背景技术
宝剑制作用融化炉,是一种融化固体金属的装置,便于在宝剑制作时浇筑剑模型。
但现有的宝剑制作用,工作时消耗的燃料多,融化金属的速度,燃料的燃烧速度难以控制,降低了燃料的热值利用率,结构简单,需要打开炉盖才能能知道熔炉内部金属的状态,熔化炉的使用安全保障低,作业时容易被烫伤,浇筑时融化室内部的铁水流动不够平缓,外壳容易被腐蚀。
所以,如何设计一种宝剑制作用融化炉,成为我们当前要解决的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种宝剑制作用融化炉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的燃料消耗多、内部温度难以控制和使用时容易被烫伤等问题。

进一步的,所述燃烧室的顶端设置有温度监测器,所述温度监测器与燃烧室嵌套连接。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该种宝剑制作用融化炉的外壁采用的是耐高低温、耐腐蚀能力强的中碳钢,能适应冷热交替的作业环境,同时还能避免被铁块融化时所产生的二氧化碳、水、氢气腐蚀,设置有温度监测器,起到监控燃烧室内部温度的作用,让宝剑制作者可以根据加热灶的温度,计算出金属融化所需要的时间,不需要打开炉盖就能知道熔炉内部金属的状态,可以避免融化室内部热量的散发,同时当温度监测器监测到燃烧室内部温度没有达到金属融化所需要的温度时,右边的风机就会自动打开,提高燃烧室内部的温度,保证了熔炉融化金属的效率,设置有气流调节阀,控制加热灶内部燃料的燃烧速度,提高燃料的热值利用率,顺时针旋转气流调节阀,可以减少外部空气进入燃烧室的量,降低燃烧的速度,逆时针旋转气流调节阀,可以增加外部空气进入燃烧室的量,提高燃烧的速度,通过控制燃料的燃烧速度,可以实现对融炉的温度的调控,设置有隔温层,提高熔化炉主体的使用安全,放置室的内部嵌入了一层保温材料,可以阻止熔炉内部的热量通过内壁槽传导到外壁上,在熔化炉主体工作的时候,外壁的温度不会发生任何变化,就算把手掌放置在上面也不会出现被烫伤的情况,设置有内壁槽,在把融化过后的铁水浇筑到剑模型上时,通过内壁槽的引导可以让融化室内部的铁水流动的更加平缓,不会四处溅射,提高了浇筑的安全,设置有锅底,它的形状是M形,增加了融化室底部的导热面积,提高了熔炉融化铁块的速度,减少了燃料消耗。

进一步的,燃烧室203的顶端设置有温度监测器204,温度监测器204与燃烧室203嵌套连接,起到监控燃烧室203内部温度的作用,让宝剑制作者可以根据加热灶2的温度,计算出金属融化所需要的时间,不需要打开炉盖6就能知道熔炉3内部金属的状态,可以避免融化室304内部热量的散发,同时当温度监测器204监测到燃烧室203内部温度没有达到金属融化所需要的温度时,右边的风机201就会自动打开,提高燃烧室203内部的温度,保证了熔炉3融化金属的效率。
进一步的,放置室302的镂空部位设置有隔温层303,隔温层303与放置室302嵌套连接,提高熔化炉主体1的使用安全,放置室302的内部嵌入了一层保温材料,可以阻止熔炉3内部的热量通过内壁槽305传导到外壁301上,在熔化炉主体1工作的时候,外壁3的温度不会发生任何变化,就算把手掌放置在上面也不会出现被烫伤的情况。
