本实用新型公开了一种工件运送装置，包括两个提升外壳，两个提升外壳之间安装有固接板；每个提升外壳内由下至上依次连接有步进电机、联轴器和丝杆，丝杆的内侧设置有滑轨，固接板的两端设置有螺母滑块，通过滑轨与螺母滑块，固接板与提升外壳滑动连接；固接板的前端面安装有前伸气缸，前伸气缸的输出端连接有前端板，前端板上安装有机械手。本装置实现完全自动化工作，极大的降低了误工造成的损失；接近开关的设置能够使得装置自动判断工件的接近，使得抓取准确率更高；机械手的多个设置能够一次抓取多个工件，提高了工作效率；机械手的紧凑设置，具有两个自由度，灵活抓取。

背景技术
在工业生产中，为了缩减不必要的时间，通常在一条流水线的末尾紧接着另一条流水线，来实现加工工件之间的运送，而现实生产中，为了方便下一条流水线的工件加工，通常需要对工件进行翻转，而这一系列工步都需要工人来完成，大大降低的工作效率，且人为操作一旦失误将造成后续的加工错误甚至停工，造成巨大的损失，所以急需一种自动化的装置来代替人工完成一系列动作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工件运送装置，解决了上述背景技术所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种工件运送装置，包括两个提升外壳，两个所述提升外壳之间安装有固接板；每个所述提升外壳内由下至上依次连接有步进电机、联轴器和丝杆，所述丝杆的内侧设置有滑轨，所述固接板的两端设置有螺母滑块，通过滑轨与螺母滑块，所述固接板与所述提升外壳滑动连接；所述固接板的前端面安装有前伸气缸，前伸气缸的输出端连接有前端板，所述前端板上安装有机械手。
优选的，所述机械手包括安装架和两个夹体，所述安装架通过第一电机与两个所述夹体连接，两个夹体通过转动连杆和联动齿轮连接，所述转动连杆的一侧安装有第二电机并与其连接。
优选的，所述固接板上还安装有接近开关，位于所述前伸气缸的下方。
优选的，所述步进电机和所述前伸气缸均与外部控制器电连接。

本实用新型提出的工件运送装置，能够实现流水线工件的翻转，以及在两条特定流水线或传送带之间的传送，本装置实现完全自动化工作，极大的降低了误工造成的损失；接近开关的设置能够使得装置自动判断工件的接近，使得抓取准确率更高；机械手的多个设置能够一次抓取多个工件，提高了工作效率；机械手的紧凑设置，具有两个自由度，灵活抓取。

请参阅图1-6，一种工件运送装置，包括提升外壳3、步进电机4、联轴器5、丝杆6、滑轨7、固接板8、前伸气缸9、前端板10、机械手11、接近开关12和螺母滑块13，提升外壳3内，步进电机4安装在地面上，步进电机4通过联轴器5带动丝杆6转动，丝杆6内侧安装有滑轨7，螺母滑块13在丝杆6和滑轨7上滑动，螺母滑块13与固接板8固定连接，固接板8前端面安装有前伸气缸9，前伸气缸9下端有一接近开关12，前伸气缸9输出端连接有一前端板10，前端板10上安装有机械手11。
优选的，机械手11包括安装架115和两个夹体116，安装架115通过第一电机111与两个夹体116连接，两个夹体116通过转动连杆113和联动齿轮114连接，转动连杆113的一侧安装有第二电机112并与其连接。
第一电机111带动拾取手爪11前端旋转，第二电机112带动转动连杆113运动，并通过联动齿轮114把第二电机112的转动转换成拾取手爪11的夹取动作。
当工件从第一传送带1上运过来后，接近开关12检测到工件的位置，前伸气缸9动作，带动机械手11至既定工位，第二电机112动作，机械手11夹紧工件，前伸气缸9缩回，第一电机111动作带动工件做翻转，步进电机4带动装置下落至第二传送带2，然后放下工件，按此顺序不断的重复即可完成工件的翻转及运送。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种工件运送装置，其特征在于，包括两个提升外壳，两个所述提升外壳之间安装有固接板；每个所述提升外壳内由下至上依次连接有步进电机、联轴器和丝杆，所述丝杆的内侧设置有滑轨，所述固接板的两端设置有螺母滑块，通过滑轨与螺母滑块，所述固接板与所述提升外壳滑动连接；所述固接板的前端面安装有前伸气缸，前伸气缸的输出端连接有前端板，所述前端板上安装有机械手。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工件运送装置，其特征在于：所述机械手包括安装架和两个夹体，所述安装架通过第一电机与两个所述夹体连接，两个夹体通过转动连杆和联动齿轮连接，所述转动连杆的一侧安装有第二电机并与其连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工件运送装置，其特征在于：所述固接板上还安装有接近开关，位于所述前伸气缸的下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工件运送装置，其特征在于：所述步进电机和所述前伸气缸均与外部控制器电连接。
