In a second embodiment of the present disclosure, the first suction device 11 is a suction cup, the number of suction cups is 5, the second suction device 21 is a suction plate, the number of suction plates is 5, the third suction device 31 is a suction cup, the number of suction cups is 5, the fourth suction device 41 is a suction plate, the number of suction plates is 4, the turn-over device 5 includes two suction devices, the fifth suction device 51 is a suction cup, and the number of suction cups is 5.
Preferably, the suction cup of the turn-over device 5 faces downwards when not in use, and the suction cup of the turn-over device 5 faces upwards after the turnover machine, so as to be conveniently matched with the blanking device 3.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the conveyor includes a frame, a roller shaft 61 mounted on the frame, and a plurality of rollers 62 sleeved on the roller shaft 61. The number of the roller shafts 61 is a plurality, the roller shafts are arranged on the frame side by side, a plurality of rollers 62 are arranged on the roller shafts 61, and the distance between the adjacent roller shafts 61 is less than twice the diameter of the rollers 62. The roller 62 is matched with the glass in a rolling manner, so that the friction force between the conveying device and the glass is reduced, the glass is prevented from being scratched for the second time, and the yield of the glass is further improved. Preferably, a plurality of rollers 62 are provided under each glass, and the glass can be stably supported by the rollers 62 everywhere during the conveyance.
The driving device comprises a first bevel gear 63 arranged at one end of the roller shaft 61 and positioned outside the frame, a gear shaft, a second bevel gear 64 sleeved on the gear shaft and matched with the first bevel gear 63, and a motor driving the gear shaft to rotate. The first bevel gear 63, the gear shaft, the second bevel gear 64 and the motor are all arranged outside the frame.
The motor drives the gear shaft to rotate, the gear shaft drives the second bevel gear 64 to be meshed with the first bevel gear 63, then the first bevel gear 63 drives the roller shaft 61 to rotate, the roller shaft 61 drives the roller 62 to rotate, and the roller 62 rotates to realize the transmission of the glass.
Preferably, the conveying device and the driving device have two groups, and the driving directions of the two groups of driving devices are the same.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the transmission device may be a transmission belt, and the corresponding driving device is a transmission belt, a belt wheel and a motor for driving the belt wheel to rotate.
Both sides of the discharging device 6 are provided with a taking device 1, a shifting device 2 and a temporary storage device 4, and only one discharging device 6, one turnover device 5 and one discharging device 6 are provided. the material taking device 1 takes 5PCS at the same time, and the material taking device 1 places the 5PCS on a station of the shifting device 2;
the shifting device 2 acts to convey the 5PCS material to a preset position;
the turnover device 5 sucks the glass and carries out turnover action;
the glass of the turnover device 5 is taken away by the blanking device 3 and put on the discharging device 6, and the discharging device 6 sends the glass into the flat plate cleaning machine.
In the third embodiment, the glass is not turned over, and the plate cleaning machine is fed with 4 PCS:
when the glass is not turned over, the rodless cylinder of the turning device 5 acts to move the fifth adsorption device 51 of the turning device 5 to a preset position, and the preset position can avoid the material taking position of the blanking device 3;
the material taking device 1 takes 5PCS at the same time, the material taking device 1 places 1PCS in the material taking device on a corresponding station of the temporary storage device 4, and the material taking device 1 places the rest 4PCS on a station of the shifting device 2;
the shifting device 2 acts to convey the 4PCS material to a preset position;
the discharging device 3 takes away the 4PCS material of the shifting device 2, the discharging device 6 is placed in the discharging device, and the discharging device 6 sends the glass into the flat plate cleaning machine.
In the fourth embodiment, the glass is not turned over, and the plate cleaning machine is fed with 5 PCS:
when the glass is not turned over, the rodless cylinder of the turning device 5 acts to move the fifth adsorption device 51 of the turning device 5 to a preset position, and the preset position can avoid the material taking position of the blanking device 3;
the material taking device 1 takes 5PCS at the same time, and the material taking device 1 places the 5PCS on a station of the shifting device 2;
the shifting device 2 acts to convey the 5PCS material to a preset position;
the discharging device 3 takes away the 5PCS material of the shifting device 2, the discharging device 6 is placed in the discharging device, and the discharging device 6 sends the glass into the flat plate cleaning machine.

the shifting device (2) comprises a second adsorption device (21) matched with the first adsorption device (11) and a second linear driving device (22) which is perpendicular to the first linear driving device (13) and is used for driving the second adsorption device (21) to move along the horizontal direction;
the blanking device (3) comprises a third adsorption device (31) matched with the second adsorption device (21), a second lifting device (32) driving the third adsorption device (31) to move up and down and a third linear driving device (33) driving the second lifting device (32) to move along the horizontal direction, the third adsorption device (31) is arranged along the horizontal direction and is perpendicular to the third linear driving device (33), and the third linear driving device (33) is parallel to the first linear driving device (13);
the discharging device (6) comprises a conveying device matched with the third adsorption device (31) and a driving device connected with the conveying device.

A glass transfer device according to claim 1, further comprising a buffer device (4), the buffer device (4) comprising a fourth adsorption device (41) arranged in parallel with the second adsorption device (21) for adsorbing glass of the first adsorption device (11) and a fourth linear drive device (42) arranged in parallel with the second linear drive device (22).

The glass transfer device according to claim 2, further comprising a turnover device (5), wherein the turnover device (5) comprises a fifth adsorption device (51) for adsorbing the glass of the second adsorption device (21), a rotating device (52) for driving the fifth adsorption device (51) to rotate for 180 degrees, a third lifting device (53) for driving the rotating device (52) to move up and down, and a fifth linear driving device (54) for driving the third lifting device (53) to move along the horizontal direction;
the third adsorption device (31) can adsorb the glass of the fifth adsorption device (51).
4. Glass transfer device according to claim 3, characterized in that the turn-over device (5) is arranged parallel to the blanking device (3).

A glass transfer device according to claim 3, wherein the first linear drive device (13), the second linear drive device (22), the third linear drive device (33), the fourth linear drive device (42) and the fifth linear drive device (54) each comprise a synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt cooperating with the synchronous pulley and a linear guide mounted to the synchronous belt, the synchronous pulley being connected to a servo motor.
6. The glass transfer device of claim 3,
the first lifting device (12) is a telescopic cylinder;
the second lifting device (32) is a lead screw;
the third lifting device (53) is a rodless cylinder.
7. A glass transfer device according to claim 3, wherein the rotating device (52) is a rotating cylinder.
8. The glass transfer device of claim 3,
the first adsorption devices (11) are suckers, and the number of the suckers is 5;
the second adsorption devices (21) are suction plates, and the number of the suction plates is 4;
the third adsorption devices (31) are suckers, and the number of the suckers is 4;
the fourth adsorption device (41) is a suction plate, and the number of the suction plates is 4;
the turnover device (5) comprises two adsorption devices, the fifth adsorption device (51) is a sucker, and the number of the suckers is 4;
or,
the first adsorption devices (11) are suckers, and the number of the suckers is 5;

the third adsorption devices (31) are suckers, and the number of the suckers is 5;

9. The glass transfer device of claim 1, wherein the conveyor comprises a frame, a roller shaft (61) mounted to the frame, and a plurality of rollers (62) mounted on the roller shaft (61);
the driving device comprises a first bevel gear (63) arranged at one end of the roller shaft (61) and positioned outside the frame, a gear shaft, a second bevel gear (64) sleeved on the gear shaft and matched with the first bevel gear (63), and a motor driving the gear shaft to rotate.
