Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,它包括中部安装有水箱的小推车,水箱的尾部通过进水管与活塞增压装置相连接,活塞增压装置的出水口通过高压水管与中空的喷杆相连接,喷杆上设置有数个喷头;活塞增压装置的内部设有两个相对置的活塞,活塞的底面与活塞增压装置的内侧壁之间设置有弹簧,活塞的尾端延伸出活塞增压装置的侧壁并与摇杆相连接;在摇杆转动下,两个活塞周而复始地做着相离‑相向运动,两个活塞做相离运动时,水箱中的水被抽吸至两个活塞的对置面之间,两个活塞做相向运动时,活塞之间的水被加压进入喷杆中,经过喷头喷出。本实用新型结构简单,环保节能,操作方便,制造成本低,清洗效果好。

目前,城市道路清洗车大多是体型较大的动力汽车,其结构设计复杂,适合于清洗较宽的马路,对于人行道、道路拐弯处等卫生死角、积垢无法做到及时、有效的清洗。

本实用新型的目的提供一种手动道路清洗车,以解决大型道路清洗车无法对人行道、卫生死角、积垢无法及时、有效清洗的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采取的技术方案为:
一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,它包括小推车,小推车的中部安装有水箱,所述水箱的尾部通过进水管与活塞增压装置相连接,活塞增压装置的出水口通过高压水管与中空的喷杆相连接,喷杆上设置有数个喷头;活塞增压装置的内部设有两个相对置的活塞,活塞的底面与活塞增压装置的内侧壁之间设置有弹簧,活塞的尾端延伸出活塞增压装置的侧壁并与摇杆相连接;在摇杆转动下,两个活塞周而复始地做着相离-相向运动,两个活塞做相离运动时,水箱中的水被抽吸至两个活塞的对置面之间,两个活塞做相向运动时,活塞之间的水被加压,通过高压水管进入喷杆中,经过喷头喷出。
优选的,所述喷头为多孔喷头,孔的直径为1.5mm-2.5mm。
优选的,所述喷头呈倒锥形安装在中空的喷杆上。
优选的,所述小推车的前端设有扶手。
优选的,所述活塞增压装置的最大压力为15MPa,储水量为15L-20L。

本实用新型在使用时,先将小推车推至需要清洗的路段或清洗地点,用附近的市政水源将水箱注满水,手摇摇杆使活塞运动,将水箱的水经进水管吸入活塞增压装置中,高压水进入中空的喷杆并经万向喷头喷洒向地面。
本实用新型提供了一种结构设计合理,节水节能效果好,降低劳动强度及使用成本的环保节能型人行道清洗车。该装置外形小巧,操作灵活,使用范围广泛能有效清洗人行道路面卫生死角、积垢。通过手动摇杆的快慢控制水流的大小和水压的大小,喷射水流强,连续作业时间长。可适应各种不同的步行道路作业。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
(1)本实用新型采用了活塞运动多进少出的原理将液体水加压,通过万向喷头将水喷洒向地面,起到对地面清洗的作用,由于本装置体型较小,可到达作业环境较小的区域以及机动清洗设备无法到达的角落,生产成本低,使用范围较广;
(2)本实用新型通过喷头的结构以及活塞运动的速度和频率控制控制所喷出水的大小。
(3)本实用新型的水箱中也可以装载消毒液、杀虫剂等液体,用于环境治理作业;
(4)本实用新型结构简单,环保节能,操作方便,制造成本低,清洗效果好,应用范围广泛。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图2所示的一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,它包括小推车1,小推车1的前端设有扶手4。小推车1的中部安装有水箱3,水箱3的尾部通过进水管8与活塞增压装置2相连接,活塞增压装置2的出水口通过高压水管10与中空的喷杆7相连接,喷杆7上设置有数个喷头6;活塞增压装置2的内部设有两个相对置的活塞12,活塞12的底面与活塞增压装置2的内侧壁之间设置有弹簧11,活塞12的尾端延伸出活塞增压装置2的侧壁并与摇杆5相连接;在摇杆5转动下,两个活塞12周而复始地做着相离-相向运动,两个活塞12做相离运动时,水箱13中的水被抽吸至两个活塞12的对置面之间,两个活塞12做相向运动时,活塞12之间的水被加压,通过高压水管10进入喷杆7中,经过喷头6喷出。

活塞增压装置2的最大压力为15MPa,储水量为15L-20L。水箱3的储水量为150L-200L。

1.一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,它包括小推车(1),小推车(1)的中部安装有水箱(3),其特征在于:所述水箱(3)的尾部通过进水管(8)与活塞增压装置(2)相连接,活塞增压装置(2)的出水口通过高压水管(10)与中空的喷杆(7)相连接,喷杆(7)上设置有数个喷头(6);活塞增压装置(2)的内部设有两个相对置的活塞(12),活塞(12)的底面与活塞增压装置(2)的内侧壁之间设置有弹簧(11),活塞(12)的尾端延伸出活塞增压装置(2)的侧壁并与摇杆(5)相连接;在摇杆(5)转动下,两个活塞(12)周而复始地做着相离-相向运动,两个活塞(12)做相离运动时,水箱(3)中的水被抽吸至两个活塞(12)的对置面之间,两个活塞(12)做相向运动时,活塞(12)之间的水被加压,通过高压水管(10)进入喷杆(7)中,经过喷头(6)喷出。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,其特征在于:所述喷头(6)呈倒锥形安装在中空的喷杆(7)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,其特征在于:所述小推车的前端设有扶手(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保节能型人行道清洗车,其特征在于:所述活塞增压装置(2)的最大压力为15MPa,储水量为15L-20L。
