Abstract
一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台包括承载组件、横向调整模组、纵向调整模组及定位台。承载组件包括收集箱及多个支撑脚座,收集箱开设有废料收集口,横向调整模组包括第一滑动板、第二滑动板、第一丝杆、第二丝杆及平移电机,纵向调整模组包括第一支撑板、第二支撑板、纵向平移电缸及滑台,定位台安装于滑台远离收集箱的端面上,且定位台位于废料收集口的上方。通过设置承载组件、横向调整模组、纵向调整模组及定位台,横向调整模组和纵向调整模组调整定位台的位置以满足加工要求,承载组件上设置有废料收集口,避免加工时产生的废料直接到机床上,干扰机床的正常运作,减少停机清理机床的次数,使数控机床能够连续进行模具加工,保证加工精度。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机加工设备,特别是涉及一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具。注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法。具体指将受热融化的塑料由注塑机高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品。
用于组成模腔的上模芯及下模芯的表面是根据产品的外貌进行仿形制作得到的,即其表面具有复杂的曲面结构,铣床在加工上模芯或者下模芯时,为了保证加工面的连续性以及提高加工精度,都会尽量减少二次装夹底料,即减少停机次数,而在铣削上模芯和下模芯时,会产生大量的铁屑,这些铁屑会附着在铣床的表面,若不及时清理,会影响铣床的正常运行,导致铣床加工精度下降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台,优化承载平台的结构,增加回收结构,用于回收切削过程产生的废料,使得加工模具的过程中不需要停机清洗设备,提高加工效率,且避免了反复重启切削设备、切削不连续所造成的加工误差。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台包括:承载组件、横向调整模组、纵向调整模组及定位台;
所述承载组件包括收集箱及多个支撑脚座,所述收集箱开设有废料收集口,所述收集箱的四角向上延伸形成四个连接台,多个所述支撑脚座分别设置于所述收集箱的边缘上;
所述横向调整模组包括第一滑动板、第二滑动板、第一丝杆、第二丝杆及平移电机,所述第一丝杆的两端一一对应与其中两个所述连接台连接,所述第一滑动板滑动设置于所述第一丝杆上,所述第二丝杆的两端一一对应与另外两个所述连接台连接,所述第二滑动板滑动设置于所述第二丝杆上,所述平移电机安装于所述收集箱的外侧壁上,所述平移电机用于分别带动所述第一丝杆和所述第二丝杆旋转;
所述纵向调整模组包括第一支撑板、第二支撑板、纵向平移电缸及滑台,所述第一支撑板的第一端与所述第一滑动板连接,所述第二支撑板的第二端与所述第二滑动板连接,所述第二支撑板的第一端与所述第一滑动板连接,所述第二支撑板的第二端与所述第二滑动板连接,且所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板之间设置有间隔,所述纵向平移电缸设置于所述第二支撑板上,所述滑台设置于所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板之间,所述纵向平移电缸用于带动所述滑台沿所述第二支撑板的延伸方向做往复式平移;
所述定位台安装于所述滑台远离所述收集箱的端面上,且所述定位台位于所述废料收集口的上方。
在其中一个实施例中,所述收集箱的底部开设有多个导流孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导流孔的直径为2mm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述收集箱的内侧壁上设置有淬火层。
在其中一个实施例中,所述横向调整模组还包括第一导向轴及的第二导向轴,所述第一导向轴的两端分别安装于两个所述连接台上,所述第一导向轴穿设所述第一滑动板,所述第二导向轴的两端分别安装于另外两个所述连接台上,所述第二导向轴穿设所述第二滑动板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一导向轴的两端均设置有固定座,所述固定座安装于所述连接台上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一导向轴设置有两根,两根所述第一导向轴之间设置有间隔,所述第一丝杆位于两根所述第一导向轴之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二导向轴设置有两根,两根所述第一导向轴之间设置有间隔,所述第二丝杆位于两根所述第一导向轴之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述横向调整模组还包括第一从动带轮、第二从动带轮、传动轮及传输皮带,所述第一从动带轮安装于所述第一丝杆上,所述第二从动带轮安装于所述第二丝杆上,所述传动轮你安装于所述平移电机上,所述传输皮带分别与所述第一从动带轮、所述第二从动带轮及传动轮传动连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述纵向调整模组还包括第一导向滑轨及第二导向滑轨,所述第一导向滑轨安装于所述第一支撑板上,所述第二导向滑轨安装于所述第二支撑板上,且所述第一导向滑轨及所述第二导向滑轨分别与所述滑台相对的两侧面连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型至少具有以下优点:
