传统的射灯已经逐步被LED射灯取代,但现有技术中LED射灯目前基本为塑料外壳,不具备散热器、散热盘等结构,但这样的结构不能有效的对射灯进行散热,且结构复杂、造价昂贵。

针对上述现有技术的现状,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,散热效率更高,且更安全的具有锥状散热器的LED射灯组。
为了实现上述目的,根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种具有锥状散热器的LED射灯组,包括灯壳、灯座及集成于灯座上的多个LED灯组,所述灯壳的侧面设置散热器,所述散热器的翅片围绕所述灯壳形成的锥状体的侧面设置,并且所述翅片沿着所述灯壳形成的锥状体的纵向方向延伸设置。
在上述的具有锥状散热器的LED射灯组中,散热器的翅片围绕所述灯壳形成的锥状体的侧面向外呈放射状设置。

灯壳100的侧面设置散热器110,所述散热器110的翅片111围绕所述灯壳100形成的锥状体的侧面设置,并且翅片111沿着所述灯壳100形成的锥状体的纵向方向延伸设置。
散热器110的翅片111围绕灯壳100形成的锥状体的侧面向外呈放射状设置。此设计能够确保整个LED的散热效率,确保足够的大尺寸的照明源安全工作。
将散热器110的翅片111竖向设置,且本实用新型中的散热器110采用铝合金或者导热硅胶制成,是以导热效果好。
同时,本实用新型中的散热器110的形状与灯壳100形状相适应,利用延展性和灯壳100侧面进行贴合,散热性好。
