Abstract

Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于锅炉脱硝技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝的分流装置。
背景技术
我国属于氮氧化物排放大国,以石化燃料为主的能源结构决定了我国NOx排放总量一直居高不下,年均排放总量长期处于2000万吨以上,仅次于美国。我国长三角、珠三角和京津冀等大型密集城市群的大气呈现出明显的区域化污染特点,大气环境中的NOx浓度普遍较高,小时浓度超标时有发生并出现增长趋势。在我国的NOx排放总量中,火力发电占36%,交通运输占17.6%,工业和其他能源转换对NOx排放总量的贡献值分别为33.7%和6.5%。可以看出,工业和其他能源转换行业的NOx排放量与电力行业相当,对排放总量的贡献值超过40%。近几年,国家对NOx排放控制的重点开始转向非电力行业,针对工业锅炉、垃圾焚烧、冶金、石化裂解、化工厂、新能源与冶金酸洗气等行业出台了相应的排放标准。
中国专利公开号为CN 207786296 U,发明创造的名称为一种锅炉脱硝系统,包括:锅炉炉膛、脱硝系统及数道管道,该管道具有炉膛烟气排出管道、连通至该脱硝系统下游的前排烟管道及后排烟管道;所述锅炉脱硝系统进一步设有位于前、后排烟管道之间的空气预热器及连通至后排烟管道上的除灰尘机构,所述换热管位于锅炉炉膛内,入口管道及出口管道分别延伸出锅炉炉膛外侧,且入口管道末端连通至排烟管道上,该出口管道连通至脱硝系统;上述炉膛烟气排出管道一端连通上述锅炉炉膛,另一端连通所述脱硝系统。但是现有用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝装置烟气在脱硝塔内流场分布不均匀,存在明显的回流现象,原烟气在进入脱硝塔前烟尘量过大,影响脱硝效果,原烟气热能严重浪费,不能有效利用的问题。
因此,发明一种用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝的分流装置显得非常必要。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝的分流装置,以解决现有用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝装置烟气在脱硝塔内流场分布不均匀,存在明显的回流现象,原烟气在进入脱硝塔前烟尘量过大,影响脱硝效果,原烟气热能严重浪费,不能有效利用的问题。一种用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝的分流装置,包括锅炉炉膛,原烟气出口,除尘滤网,集尘箱,降温换热器,分流装置,液氨喷淋装置,净烟气出口,烟囱,电除尘器,升温换热器,补水箱,循环水管道,循环水泵和脱硝塔,所述原烟气出口开设在锅炉炉膛的侧部顶端;所述降温换热器设置在原烟气出口的管道内部;所述集尘箱焊接在降温换热器右侧管道的下部;所述除尘滤网设置在集尘箱的上方管道内部,呈45°倾斜;所述脱硝塔通过管道与原烟气出口相连;所述分流装置焊接在脱硝塔的内部,并且位于原烟气出口管道的上方;所述液氨喷淋装置焊接在脱硝塔的内部顶端;所述净烟气出口开设在脱硝塔的顶端侧部;所述烟囱通过管道与净烟气出口相连;所述升温换热器设置在烟囱和净烟气出口之间的管道内部;所述电除尘器通过管道与升温换热器前端相连;所述循环水管道连通降温换热器和升温换热器,并形成闭循环回路;所述补水箱通过管道与循环水管道相连;所述循环水泵设置在补水箱的左侧。
所述除尘滤网直径与原烟气出口管道直径相同;所述除尘滤网选用聚氨酯60PPI型,原烟气从原烟气出口排出,经过除尘滤网,过滤网能将原烟气中的烟尘过滤下来,在重力作用下掉入集尘箱,达到降低原烟气含尘量的效果,定期清除集尘箱内的烟尘,保持清洁。
所述电除尘器选用PL-1600型;所述循环水泵选用40-125-3KW型;所述循环水管道热媒介质为循环水,净烟气从净烟气出口排出,净烟气经过电除尘器,将净烟气中的烟尘进一步净化,降低烟气含尘量,达到排放标准,循环水在降温换热器内经过原烟气加热,通过循环水泵输送到升温热水器,提供热媒介质,有效利用原烟气的热能,避免能量的浪费。
所述分流装置包括隔板和分流孔;所述隔板采用多个,为圆盘形,并且自上而下直径依次减小;所述分流孔采用多个,分别贯穿开设在隔板上,原烟气通过管道输送到脱硝塔,烟气沿隔板上的分流孔向上流动,从而实现了烟气在塔体周向上的均匀分配,通过数个圆柱形分流孔的分流作用,基本实现了烟气在整个塔体内的均匀分布,消除了塔体内烟气的回流现象。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1.本实用新型的防尘滤网和集尘箱的设置,原烟气从原烟气出口排出,经过除尘滤网,过滤网能将原烟气中的烟尘过滤下来,在重力作用下掉入集尘箱,达到降低原烟气含尘量的效果,定期清除集尘箱内的烟尘,保持清洁。
2.本实用新型的电除尘器和循环水泵的设置,净烟气从净烟气出口排出,净烟气经过电除尘器,将净烟气中的烟尘进一步净化,降低烟气含尘量,达到排放标准,循环水在降温换热器内经过原烟气加热,通过循环水泵输送到升温热水器,提供热媒介质,有效利用原烟气的热能,避免能量的浪费。
3.本实用新型的分流装置的设置,原烟气通过管道输送到脱硝塔,烟气沿隔板上的分流孔向上流动,从而实现了烟气在塔体周向上的均匀分配,通过数个圆柱形分流孔的分流作用,基本实现了烟气在整个塔体内的均匀分布,消除了塔体内烟气的回流现象。

