背景技术
现有锂离子电池的隔膜设置隔膜上部余量与隔膜下部余量尺寸相同,上下是对称的,都≥1.5mm,经试验证明,由于现在工艺的电芯底部有胶纸贴住,电芯底部的极片和隔膜不容易变位,隔膜下部余量尺寸只需≥0.5mm安全性能可以达到原有水平,而现有工艺隔膜下部余量尺寸≥1.5mm不仅造成了隔膜材料的浪费,而且占用了电池内部的空间,使产生电能的极片容量变小。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种电芯隔膜预留边不对称的锂离子电池。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种电芯隔膜预留边不对称的锂离子电池,包括:电芯和电池外壳,电池外壳内注入电解液,电芯包括电芯极片和隔膜,电芯极片包括正极片和负极片,隔膜设在正极片和负极片之间并卷绕成电芯,所述的隔膜上部余量大于下部余量,隔膜下部余量在0.5mm至1mm之间,上部余量大于1.5毫米。
本实用新型的有益效果:由于隔膜上部余量大于下部余量,隔膜下部余量在0.5mm至1mm之间,上部余量大于1.5毫米,这样安全性在可以达到原有水平上,节省了隔膜材料,减少了隔膜材料的浪费,而且节省了电池内部的空间,使产生电能的正极片和负极片可加款一些,同样体积的电池外壳电量比传统的电池电量增大。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括:电芯和电池壳,电池壳由于是已有技术,在本图中省略。电芯包括电芯极片1和隔膜2,电芯极片1包括正极片和负极片,隔膜设在正极片和负极片之间并卷绕成电芯,所述的隔膜上部余量21大于隔膜下部余量22,隔膜下部余量在0.5mm至1mm之间,隔膜上部余量大于1.5毫米。隔膜上部余量就是隔膜上部宽出极片的尺寸,即电芯电极片上端到隔膜上端的尺寸,上端指设有极耳3的一端,另一端为电芯下端;隔膜下部余量22就是隔膜下部宽出极片的尺寸,即电芯电极片下端到隔膜下端的尺寸。这种隔膜上部宽下部窄的电芯结构为隔膜预留边不对称结构。由于隔膜上部余量大于下部余量,这样安全性在可以达到原有水平上,节省了隔膜材料,减少了隔膜材料的浪费,而且节省了电池内部的空间,使产生电能的正极片和负极片可加款一些,同样体积的电池外壳电容量比传统的电池电容量增大。
