Abstract
一种带扣式照明装置，主要由前罩、后盖、开关、
电池、电珠等组成，用作男女时装和各种制服装饰带
的带扣，是一种具有腰带带扣功能的装饰照明装置，
使用者能双手进行工作，如在夜晚骑自行车等，本实
用新型克服了一般照明装置须用手扶持的缺陷，解放
了双手，同时，具有良好的装饰性。
Description
本实用新型为一种带扣形式的照明装置，主要用作男女时装和各种制服装饰带的带扣。
现有的各式电筒，一般须手持握，对于需要双手同时进行操作的生活和工作场所，则给使用带来了极大的不便。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种使用时不须用手持握、袖珍新颖、具有腰带带扣功能的照明装置，其具有良好的装饰性，使用者能双手同时进行工作，如在夜晚骑自行车等。
本实用新型主要由前罩、后盖、开关、电池、电珠等组成，前罩体为一长方形光滑双曲凸面体，其正中开设聚光电珠光孔，前罩体一短边端设置带耳、开关和铰孔，另一端设置带钩和盖锁簧片。后盖为一与前罩体长方形吻合的盒状结构，其一端设有与前罩体上铰孔配合的铰孔，另一端设有与前罩盖锁簧片配合的盖锁卡，后盖内设有与电池外形尺寸相配合的档板、两道电池托板、电珠座和导电片。

其中：1铰孔、2带耳、3开关槽孔、4盖锁簧片、5带钩、6电珠圆孔、7铰孔、8导电片、9电池托板、10档板、11电珠、12电池、13电珠座、14盖锁卡。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明，前罩采用铜或铝铸造，也可采用板材冲压，还可采用高强度塑料制作，盖锁簧片（4）采用弹性铜片制作，其背面连有塑料制的开锁按钮，盖锁簧片（4）的一端铆接在前罩体上，开锁钮通过小孔穿出前罩体如图2所示。后盖采用塑料制作，使铰孔（7）、电池托板（9）、档板（10）、电珠座（13）和整个后盖成为一体，盖锁卡（14）是后盖上外凸的三棱坑，靠近铰孔（7）一侧的档板（10）、电池托板（9）底部开有导电片（8）穿过的槽孔，所有电极连片均固定在档板（10）上。前罩和后盖上的铰孔（1）、（7）之间用销轴穿过。如图1所示，前罩正面电珠圆孔（6）处粘有珠光有机玻理，两侧可附有外凸的二龙戏珠或其它图案，以增强装饰效果。

1、带扣式照明装置，主要由前罩、后盖、开关、电池、电珠等组成，其特征在于：前罩罩体为一长方形光滑双曲凸面体，凸面体正中开设电珠圆孔，前罩一端设置带耳、铰孔及开关槽孔，另一端设置带钩和盖锁簧片，后盖为一与前罩体长方形吻合的盒状结构，其一端设有与前罩体上铰孔配合的铰孔，另一端设有与前罩盖锁簧片配合的盖锁卡，后盖内设有与电池外形尺寸配合的档板、两道电池托板、电珠座和导电片。
