Abstract
本实用新型是专门用于对铜铝混合碎粒进行分离的铜铝分离成套设备，属于金属风选回收机械设备生产技术领域。其特征在于将气流分选机(1)、皮带输送机A(2)、皮带输送机B(3)、吹风机(4)、除尘器(5)按照顺序排列组合使用；而在吹风机(4)靠近风机(4‑6)的进料端依次开设有铜料出口(4‑3)、铝料出口(4‑5)和塑料出口(4‑4)。按照这种设计和组合起来的铜铝分离成套设备，铜铝混合粒料的分离效果非常明显，工作环境没有空气污染现象。

背景技术
一些废旧电机产品、家电产品，如汽车水箱、家庭电冰箱等，经过破碎处理之后可以得到铜铝的金属混合物料，而目前尚未见到有针对铜铝混合物进行分离的机械产品。
实用新型内容
为了对铜、铝混合粉碎物料进行分离，本实用新型提供了一种铜铝分离成套设备。
为实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：铜铝分离成套设备，其特征在于铜铝分离成套设备包含有气流分选机1、皮带输送机A2、皮带输送机B3、吹风机4、除尘器5；气流分选机1的出料斗1-2设置于皮带输送机A入料斗2-1的上方，皮带输送机A出料斗2-2设置于皮带输送机B入料斗3-1的上方，皮带输送机B出料斗3-2设置于吹风机物料入口4-1的上方，吹风机尾部排风管4-2与除尘器5相连接。吹风机4在靠近风机4-6的进料端依次开设有铜料出口4-3、铝料出口4-5和塑料出口4-4。
本实用新型的有益效果是，能将破碎得到的铜铝混合物得到彻底分离。

以下根据说明书附图并结合本实用新型的操作程序对本实用新型作进一步说明。
经过破碎机破碎之后得到的铜铝混合物从气流分选机1的入料口斗1-1进入气流分选机1内，经气流分选机1的筛选物料从气流分选机出料斗1-2进入到皮带输送机A的入料斗，再依次进入到皮带输送机B3当中，物料从皮带输送机B出料斗3-2再进入到吹风机的物料入口4-1当中，根据比重的不同，铜最先落在铜料出口4-3当中，铝落在铝料出口4-5当中，较轻的塑料就落在塑料出口4-4当中。本实用新型对吹风机内的铜料出口、铝料出口和塑料出口设计准确，分选效果较好。
本实用新型的组合设备当中，除吹风机4之外，气流分选机1、皮带输送机A、皮带输送机B、除尘器5在构造和使用方法上都是现有技术。

1.一种铜铝分离成套设备，其特征在于铜铝分离成套设备包含有气流分选机(1)、皮带输送机A(2)、皮带输送机B(3)、吹风机(4)、除尘器(5)；气流分选机(1)的出料斗(1-2)设置于皮带输送机A入料斗(2-1)的上方，皮带输送机A出料斗(2-2)设置于皮带输送机B入料斗(3-1)的上方，皮带输送机B出料斗(3-2)设置于吹风机物料入口(4-1)的上方，吹风机尾部排风管(4-2)与除尘器(5)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜铝分离成套设备，其特征在于所述吹风机(4)在靠近风机(4-6)的进料端依次开设有铜料出口(4-3)、铝料出口(4-5)和塑料出口(4-4)。
