本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型换热机组补水系统。
背景技术
随着国家大力提倡节能减排,实施城镇集中供热越来越受到人们的重视,这对减少环境污染,降低供热成本,提高设备使用率产生很大的影响。一直以来供暖系统多采用的补水方式为补水泵定压补水方式,这种补水方式容易使补水泵充气,供热管网水利不平衡等缺点,出现不能正常补水,尤其在实行集中供暖,供暖换热机组数量多,补水泵出现充气,靠人工排气,操作很不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型换热机组补水系统。
为了满足上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种新型换热机组补水系统,包括控制柜,所述控制柜上连接有压力传感器和循环水泵,所述压力传感器和循环水泵位于供暖系统的进水管线上,所述供暖系统的进水管线上设有补水管线,所述补水管线上设有补水泵,所述补水泵与控制柜连接。所述压力传感器将采集循环水泵进水口处的压力信号传输给控制柜,所述控制柜将压力传感器上传送的压力与设定的循环水泵进水口的压力进行比较,控制柜再通过信号来控制补水管线上的启停状态。
所述补水泵的进水口处设有补水泵进口球阀,所述补水泵的出水口处设置有补水泵出口球阀,所述补水泵的出水口与补水泵出口球阀之间设置有止回阀。
所述补水管线上补水泵的进水口一侧设置有集气管,所述集气管的顶部连接有排气管线,所述排气管线上设有集气管排气阀。
本实用新型的有益效果:
(1)本实用新型采用压力传感器、集气罐组成的新型换热机组补水系统,在配置和控制方面,对系统实施了保护作用,有效防止了因补水泵集气而不能正常补水使系统失水的现象,也体现了节约降耗和水资源浪费的问题;
(2)在补水泵进口安装集气罐,当补水泵在补水过程中,补水管道会有溶解氧,这时补水先进入集气罐汇集,会使溶解氧析出,汇集在集气罐顶部,并定时排除,使得补水管道中无气体,防止补水泵运行过程中气塞和气水冲击,影响正常运转,同时减轻管道和设备的氧腐蚀;同时集气罐不需要消耗任何电能,只要安装在补水泵进口适当位置就可以实现这一功能,并且体积重量轻,在狭小的空间就可以安装。集气罐的使用,防止补水泵气塞和气水冲击,而不能正常补水,保证管网水力平衡,换热机组正常运转。

如图1所示的一种新型换热机组补水系统,包括控制柜12,控制柜12上连接有压力传感器10和循环水泵11,压力传感器10和循环水泵11位于供暖系统13的进水管线上,供暖系统13的进水管线上设有补水管线1,补水管线1上设有补水泵7,补水泵7与控制柜12连接,压力传感器10将采集循环水泵11进水口处的压力信号传输给控制柜12,控制柜12将压力传感器10上传送的压力与设定的循环水泵11进水口的压力进行比较,控制柜12通过信号来控制补水管线1上的7启停状态,从而决定供暖系统13的进水管线上是否进行补水。补水管线1上设有补水泵7,补水泵7的进水口处设有补水泵进口球阀6,补水泵7的出水口处设置有补水泵出口球阀9,补水泵7的出水口与补水泵出口球阀9之间设置有止回阀8,防止补水管线1中的水回流至补水泵7中。补水管线1上补水泵7的进水口一侧设置有集气管5,集气管5的顶部连接有排气管线4,排气管线4上设有集气管排气阀3,补水泵7在启停补水过程中,补水管线1中产生的气体会收集于集气罐5中,达到一定程度后打开集气管排气阀3,收集的气体会通过排气管线4排出,这样有效防止了补水泵7因集气而烧毁补水泵机封的现象发生。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型换热机组补水系统,其特征在于:所述补水泵(7)的进水口处设有补水泵进口球阀(6),所述补水泵(7)的出水口处设置有补水泵出口球阀(9),所述补水泵(7)的出水口与补水泵出口球阀(9)之间设置有止回阀(8)。
