背景技术
身体约束在医疗领域中经常用来维护患者安全及预防意外事件。医疗中使用身体约束目的在于：保护躁动的患者，限制身体或约束失控肢体活动，防止患者自伤或坠床，以达到维护患者安全与治疗护理的顺利进行。身体约束最常见的形式为约束带，以四肢约束最为普遍。目前，临床上行四肢约束的患者中，下肢的内、外踝及足跟由于长时间受压很容易发生压疮，存在护理风险。所以，下肢约束带的设计至关重要，既能起到约束患者肢体活动的目的，又能预防压疮的发生，一直困扰着临床护理工作者。为解决上述问题，本人通过多年的临床工作经验积累，设计出一种带有预防压疮的下肢约束带，很好的解决了上述问题，方便临床护士工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种预防压疮的下肢约束带，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种预防压疮的下肢约束带，包括宽布，该宽布包裹在病人下肢的内、外踝及足跟，在宽布的两侧设置拉链和尼龙搭扣，在病人下肢背侧的宽布外表面设置固定带且该固定带与尼龙搭扣配合，长方形结构的海绵放置在宽布内侧且彼此固定，在病人足跟处的海绵上设置足跟减压孔，在病人内内、外踝出的海绵上对应设置内踝减压孔和外踝减压孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型优点是既有约束功能，又有关节突出部位减压功能，能有效预防压疮的发生，方便、省时：约束带内有附有海绵，在患者需要约束时，不用在约束部位垫棉垫；清洗方便、反复使用：清洗时只需要将宽布上的拉链拉开，卸下清洗消毒即可，本实用新型结构简单、制作方便、实用性强。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：一种预防压疮的下肢约束带，如附图所示，包括宽布2，该宽布2包裹在病人下肢的内、外踝及足跟，在宽布2的两侧设置拉链3和尼龙搭扣5，在病人下肢背侧的宽布2外表面设置固定带4且该固定带4与尼龙搭扣5配合，长方形结构的海绵1放置在宽布2内侧且彼此固定，在病人足跟处的海绵1上设置足跟减压孔7，在病人内内、外踝出的海绵1上对应设置内踝减压孔8和外踝减压孔9。
具体制作及使用时
取一块长20cm，宽30cm，厚5cm的长方形海绵，在海绵的一端中央设置有一个5cm圆孔（足跟减压孔），在另一端两侧各设置一个4cm圆孔（内外踝减压孔），用宽布包在海绵的外层，在宽布上设置尼龙搭扣及四颗固定带，宽布用拉链连接。
当病人需要约束时，将约束带置于下肢踝关节处，松紧适宜，对合约束带上的尼龙搭扣后将带子系于床緣。
本实施例的优点：
该约束带既有约束功能，又有关节突出部位减压功能，能有效预防压疮的发生。
方便、省时：约束带内有附有海绵，在患者需要约束时，不用在约束部位垫棉垫。
清洗方便、反复使用：清洗时只需要将宽布上的拉链拉开，卸下清洗消毒即可。

1.一种预防压疮的下肢约束带，包括宽布（2），该宽布（2）包裹在病人下肢的内、外踝及足跟，其特征在于：在宽布（2）的两侧设置拉链（3）和尼龙搭扣（5），在病人下肢背侧的宽布（2）外表面设置固定带（4）且该固定带（4）与尼龙搭扣（5）配合，长方形结构的海绵（1）放置在宽布（2）内侧且彼此固定，在病人足跟处的海绵（1）上设置足跟减压孔（7），在病人内内、外踝出的海绵（1）上对应设置内踝减压孔（8）和外踝减压孔（9）。
