Abstract
本实用新型有关于一种自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,包括马桶座、马桶盖、坐便圈和洗涤箱,其中:所述马桶座一侧设有支座,坐便圈通过其上固定的支撑件与支座铰接;所述洗涤箱悬挂或支撑在支座一侧,当掀起坐便圈时,坐便圈能够放入洗涤箱内;所述洗涤箱面向马桶侧装有可以开合的箱门,其余各面封闭仅底面留有排污孔;所述洗涤箱底面上设有供支撑件穿过的槽孔;所述洗涤箱内装有三喷嘴喷头、雾化喷头、高温蒸汽喷头和烘干风扇。本实用新型与现有技术相比具有结构简单,经济实惠,易于推广的优点。只是通过简单的改造,就可以弥补公共卫生间坐便器在卫生方面的不足。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于坐便器制造领域,具体涉及一种自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器。
背景技术
目前各大公共场所、宾馆、火车、高铁、长途客车上所广泛使用的蹲便器具有价格低廉,对空间要求小等优点。对于公用坐便器,人们普遍认为它不卫生,原因在于:(1)人们普遍担心,皮肤直接接触到马桶坐垫圈,有可能会由于接触感染被传染上梅毒、淋病等性病。(2)仍有一些人的素质较低,在小便的时候,把尿液滴在马桶坐便圈上。因此没有可靠的消毒手段,大部分人一般不会选择使用坐便器。而采取蹲便器,人与人之间哪怕是间接的接触都不会发生,故不存在相互间传染疾病的风险。虽然在家如厕大部分人更愿意选择坐便器,但出门在外,恐怕大部分人都喜欢蹲便器,这也是从卫生安全角度考虑。
但是随着我国老龄人口的增加,中老年心血管病、高血压发病人口的猛增(甚至这类疾病已经向年轻人蔓延),蹲便的方式已经严重不适合此类人群。其原因是:此类人在大便时,采取下蹲位屈膝屈髋,会使静脉受压,回心血量增加,动脉也受压,外周血管阻力加大,以致血压升高。如果大便秘结不畅、费力,加大腹压和屏气同时会给心脑血管带来过重负荷,大大增加了中老年高血压患者心脑血管发生意外的风险。即使是健康的中老年人,上厕所久蹲时也容易导致头晕、耳鸣,当长时间蹲着再站起来时,由于体位性低血压可能导致过性休克,一旦摔倒,后果不堪设想。
上述问题本身就是一个矛盾,坐便器能大大降低诱发心脑血管突发疾病的风险,但同时存在接触传染导致的传染性疾病。因为坐便器与人体肌肤有直接接触,公用坐便器确实会传染疾病,尤其是肛门、生殖器方面的疾病,比如外阴疾病、性病等,曾经有过因使用宾馆坐便器而感染性病的病人到医院来诊治。
有鉴于此,我们设计出—种自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,即保证中老年人在公共卫生间如厕时的舒适,又能消除人们对坐便器卫生问题的疑虑。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型结构的自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,使其能够在人们使用后自动清洗、烘干坐便圈,消灭附着在上面的病毒、细菌、真菌等传染源,保证坐便器的清洁卫生和使用安全,满足中老年人在公共卫生间内如厕时对舒适、安全及卫生的要求。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本实用新型提出的一种自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,包括马桶座、马桶盖、坐便圈和洗涤箱,其中:所述马桶座一侧设有支座,坐便圈通过其上固定的支撑件与支座铰接;所述洗涤箱悬挂或支撑在支座一侧,当掀起坐便圈时,坐便圈能够放入洗涤箱内;所述洗涤箱面向马桶侧装有可以开合的箱盖,其余各面封闭仅底面留有排污孔;所述洗涤箱底面上设有供支撑件穿过的槽孔;所述洗涤箱内装有三喷嘴喷头、雾化喷头、高温蒸汽喷头和烘干风扇。
本实用新型的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。

本实用新型与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。借由上述技术方案,本实用新型自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器可达到相当的技术进步性及实用性,并具有产业上的广泛利用价值,其至少具有下列优点:
本实用新型将坐便圈的铰合部位设计在了马桶的左侧,这样可以使坐便圈在清洗时更容易送入放置在马桶侧面墙壁上的洗涤箱,这种结构设置简单、占地空间小,适用于宾馆、公共卫生间、火车、长途客车等空间狭小的地方,同时对于大多数利手是右手的人在使用时没有障碍。洗涤箱的设置,使得坐便圈可在密闭空间内清洗,防止清洗时水在地面上流淌,影响坐便器的使用。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有结构简单,经济实惠,易于推广的优点。只是通过简单的改造,就可以弥补公共卫生间坐便器在卫生方面的不足。