一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台通过设置承载组件、横向调整模组、纵向调整模组及定位台,横向调整模组及纵向调整模组均设置在承载组件上,所述定位台安装于纵向调整模组上,横向调整模组和纵向调整模组调整定位台的位置以满足加工要求,承载组件上设置有用于回收废料的结构,避免加工时产生的废料直接到机床上,干扰机床的正常运作,减少停机清理机床的次数,使数控机床能够连续进行模具加工,保证加工精度。

请参阅图1,一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台10包括:承载组件100、横向调整模组200、纵向调整模组300及定位台400,待加工的模具零设置于定位台400上,横向调整模组200及纵向调整模组300共同驱动位台400在承载组件100上方进行位移,且横向调整模组200及纵向调整模组300之间设置有较大的间隔,可供加工时产生的废料、铁屑落下,直接掉如承载组件100中,避免废料飞散在机床各个部位,影响正常加工。
请参阅图1,承载组件100包括收集箱110及多个支撑脚座120,收集箱110开设有废料收集口111,收集箱110的四角向上延伸形成四个连接台112,多个支撑脚座120分别设置于收集箱110的边缘上;收集箱110用于收集加工模具过程中产生的废料及铁屑,加工模具时产生的废料及铁屑穿过废料收集口111落入收集箱110内,如此,在进行切削加工时,不需要停机对机床进行清洗,提高加工效率,也能避免不连续切削所导致的加工误差。
请参阅图1,横向调整模组200包括第一滑动板210、第二滑动板220、第一丝杆230、第二丝杆240及平移电机250,第一丝杆230的两端一一对应与其中两个连接台112连接,第一滑动板210滑动设置于第一丝杆230上,第二丝杆240的两端一一对应与另外两个连接台112连接,第二滑动板220滑动设置于第二丝杆240上,平移电机250安装于收集箱110的外侧壁上,平移电机250用于分别带动第一丝杆230和第二丝杆240同时旋转;平移电机250驱动第一丝杆230转动时会推动第一滑动板210沿第一丝杆230的轴线方向水平横向位移,在第一丝杆230旋转的同时,第二丝杆240会同步带动第二滑动板220沿第二丝杆240的轴线方向水平横向位移,通过第一滑动板210和第二滑动板220带动定位台400在水平横向上进行位移,调整待加工模具的横向固定位置。另一方面,由于第一丝杆230的两端和第二丝杆240的两端分别设置在四个连接台112上,而四个连接台112是位于收集箱110的四角上的,即第一丝杆230和第二丝杆240位于收集箱110的边缘上,且第一丝杆230和第二丝杆240均位于废料收集口111的正上方,亦即第一滑动板210和第二滑动板220分别位于收集箱110的边缘上,第一滑动板210和第二滑动板220之间存在间隔,切削加工时产生的废料碎屑会经过第一滑动板210和第二滑动板220之间存在的间隔进而穿过废料收集口111,最后落入收集箱110中,避免由于第一丝杆230和第二丝杆240都是位于收集箱110的边缘上的,废料和铁屑难以落到第一丝杆230和第二丝杆240上,由此避免切削加工时产生的废料和铁屑影响横向调整模组200的正常运行。
请参阅图1及图2,纵向调整模组300包括第一支撑板310、第二支撑板320、纵向平移电缸330及滑台340,第一支撑板310的第一端与第一滑动板210连接,第二支撑板320的第二端与第二滑动板220连接,第二支撑板320的第一端与第一滑动板210连接,第二支撑板320的第二端与第二滑动板220连接,且第一支撑板310和第二支撑板320之间设置有间隔,纵向平移电缸330设置于第二支撑板320上,滑台340设置于第一支撑板310和第二支撑板320之间,纵向平移电缸330用于带动滑台340沿第二支撑板320的延伸方向做往复式平移;定位台400安装于滑台340远离收集箱110的端面上,且定位台400位于废料收集口的上方。纵向调整模组300采用不易被废料和铁屑干扰的纵向平移电缸330进行驱动,反之,提高纵向调整模组300的抗干扰能力,且第一支撑板310和第二支撑板320之间设置有间隔,切削加工时产生的废料和铁屑会先穿过第一支撑板310和第二支撑板320之间设置有间隔,接着通过第一滑动板210和第二滑动板220之间存在的间隔,然后进入废料收集口111,最后落入收集箱110中,由收集箱110暂时存储,集中处理加工时产生的废料,使得在加工模具过程连续不中断,提高加工效率,同时便于工作人员后续进行清理,降低工作人员的工作强度。
进一步地,为了便于清洗收集箱110,收集箱110的底部开设有多个导流孔,如此,在切削时流入收集箱110中的切削液会通过导流孔从收集箱110内流出,避免切削液在收集箱110内长时间滞留。
进一步地,导流孔的直径为2mm。
进一步地,收集箱110的内侧壁上设置有淬火层。
