Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种道路施工用高效打桩设备,包括顶板、活动板、提升装置、脚座、液压缸、底座、钻筒、钻杆和导向滑轨,所述底座的左右两侧壁上均固定安装两组液压缸,液压缸的底部固定安装脚座,底座的底部四角处固定安装便于移动的万向轮,万向轮上安装有减震器,底座的顶部固定安装两套提升装置,且两套提升装置对称设置,提升装置由第一电机、丝杆、滑动支架和第一螺纹套构成,滑动支架的顶部固定安装第一电机,滑动支架的内部转动安装在丝杆,丝杆的顶部通过联轴器与第一电机的传动轴连接,所述道路施工用高效打桩设备结构简单,使用方便,打桩钻井稳定,安全性高,且带有自动扩孔功能,不需要另外加装扩孔器,大大提高工作效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑领域,具体是一种道路施工用高效打桩设备。
背景技术
传统的打桩机是利用冲击力将桩贯入地层的桩工机械,由桩锤、桩架及附属设备等组成。桩锤依附在桩架前部两根平行的竖直导杆之间,用提升吊钩吊升,桩架为一钢结构塔架,在其后部设有卷扬机,用以起吊桩和桩锤,桩架前面有两根导杆组成的导向架,用以控制打桩方向,使桩按照设计方位准确地贯入地层。
现有技术中,由卷扬机用吊钩提升,脱钩后沿导向架自由下落而打桩,但是该类的打桩机打桩效率较低,不仅对于一些泥土较硬的地区,打桩起来比较困难,并且当需要对柱孔进行扩孔时,还需要在钻头上安装扩孔器,操作复杂,使用不便。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种道路施工用高效打桩设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种道路施工用高效打桩设备,包括顶板、活动板、提升装置、脚座、液压缸、底座、钻筒、钻杆和导向滑轨,所述底座的左右两侧壁上均固定安装两组液压缸,液压缸的底部固定安装脚座,底座的底部四角处固定安装便于移动的万向轮,万向轮上安装有减震器,底座的顶部固定安装两套提升装置,且两套提升装置对称设置,提升装置由第一电机、丝杆、滑动支架和第一螺纹套构成,滑动支架的顶部固定安装第一电机,滑动支架的内部转动安装在丝杆,丝杆的顶部通过联轴器与第一电机的传动轴连接,第一螺纹套滑动安装在滑动支架的内部,且第一螺纹套与丝杆螺纹连接,两套提升装置的顶部之间固定安装顶板,顶板与底座之间固定安装两个导向滑轨,活动板滑动安装在两套提升装置之间,且活动板设于顶板的下方,活动板的左右侧壁分别与第一螺纹套固定连接,活动板的底部固定安装箱体,箱体的内部固定安装第二电机,箱体的底部通过轴承转动安装钻杆,钻杆的顶部通过联轴器与第二电机的传动轴连接,钻杆的中段固定安装轴承,轴承的外壁上固定安装导向杆,导向杆的自由端滑动安装在导向滑轨中,钻杆的底部固定安装钻筒。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述底座的中心位置开设供钻筒穿过的中心通孔。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述钻筒由第三电机、第二螺纹套、扩孔滑板、螺纹杆、滑块和滑轮构成,钻筒的内部顶端固定安装第三电机,钻筒的内部开设滑动腔,两个扩孔滑板滑动安装在钻筒的滑动腔内,螺纹杆转动安装在钻筒的内部中心,且螺纹杆的顶部通过联轴器与第三电机的传动轴连接,第二螺纹套滑动安装在螺纹杆上。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述扩孔滑板为楔形板,扩孔滑板的底部固定安装滑块,钻筒的内部且位于扩孔滑板的下方开设滑动槽,滑块滑动安装在滑动槽内,滑块与滑动槽之间固定安装复位弹簧,扩孔滑板的倾斜边上开设倾斜槽。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述螺纹杆的上段固定安装上限位板,螺纹杆的下段固定安装下限位板。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述第二螺纹套的外壁上固定安装两根连接杆,连接杆的自由端上固定安装滑轮,滑轮滑动安装在倾斜槽内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用结构简单,使用方便,通过提升装置对钻杆进行提升和下降,从而提高打桩的稳定性和安全性,钻筒的内部设有两个扩孔滑块,通过第三电机驱动第二螺纹套上下移动,从而推动扩孔滑块向钻筒外部延伸,与传统技术相比,避免由外部安装扩孔器,且能够根据打桩半径标准对扩孔滑块的延伸量进行调节,大大提高了设备的实用性和灵活性,从而提高打桩效率。

