技术领域
本实用新型涉及水泥窑炉烟气治理技术领域,具体是水泥工业窑炉低温脱硝除尘一体化装置。
背景技术
我国是水泥生产与消费大国,2012年水泥产量达到22.1亿吨,占世界水泥产量的56%,现有规模以上水泥生产企业约4000家,其中水泥熟料生产企业2400多家、新型干法水泥生产线1600多条。据统计,我国水泥工业颗粒物(PM)排放占全国排放量的15%~20%,二氧化硫排放占全国排放量的3%~4%,氮氧化物排放占全国排放量的8%~10%,属污染控制的重点行业。2013年年底,修订后的《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB4915-2013)发布,对大气污染物排放限值进行了规定,其中,颗粒物、氮氧化物排放限值分别为30、400mg/m3,特别限值分别为20、320mg/m3。目前,部分地区地方标准中,对《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》的排放标准已提高至:颗粒物、氮氧化物排放限值分别为20、100mg/m3。
目前,新型干法水泥窑炉经预热器排出的烟气的去向有三处:烘干原燃料、烘干生料、余热发电,之后烟气进入袋式除尘器收尘后排放。而NOx的浓度在600~1600mg/Nm3左右,NOx的控制技术,主要采用选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)。SNCR是采用尿素或稀氨水作为还原剂,将其直接喷入炉膛温度为1000~1250℃的区域,其中的还原剂NH3与烟气中的NOx反应生成N2和H2O,其脱硝效率仅为40~60%,已无法满足日益严格的环保标准。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供水泥工业窑炉低温脱硝除尘一体化装置,该装置有效降低水泥窑烟气氮氧化物的排放污染物,使排放满足限值要求,并同时具备除尘能力,节省占地,工艺简单。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
水泥工业窑炉低温脱硝除尘一体化装置,包括:
a、氨气供应部,
氨气供应部包含氨气输入管、气体混合仓与稀释风机,氨气输入管的管路依次设有关断阀、流量计、调节阀与压力表,气体混合仓的两个入口分别连接氨气输入管的出口与稀释风机;
b、触媒过滤部,
触媒过滤部包含触媒过滤除尘器,触媒过滤除尘器的入口连接烟气除尘管道,触媒过滤除尘器的出口连接有引风机;气体混合仓的出口连接烟气除尘管道;
c、副产物收集部,
副产物收集部包含旋转阀、链式输灰机、气力输灰机与副产物储存仓,旋转阀设于触媒过滤除尘器的灰斗出口,链式输灰机设于旋转阀下方并与旋转阀出口相连通,气力输灰机的入口与链式输灰机出口相连,气力输灰机的出口通过副产物管连接副产物储存仓,副产物储存仓的顶部设有除尘器。
进一步的,所述烟气除尘管道连接有旁通混合烟道,旁通混合烟道用于通入水泥余热锅炉前端的烟气。
本实用新型的有益效果是,
一、在原厂区烟气治理及余热发电工艺的基础上设置氨气供应部、触媒过滤部与副产物收集部,降低成本、缩短工期,各部分相互配合,烟气除尘效率可达99.9%,脱硝效率可达94%以上;可实现颗粒物排放浓度低于10mg/m3、氮氧化物排放浓度低于100mg/m3。
二、在烟气进入触媒过滤部之前,引入水泥余热锅炉前端的烟气,对进入触媒过滤部的烟气温度进行调节,保证了系统的稳定性。
三、旁通混合烟道中引入水泥余热锅炉前端的烟气,烟尘浓度高,CaO含量达40%以上,是天然的脱硫剂,在进入触媒过滤除尘器后,烟气中携带的石灰颗粒在积尘过程中会形成石灰颗粒层饼,石灰颗粒层饼增加了脱硫反应,对烟气进一步脱硫,提高了5~15%的脱硫效率。
四、触媒过滤除尘器可保证温度在220~240℃时稳定脱硝,效率可达80~90%,实现了水泥余热锅炉后端袋式除尘器出口直接脱硝的能力,免去了传统SCR脱硝工艺对300~380℃温度窗口的需求,简化了工艺流程,同时,保证了余热发电效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提供水泥工业窑炉低温脱硝除尘一体化装置,包括:
a、氨气供应部,
氨气供应部包含氨气输入管17、气体混合仓15与稀释风机16,氨气输入管17的管路依次设有关断阀11、流量计12、调节阀13与压力表14,气体混合仓15的两个入口分别连接氨气输入管17的出口与稀释风机16;
b、触媒过滤部,
触媒过滤部包含触媒过滤除尘器2,触媒过滤除尘器2的入口连接烟气除尘管道3,触媒过滤除尘器2的出口连接有引风机4;气体混合仓15的出口连接烟气除尘管道3;
c、副产物收集部,
副产物收集部包含旋转阀51、链式输灰机52、气力输灰机53与副产物储存仓54,旋转阀51设于触媒过滤除尘器2的灰斗21出口,链式输灰机52设于旋转阀51下方并与旋转阀51出口相连通,气力输灰机53的入口与链式输灰机52出口通过输送管55相连,气力输灰机53的出口通过副产物管56连接副产物储存仓54,副产物储存仓54的顶部设有除尘器57。
作为优选的,烟气除尘管道3连接有旁通混合烟道6,旁通混合烟道6用于通入水泥余热锅炉前端的烟气。烟气除尘管道3设有第一烟道闸板31,旁通混合烟道6设有第二烟道闸板61。
使用时,打开第一烟道闸板31,将水泥窑炉袋式除尘器出口烟气引入烟气除尘管道3,由于该烟气温度偏低,约在160~240℃,不适宜直接进入触媒过滤除尘器,容易出现不稳定的情况,为确保烟气低温脱硝的效率,打开第二烟道闸板61,将小部分水泥余热锅炉前端烟气引入,使进入触媒过滤除尘器2的烟气温度维持在220~240℃。氨气通过氨气输入管17,经由关断阀11、流量计12、调节阀13与压力表14进入气体混合仓15,并通过稀释风机16稀释后进入烟气除尘管道3,氨气与烟气充分混合后一同进入触媒过滤除尘器2,烟气与氨气在触媒过滤除尘器2内催化还原反应,将氮氧化物还原为氮气和水,随后经引风机4排出;触媒过滤除尘器2同时还进行除尘,副产物由触媒过滤除尘器2的灰斗21排至链式输灰机52,链式输灰机52将副产物送至气力输灰机53,气力输灰机53将副产物送至副产物储存仓54进行收集,除尘器57可以在收集时进行除尘。

a、氨气供应部,
氨气供应部包含氨气输入管、气体混合仓与稀释风机,氨气输入管的管路依次设有关断阀、流量计、调节阀与压力表,气体混合仓的两个入口分别连接氨气输入管的出口与稀释风机;
b、触媒过滤部,
触媒过滤部包含触媒过滤除尘器,触媒过滤除尘器的入口连接烟气除尘管道,触媒过滤除尘器的出口连接有引风机;气体混合仓的出口连接烟气除尘管道;
c、副产物收集部,
副产物收集部包含旋转阀、链式输灰机、气力输灰机与副产物储存仓,旋转阀设于触媒过滤除尘器的灰斗出口,链式输灰机设于旋转阀下方并与旋转阀出口相连通,气力输灰机的入口与链式输灰机出口相连,气力输灰机的出口通过副产物管连接副产物储存仓,副产物储存仓的顶部设有除尘器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥工业窑炉低温脱硝除尘一体化装置,其特征在于,所述烟气除尘管道连接有旁通混合烟道,旁通混合烟道用于通入水泥余热锅炉前端的烟气。