为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本实用新型提出的一种自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1-4,其为本实用新型自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器的各部分结构示意图,该公用坐便器包括马桶座1、马桶盖2、坐便圈3和洗涤箱6,其中所述马桶座1一侧设有支座4,坐便圈3通过其上固定的支撑件5与支座4铰接。较佳的,所述支座4设在马桶座1的左侧,但并不限定于此。
较佳的,所述支撑件5包括两个平行设置的支撑杆,且该支撑杆端部设有销孔,所述支座4上凸起有销钉孔,支撑件5通过销钉与支座4铰接,但并不限定于此。
所述洗涤箱6设置在支座4一侧,其支撑在地面上或悬挂在墙壁上,且当掀起坐便圈3时,坐便圈3能够放入洗涤箱6内。该洗涤箱6面向马桶侧装有可以开合的箱门,其余各面封闭仅底面留有排污孔11,排污孔11与排水管道连接。所述洗涤箱6箱体底面采用倾斜设计并外加翻边,所述排污孔11设在最低点处,倾斜设计有利于将废水集中在在排污孔,并通过排水管道排出;翻边则可以防止废水的外漏。
为了方便将坐便圈3送入洗涤箱6内,洗涤箱底面上设有与支撑件5相对应的槽孔12。当坐便圈3需要清洗时,首先将洗涤箱箱盖打开,将坐便圈3掀起,使支撑件5穿过槽孔12将坐便圈送入洗涤箱内。
所述洗涤箱6内,后侧壁体上装有一个可以旋转喷射清水的三喷嘴喷头7,一个用来喷洒消毒液的雾化喷头8,一个用来高温杀菌的高温蒸汽喷头9和两扇烘干风扇10。其中与三喷头喷嘴7配套的高压水增压水泵、与雾化喷头8配对的消毒液罐、与高温蒸汽喷头9配对的高温蒸汽发生器等均在洗涤箱以外,并按照安装要求合理布置。
该洗涤箱6内还设有自动控制系统,该自动控制系统通过控制器控制所述三喷嘴喷头7、雾化喷头8、高温蒸汽喷头9以及烘干风扇10的动作。在控制器的控制下,所述能够旋转的三喷嘴喷头7可以将清水准确的喷射到坐便圈3的上表面,有效的清理污渍和冲洗消毒液;雾化喷头8则可以将消毒液以水雾的形式喷洒出去,可以减少消毒液的无效浪费,从而降低成本,高温蒸汽喷头9喷洒温度为100℃的热蒸汽对坐便圈3进行高温杀菌;烘干风扇10则对清洗后的坐便圈进行烘干处理。
较佳的,所述洗涤箱6的箱门处还设有门磁开关,该门磁开关向控制系统的控制器传递箱门是否开启的信号,但并不限定于此。
本实用新型中洗涤箱6的功能按清洗过程可以分为五个阶段:清水冲洗过程、高温蒸汽杀菌过程、喷洒消毒液过程、清水冲洗消毒液过程、烘干扇烘干过程。请参阅图5,本实用新型在使用时,将坐便圈3放入洗涤箱6,按下洗涤箱6的动作开关之后,控制系统控制器将检测洗涤箱箱门是否关闭(通过门磁开关控制),以决定是否开启电磁阀进水,至此准备工作完成。随后水泵启动,为三喷嘴喷头提供高压水,对马桶圈进行初步清洗,计时器则进行计时,当达到规定时间后,管路切断三喷嘴喷头停止喷水;随后电磁阀为高温蒸汽喷头管路供水,电加热器启动,同时温度检测器检测箱内水温,若水温达到要求时停止加热,当箱内温度回落到一定温度时电磁阀关闭停止供水,高温杀菌结束;在高温杀菌结束后,消毒液泵启动,雾化喷头开始喷洒消毒液,计时器开始计数,达到规定时间后停止喷洒,计数器继续工作等待静置,当静置时间结束后重复清水冲洗过程;当上述过程完成后,控制器为烘干扇供电,开始烘干,达到规定时间后完成整个洗涤过程。
本实用新型自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,当使用完马桶后,将坐便圈侧向翻转90°,这时坐便圈3进入洗涤箱,盖上洗涤箱箱盖后开始进行坐便圈的清洗。在控制器的控制下,洗涤箱内的工作分五步进行,第一步,由三喷嘴喷头旋转喷射高压水柱,喷嘴喷射水压为0.4MPa,冲洗时间为20秒,对坐便圈表面进行第一次清洗,冲掉坐便圈表面明显的污渍;上述动作完成后,开始第二步,由高温蒸汽喷头喷洒温度为100℃的热蒸汽进行高温杀菌,杀菌时间10秒;上述动作完成后,开始第三步,由雾化喷头将消毒液以水雾的形式喷洒在坐便圈表面上,进行深层次杀菌,消毒水选用84消毒液(Ⅱ型),与水配比1:24,喷洒后静置20秒;上述动作完成后,开始第四步,由三喷嘴喷头再次喷射清水,清洗坐便圈以及冲掉残余消毒液,清洗时间15秒;上述动作完成后,开始第五步,由两扇烘干扇进行烘干,热风温度80℃,烘干时间10秒,以保持坐便圈的干燥。最后将清洗完毕的坐便圈合在马桶上,这就有效达到了本实用新型的发明目的。

1.一种自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,其特征在于:包括马桶座、马桶盖、坐便圈和洗涤箱,其中:
所述马桶座一侧设有支座,坐便圈通过其上固定的支撑件与支座铰接;
所述洗涤箱悬挂或支撑在支座一侧,当掀起坐便圈时,坐便圈能够放入洗涤箱内;
所述洗涤箱面向马桶侧装有可以开合的箱门,其余各面封闭仅底面留有排污孔;
所述洗涤箱底面上设有供支撑件穿过的槽孔;
所述洗涤箱内装有三喷嘴喷头、雾化喷头、高温蒸汽喷头和烘干风扇,以及控制所述三喷嘴喷头、雾化喷头、高温蒸汽喷头和烘干风扇动作的控制系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动清洗坐便圈的公用坐便器,其特征在于:其中所述的支座设在马桶座的左侧。