本实用新型的工作原理是:
使用时,将打桩设备移动至施工地点,接通设备电源,通过液压缸10将脚座9放下,并使底座11撑起并固定,第一电机1转动驱动丝杆2转动,从而使活动板4向下滑动,第二电机5转动驱动钻杆13转动,从而使钻筒12向地下钻井,导向杆7和导向滑轨14的配合使用,使得钻杆13转动平稳,较小机械磨损,提高钻井效率,钻井初步完工后,需要对钻井进行扩孔,先通过提升装置8将钻筒12进行提升,同时第二电机5反转带动钻筒12反转,当钻筒12离开钻井后,启动第三电机18,第三电机18驱动螺纹杆23转动,从而使第二螺纹套20向下移动,第二螺纹套20向下移动的同时通过连接杆21推动两侧的扩孔滑板22向钻筒12外部滑动,从而实现扩孔滑板22向外部延伸,且能够根据扩孔半径标准调节扩孔滑板22的延伸长度,避免由外部安装扩孔器,提高工作效率和施工安全性,扩孔滑板22调节完后成继续进行钻井作业,从而完成扩孔,提高打桩效率。

1.一种道路施工用高效打桩设备,包括顶板(3)、活动板(4)、提升装置(8)、脚座(9)、液压缸(10)、底座(11)、钻筒(12)、钻杆(13)和导向滑轨(14),其特征在于,所述底座(11)的左右两侧壁上均固定安装两组液压缸(10),液压缸(10)的底部固定安装脚座(9),底座(11)的底部四角处固定安装便于移动的万向轮,万向轮上安装有减震器,底座(11)的顶部固定安装两套提升装置(8),且两套提升装置(8)对称设置,提升装置(8)由第一电机(1)、丝杆(2)、滑动支架(15)和第一螺纹套(17)构成,滑动支架(15)的顶部固定安装第一电机(1),滑动支架(15)的内部转动安装在丝杆(2),丝杆(2)的顶部通过联轴器与第一电机(1)的传动轴连接,第一螺纹套(17)滑动安装在滑动支架(15)的内部,且第一螺纹套(17)与丝杆(2)螺纹连接,两套提升装置(8)的顶部之间固定安装顶板(3),顶板(3)与底座(11)之间固定安装两个导向滑轨(14),活动板(4)滑动安装在两套提升装置(8)之间,且活动板(4)设于顶板(3)的下方,活动板(4)的左右侧壁分别与第一螺纹套(17)固定连接,活动板(4)的底部固定安装箱体(6),箱体(6)的内部固定安装第二电机(5),箱体(6)的底部通过轴承转动安装钻杆(13),钻杆(13)的顶部通过联轴器与第二电机(5)的传动轴连接,钻杆(13)的中段固定安装轴承(16),轴承(16)的外壁上固定安装导向杆(7),导向杆(7)的自由端滑动安装在导向滑轨(14)中,钻杆(13)的底部固定安装钻筒(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的道路施工用高效打桩设备,其特征在于,所述底座(11)的中心位置开设供钻筒(12)穿过的中心通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的道路施工用高效打桩设备,其特征在于,所述钻筒(12)由第三电机(18)、第二螺纹套(20)、扩孔滑板(22)、螺纹杆(23)、滑块(27)和滑轮(29)构成,钻筒(12)的内部顶端固定安装第三电机(18),钻筒(12)的内部开设滑动腔,两个扩孔滑板(22)滑动安装在钻筒(12)的滑动腔内,螺纹杆(23)转动安装在钻筒(12)的内部中心,且螺纹杆(23)的顶部通过联轴器与第三电机(18)的传动轴连接,第二螺纹套(20)滑动安装在螺纹杆(23)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的道路施工用高效打桩设备,其特征在于,所述扩孔滑板(22)为楔形板,扩孔滑板(22)的底部固定安装滑块(27),钻筒(12)的内部且位于扩孔滑板(22)的下方开设滑动槽(26),滑块(27)滑动安装在滑动槽(26)内,滑块(27)与滑动槽(26)之间固定安装复位弹簧(25),扩孔滑板(22)的倾斜边上开设倾斜槽(28)。
