板(7)位于第二隔板(11)的正上方,第一隔板(7)底部与第二隔板(11)顶部之间形成有洗刷腔(17),洗刷腔(17)内侧底部通过支架固定安装有清洁毛刷(25),第二隔板(11)底部与壳体(13)内侧底部之间形成有储水腔(15),第一隔板(7)的底部通过支架固定安装有喷淋板(8),喷淋板(8)底部固定安装有若干雾化喷头(19),洗刷腔(17)两侧内壁转动安装有第二转筒(9),第二转筒(9)上固定安装有若干吸附板(18),洗刷腔(17)内部设有清洗水,清洗水淹没至第二转筒(9)的下表面,壳体(13)一侧固定安装有第一电机(16),第一电机(16)的输出轴贯穿至洗刷腔(17)与第二转筒(9)的安装转轴一端连接,第二隔板(11)的顶部固定安装有下水管(23),下水管(23)的底端贯穿至储水腔(15),壳体(13)远离第一电机(16)的一侧固定安装有注水管(12),注水管(12)与储水腔(15)箱连通,壳体(13)一侧通过支架固定安装有抽风机(10),抽风机(10)的出风端通过管道贯穿至洗刷腔(17)内,壳体(13)一侧设有水泵(14),水泵(14)的进水端通过管道与储水腔(15)连通,水泵(14)的出水端通过管道贯穿至洗刷腔(17)与喷淋板(8)连接,第一隔板(7)的顶部固定安装有两根通风管(20),通风管(20)的底端贯穿至洗刷腔(17)内,第一隔板(7)的顶部固定安装有过滤管道(6),通风管(20)的顶端位于过滤管道(6)内部,过滤管道(6)的顶端与壳体(13)的内侧顶部连接,过滤管道(6)的前后端内壁上转动安装有第一转筒(3),第一转筒(3)的上固定安装有若干EPA过滤板(4),壳体(13)的前端外表面固定安装有第二电机(21),第二电机(21)的输出轴贯穿至过滤管道(6)内与第一转筒(3)的安装转轴一端连接,壳体(13)的顶部固定安装有出风管(1),出风管(1)的底端贯穿至过滤管道(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋板(8)内部开设有腔体,喷淋板(8)底部设有若干与腔体相通的通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述下水管(23)内设置有泥沙过滤层(22)和活性炭过滤层(24)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述过滤管道(6)的两侧内壁上均固定安装有紫外灯(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业废气处理用喷淋式VOC空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述出风管(1)上固定安装有单向气流阀(2)。