工作原理
本实用新型中,原烟气从原烟气出口2排出,经过除尘滤网3,过滤网能将原烟气中的烟尘过滤下来,在重力作用下掉入集尘箱4,达到降低原烟气含尘量的效果,定期清除集尘箱4内的烟尘,保持清洁,原烟气通过管道输送到脱硝塔15,烟气沿隔板61上的分流孔62向上流动,从而实现了烟气在塔体周向上的均匀分配,通过数个圆柱形分流孔62的分流作用,基本实现了烟气在整个塔体内的均匀分布,消除了塔体内烟气的回流现象,净烟气从净烟气出口8排出,净烟气经过电除尘器10,将净烟气中的烟尘进一步净化,降低烟气含尘量,达到排放标准,循环水在降温换热器5内经过原烟气加热,通过循环水泵14输送到升温热水器11,提供热媒介质,有效利用原烟气的热能,避免能量的浪费。

1.一种用于固体粉末锅炉脱硝的分流装置,其特征在于:包括锅炉炉膛(1),原烟气出口(2),除尘滤网(3),集尘箱(4),降温换热器(5),分流装置(6),液氨喷淋装置(7),净烟气出口(8),烟囱(9),电除尘器(10),升温换热器(11),补水箱(12),循环水管道(13),循环水泵(14)和脱硝塔(15),所述原烟气出口(2)开设在锅炉炉膛(1)的侧部顶端;所述降温换热器(5)设置在原烟气出口(2)的管道内部;所述集尘箱(4)焊接在降温换热器(5)右侧管道的下部;所述除尘滤网(3)设置在集尘箱(4)的上方管道内部,呈45°倾斜;所述脱硝塔(15)通过管道与原烟气出口(2)相连;所述分流装置(6)焊接在脱硝塔(15)的内部,并且位于原烟气出口(2)管道的上方;所述液氨喷淋装置(7)焊接在脱硝塔(15)的内部顶端;所述净烟气出口(8)开设在脱硝塔(15)的顶端侧部;所述烟囱(9)通过管道与净烟气出口(8)相连;所述升温换热器(11)设置在烟囱(9)和净烟气出口(8)之间的管道内部;所述电除尘器(10)通过管道与升温换热器(11)前端相连;所述循环水管道(13)连通降温换热器(5)和升温换热器(11),并形成闭循环回路;所述补水箱(12)通过管道与循环水管道(13)相连;所述循环水泵(14)设置在补水箱(12)的左侧。