进一步地,横向调整模组200还包括第一导向轴260及的第二导向轴270,第一导向轴260的两端分别安装于两个连接台112上,第一导向轴260穿设第一滑动板210,第二导向轴270的两端分别安装于另外两个连接台112上,第二导向轴穿设第二滑动板220。
进一步地,第一导向轴260的两端均设置有固定座261,固定座安装于连接台112上。
进一步地,第一导向轴260设置有两根,两根第一导向轴260之间设置有间隔,第一丝杆230位于两根第一导向轴260之间。
进一步地,第二导向轴270设置有两根,两根第二导向轴270之间设置有间隔,第二丝杆240位于两根第二导向轴270之间。
进一步地,横向调整模组200还包括第一从动带轮251、第二从动带轮252、传动轮253及传输皮带254,第一从动带轮251安装于第一丝杆230上,第二从动带轮252安装于第二丝杆240上,传动轮253你安装于平移电机250上,传输皮带254分别与第一从动带轮251、第二从动带轮252及传动轮253传动连接。
进一步地,纵向调整模组300还包括第一导向滑轨及第二导向滑轨,第一导向滑轨安装于第一支撑板310上,第二导向滑轨安装于第二支撑板320上,且第一导向滑轨及第二导向滑轨分别与滑台340相对的两侧面连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型至少具有以下优点:
一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台通过设置承载组件100、横向调整模组200、纵向调整模组300及定位台400,横向调整模组200及纵向调整模组300均设置在承载组件100上,定位台400安装于纵向调整模组上,横向调整模组200和纵向调整模组300调整定位台400的位置以满足加工要求,承载组件100上设置有用于回收废料的结构,避免加工时产生的废料直接到机床上,干扰机床的正常运作,减少停机清理机床的次数,使数控机床能够连续进行模具加工,保证加工精度。

1.一种用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,包括:
承载组件,所述承载组件包括收集箱及多个支撑脚座,所述收集箱开设有废料收集口,所述收集箱的四角向上延伸形成四个连接台,多个所述支撑脚座分别设置于所述收集箱的边缘上;
横向调整模组,所述横向调整模组包括第一滑动板、第二滑动板、第一丝杆、第二丝杆及平移电机,所述第一丝杆的两端一一对应与其中两个所述连接台连接,所述第一滑动板滑动设置于所述第一丝杆上,所述第二丝杆的两端一一对应与另外两个所述连接台连接,所述第二滑动板滑动设置于所述第二丝杆上,所述平移电机安装于所述收集箱的外侧壁上,所述平移电机用于分别带动所述第一丝杆和所述第二丝杆旋转;
纵向调整模组,所述纵向调整模组包括第一支撑板、第二支撑板、纵向平移电缸及滑台,所述第一支撑板的第一端与所述第一滑动板连接,所述第二支撑板的第二端与所述第二滑动板连接,所述第二支撑板的第一端与所述第一滑动板连接,所述第二支撑板的第二端与所述第二滑动板连接,且所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板之间设置有间隔,所述纵向平移电缸设置于所述第二支撑板上,所述滑台设置于所述第一支撑板和所述第二支撑板之间,所述纵向平移电缸用于带动所述滑台沿所述第二支撑板的延伸方向做往复式平移;
定位台,所述定位台安装于所述滑台远离所述收集箱的端面上,且所述定位台位于所述废料收集口的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述收集箱的底部开设有多个导流孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述导流孔的直径为2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述收集箱的内侧壁上设置有淬火层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述横向调整模组还包括第一导向轴及的第二导向轴,所述第一导向轴的两端一一对应安装于其中两个所述连接台上,所述第一导向轴穿设所述第一滑动板,所述第二导向轴的两端分别安装于另外两个所述连接台上,所述第二导向轴穿设所述第二滑动板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述第一导向轴的两端均设置有固定座,所述固定座安装于所述连接台上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述第一导向轴设置有两根,两根所述第一导向轴之间设置有间隔,所述第一丝杆位于两根所述第一导向轴之间。
8.根据权利要求5所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述第二导向轴设置有两根,两根所述第二导向轴之间设置有间隔,所述第二丝杆位于两根所述第二导向轴之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于加工模具的数控承载平台,其特征在于,所述横向调整模组还包括第一从动带轮、第二从动带轮、传动轮及传输皮带,所述第一从动带轮安装于所述第一丝杆上,所述第二从动带轮安装于所述第二丝杆上,所述传动轮你安装于所述平移电机上,所述传输皮带分别与所述第一从动带轮、所述第二从动带轮及传动轮传动连接。
