背景技术
近年来,随着城市现代化、智能化进程的加快,在电缆入地工程的要求下,对电缆的产品质量和功能提出来越来越高的要求。现有电缆已经不能满足城市智能化的要求,市场急需要一种能够同时具有防水防腐、防火阻燃、防雷抗压、能够适应任何场合施工布置的电力电缆。由于电缆的易燃性、延燃性,一旦发生火灾危害严重,据不完全统计,全国近十年来发生因电缆着火蔓延成灾的重大事故逾百起,累计烧坏电缆32万多米,恢复重建工作耗资大、费时长,仅少供电量的损失就达100多亿元。电缆火灾事故还有其特殊的危害,那就是控制回路失效造成事故扩大,甚至损坏主设备,而且修复困难,长时间不能恢复生产。电力电缆是发电厂、变电站维持正常运行的重要组成部分,其作用是用来传输和分配电能。电力电缆是由芯线、绝缘护套及保护层等部分组成。为了能适应各种复杂的敷设环境,电力电缆都被设计成具有良好的绝缘性能、防火性能、防水性能、防腐蚀性能等,但是当电缆回路内发生过电流而导致电缆过热时,电缆的各项性能发生变化,继而产生火灾。
发明内容
为此,本实用新型提供一种防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,解决电缆防火、防水、防腐蚀等问题,且结构简单、成本低。
按照本实用新型所提供的设计方案,一种防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,包含导体,及依次设于导体外的绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层、隔离层、防火耐腐蚀层、阻燃层及外护套;所述防火耐腐蚀层包含依次由内向外设置的纵包铁箔和纵包铝箔。

因电力电缆在使用过程中,由于其本身具有易燃性、延燃性等特定,存在较大的安全事故,且电缆回路发生过电流时性能不稳定,因敷设环境容易潮湿及腐蚀。为此,本实用新型实施例,参见图1所示,提供一种防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,一种防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,包含导体,及依次设于导体外的绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层、隔离层、防火耐腐蚀层、阻燃层及外护套;所述防火耐腐蚀层包含依次由内向外设置的纵包铁箔和纵包铝箔。

