技术领域
本实用新型涉及圆网印刷设备领域,尤其涉及一种圆网与柔版辊相结合的卧式导带印花机。
背景技术
圆网印花机是纺织品印花的一种主要设备,它的工作原理是:织物通过导带被输送到不断滚动的带有花型的圆筒状金属网(即圆网)下面,圆网内的染料在刮印装置的压力下,通过带有花型的圆网的网眼转移到织物上,从而完成纺织品的印花过程。圆网印花颜色饱和度高,色彩艳丽,给浆量大,是目前最主要的印花方式。但由于圆网目数的限制,印花精细度已经很难提高,另一方面圆网印花的给浆量也很难做到精确控制,所以目前的圆网印花机已无法满足精细印花的工艺要求。
柔版辊(也称胶板)主要用于纸张印刷,目前市场上有卫星式柔版印花机用于纺织品印花,该机所有柔版辊围绕一个大的承压辊工作,其优点在于印花线条精细,不足之处在于操作不便,大块面专色印花作业时容易因为带浆量不够导致出现露底现象。
鉴于上述两种印花设备的优缺点,如何对其进行改进以提升现有印花设备的印花品质,满足市场需要,成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圆网与柔版辊相结合的卧式导带印花机。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种圆网与柔版辊相结合的卧式导带印花机,其包括水平安装于机架上的印花导带,机架上沿印花导带传送方向间隔设置有至少一套圆网印花机构以及至少一套柔版辊印花机构,所述柔版辊印花机构包括柔版辊以及用于给柔版辊上浆的网纹辊,所述圆网印花机构的圆网、柔版辊以及网纹辊均可升降地安装于印花导带上方,所述圆网与柔版辊同步滚动。
进一步地,所述柔版辊两端的机架上分别安装有第一气缸,所述柔版辊两端分别安装有柔版辊支撑架,所述网纹辊两端架设于柔版辊支撑架上,所述第一气缸的活塞杆与柔版辊支撑架固定连接,所述圆网两端的机架上分别安装有第二气缸,所述圆网两端安装有圆网支撑架,所述第二气缸的活塞杆与圆网支撑架固定连接。
本实用新型在一条印花导带上同时设置圆网印花机构与柔版辊印花机构,并通过计算机控制使圆网与柔版辊的印花速度一致,二者根据花色给浆量不同分别在织物表面印制相应的花色,最终印出高品质的印花图案。

如图1所示,一种圆网与柔版辊相结合的卧式导带印花机,其包括水平安装于机架10上的印花导带1,机架10上沿印花导带1传送方向间隔设置有一套一套柔版辊印花机构2以及圆网印花机构3,所述柔版辊印花机构2包括柔版辊21以及用于给柔版辊21上浆的网纹辊22,所述圆网印花机构的圆网31、柔版辊21以及网纹辊22均可升降地安装于印花导带1上方,所述柔版辊21与圆网31同步滚动。
所述柔版辊21两端211的机架上分别安装有第一气缸4,所述柔版辊21两端分别安装有柔版辊支撑架5,所述网纹辊22两端架设于柔版辊支撑架5上,所述第一气缸4的活塞杆41与柔版辊支撑架5固定连接;所述圆网31两端的机架上分别安装有第二气缸6,所述圆网31两端311安装有圆网支撑架7,所述第二气缸6的活塞杆61与圆网支撑架7固定连接。
工作时,织物由印花导带传送顺次经过柔版辊和圆网,同步滚动的圆网和柔版辊分别在织物表面印花,最后拼出完整的印花图案。
本实用新型所述柔版辊印花机构的数量以及位置不限于实施例所示,根据实际生产需要可以设置多个柔版辊印花机构以及多个圆网印花机构,所述柔版辊印花机构可以位于圆网印花机构的前端、后端或两个圆网印花机构之间;所述圆网、柔版辊以及网纹辊的升降结构不限于实施例所示,还可以为电动丝杆升降等机械领域常规的升降结构。
