本实用新型涉及一种手机，包括电池盖、底壳、面壳和电池，所述底壳、电池盖和面壳之间形成电池仓，所述电池安装在电池仓中，所述面壳包括塑胶部和设于塑胶部内侧的铝钛合金部，所述面壳的铝钛合金部上设有与该铝钛合金部一体成型的卡扣，电池上设置有凹槽，所述卡扣可卡到凹槽内或从凹槽内移出，所述卡扣设置在面壳的铝钛合金部的沿手机宽度方向的两侧，所述凹槽设置在电池的沿手机宽度方向的两侧，所述卡扣采用铝钛合金制成，本实用新型本将固定电池的卡扣设计做到面壳上的铝钛合金上，因其材料的强度大，不易变形，使电池固定更稳固可靠，有效的规避了因壳料变形大而导致电池舜间掉电的缺陷。

背景技术
随着社会的发展，手机已经深度融入我们的生活，成为了我们生活中不可缺少的一部分，在图一所示的常规可拆手机结构视图中我们可以发现，如图1所示，现有手机可拆电池的近手指端卡扣的常规设计一般是在底壳上，由于空间和主板的限制，设计有卡扣4的底壳处和面壳没法用螺丝6紧固或者螺丝6位置离卡扣4较远。受此影响，当手机发生碰撞或跌落时，底壳（材料一般为塑胶）因瞬间受力而发生较大的变形，便导致电池发生松动而瞬间掉电，这大大影响了手机的待机时间和用户的体验。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出了一种手机，解决常规可拆电池手机由于碰撞或跌落而导致瞬间掉电的问题。
一种手机，包括电池盖、底壳、面壳和电池，所述底壳、电池盖和面壳之间形成电池仓，所述电池安装在电池仓中，所述面壳包括塑胶部和设于塑胶部内侧的铝钛合金部，所述面壳的铝钛合金部上设有与该铝钛合金部一体成型的卡扣，电池上设置有凹槽，所述卡扣可卡到凹槽内或从凹槽内移出。
所述卡扣设置在面壳的铝钛合金部的沿手机宽度方向的两侧，所述凹槽设置在电池的沿手机宽度方向的两侧。
所述卡扣采用铝钛合金制成。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型本将固定电池的卡扣一体做到面壳的铝钛合金上，因其材料的强度大，不易变形，使电池固定更稳固可靠，有效的规避了因壳料变形大而导致电池舜间掉电的缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的说明。
如图2和图3所示，包括电池盖1、底壳2、面壳3、卡扣4和凹槽5，底壳2、电池盖1、面壳3共同围成电池仓。
面壳3包括塑胶部8和设于塑胶部内侧的铝钛合金部7，所述面壳3的铝钛合金部7上设有与该铝钛合金部7一体成型的卡扣4，电池上设置有凹槽5，所述卡扣4可卡到凹槽5内或从凹槽5内移出。
由电池盖1和底壳2相配合，将电池固定在电池仓内。当手机跌落时，由于卡扣4是设置在面壳3的铝钛合金部上，并与铝钛合金部一模成型,即材质相同且无需施加外力紧固，在结构紧凑的手机内部，卡扣4不会发生变形，即电池不会与卡扣4发生松动，电池便不会发生瞬间掉电的现象。

1.一种手机，包括电池盖、底壳、面壳和电池，所述底壳、电池盖和面壳之间形成电池仓，所述电池安装在电池仓中，所述面壳包括塑胶部和设于塑胶部内侧的铝钛合金部，其特征在于，所述面壳的铝钛合金部上设有与该铝钛合金部一体成型的卡扣，电池上设置有凹槽，所述卡扣可卡到凹槽内或从凹槽内移出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机，其特征在于，所述卡扣设置在面壳的铝钛合金部的沿手机宽度方向的两侧，所述凹槽设置在电池的沿手机宽度方向的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手机，其特征在于，所述卡扣采用铝钛合金制成。