本实用新型中,参见图1所示,导体由电阻率不大于0.01707Ω·mm2/m,断裂伸长率不小于40%的牌号为TU1铸造(M07)铜线坯或T1的热轧(M20)铜线坯经拉丝紧圧绞合而成,导体屏蔽采用不可剥离型交联绝缘内屏蔽料,绝缘采用稳定性比较好的交联聚乙烯绝缘料,绝缘蔽采用可剥离型交联绝缘外屏蔽料,屏蔽层采用绕包软铜带,隔离层采用绕包低烟无卤高阻燃带,防火阻燃、防水防腐蚀层采用纵包铁箔+纵包铝箔纸浸汞吹氧,阻燃层采用绕包低烟无卤高阻燃带,外护套氧指数不小于38的防紫外线、防鼠、防蚁、抗开裂的黑色无卤低烟阻燃A类聚烯烃护套材料。该电缆结构简单易行,成本低廉,具有无卤、低烟、阻燃、防紫外线、防火阻燃、防水、防腐蚀、防鼠、防蚁、抗开裂等特性;可广泛应用于城市电网、电站、医院、隧道、地铁等供电系统。
上述电力电缆制作工艺过程中,导体的拉丝铜杆可选用牌号为TU1铸造(M07)铜线坯或T1的热轧(M20)铜线坯,需符合以下技术要求:
1)直径 8.0±0.4 mm;
2)电阻率 ≤0.01707Ω·mm2/m;
3)断裂伸长率 ≥40%;
4)铜杆的其他性能应满足GB/T 3952-2016的要求。
拉丝过程采用13模滑动式铜大拉机组,拉制的单线伸长率不小于30%,单线电阻率最大值可设置为0.017230Ω·mm2/m。拉制单丝不允许出现氧化、发黑等现象,每盘圆单线为一整根,不允许焊接或扭结,装载不能过满。
绞线,导体采用紧压圆形结构,绞线的结构尺寸、节距控制应符合公司工艺要求;单线绞制时,张力要适中,外型应圆整,绞线表面应光滑,无跳浜、边翅、凹痕、蛇形;单线允许焊接,接头应牢固、圆整、无毛刺,同一层单线两接头之间距离不小于300mm。
绝缘及半导电屏蔽挤制,导体屏蔽材料采用35kV级不可剥离交联型屏蔽料,内屏蔽电阻率应不大于1000Ω·m;绝缘材料采用35kV级过氧化物可交联聚乙烯绝缘材料,绝缘屏蔽材料采用35kV级易剥离半导电外屏蔽料,外屏蔽电阻率电阻率应不大于500Ω·m;在CDCC全干式交联生产线完成导体屏蔽、交联聚乙烯绝缘、绝缘屏蔽三层共挤及交联反应。工艺参数由NCC硫化计算程序模拟计算,西科拉在线测厚、测径,在线应力消除,导体预热及后加热,净化上料等技术。内屏蔽、绝缘、外屏蔽层间界面光滑,微孔杂质远优于标准要求,绝缘内、中、外层热延伸一致,保证了电缆拥有足够长的使用寿命。绝缘线芯挤出后可停放30h以上方可移交下一道工序。
金属屏蔽层,交流35kV电缆在绝缘屏蔽重叠绕包一层0.12mm厚的软铜带构成金属屏蔽层,铜带绕包应平服、紧密、无皱折、卷边,接头一定要焊牢并用砂皮打光,铜带应无氧化变色。隔离层,在金属屏蔽层外重叠绕包一层低烟无卤高阻燃带构成隔离层,阻燃带绕包应平服、紧密、无皱折、破损,包带接头一定要用胶带粘牢,不得松散,接头处不能漏出残端。
防火、防水、防腐蚀层,在隔离层外使用铁箔进行包裹紧轧卷绕;将铝箔纸浸汞吹氧后卷绕铁箔形成铝汞齐合金及氧化铝防护层。氧化铝材料的介电常数为3-9,不溶于水、耐2000°C高温防火。
阻燃层,在防火、防水、防腐蚀层外重叠绕包一层低烟无卤高阻燃带构成阻燃层,阻燃层绕包应平服、紧密、无皱折、破损,包带接头一定要用胶带粘牢,不得松散,接头处不能漏出残端。
外护套,外护套料采用氧指数≥38的防紫外线、防鼠、防蚁、抗开裂黑色无卤低烟阻燃A类聚烯烃护套料,外护套应紧密挤包在阻燃层上;挤出机挤出后的前两段冷却水槽内的冷却水温度应控制在50℃以上,挤出的内护层不允许有穿孔的现象,其表面应光滑、圆整、色泽均匀,横断面上无目视可见的气孔、沙眼等缺陷。
制作工序简单,成本低廉,经过以上工序制作出的电力电缆成品,具有无卤、低烟、阻燃、防紫外线、防火阻燃、防水、防腐蚀、防鼠、防蚁、抗开裂等特性,解决现有电力电缆运行过程中易潮、腐蚀等问题,能适应各种复杂的敷设环境,使用过程中保证其良好的绝缘、防火、防水和防腐蚀等性能,可广泛应用于城市电网、电站、医院、隧道、地铁等供电系统。

1.一种防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,包含导体,及依次设于导体外的绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层、隔离层、防火耐腐蚀层、阻燃层及外护套;所述防火耐腐蚀层包含依次由内向外设置的纵包铁箔和纵包铝箔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述导体采用铜丝绞合的圆铜导体结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘屏蔽层包含由内向外依次设置的内屏蔽层、绝缘层和外屏蔽绝缘层,三层通过共挤交联反应形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯绝缘材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述金属屏蔽层采用绕包软铜带。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述金属屏蔽层厚度为0.12mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述隔离层和阻燃层均采用绕包低烟无卤高阻燃带。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防火阻燃防水耐腐蚀电力电缆,其特征在于,所述外护套采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套。
