本实用新型公开了一种FRP复合板材,其包括填充层和粘覆于所述填充层单面或双面上的FRP板,所述填充层至少包括一层或多层水泥板层,所述水泥板层的表面开设有多条肚大口小的连接槽,所述FRP板与所述水泥板层贴合的侧面上设有与所述连接槽相匹配的连接筋。本实用新型利用FRP板和水泥板粘结形成强度高且易于清洁、不易老化的板材,从而增加了FRP板的适用范围,使其能在高强度的要求下仍能适用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种FRP复合板材。
背景技术
FRP板是和钢结构配套使用的板材,其主要由高性能上膜、强化聚脂和玻璃纤维组成,其具有不易发黄老化,无静电、表面的灰尘轻易被雨水冲走或被风吹走,能维持清洁美观、经久耐用的特点,深受顾客的欢迎,产品可广泛使用在工业/商业/民用建筑额屋面和墙面。但产品强度较差,且属于易燃材料,不具备阻燃效果。因此需要设计一款既易于清洁、不易老化,且强度高的板材。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既易于清洁、不易老化,且强度高的FRP复合板材。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种FRP复合板材,其包括填充层和粘覆于所述填充层单面或双面上的FRP板,所述填充层至少包括一层或多层水泥板层,所述水泥板层的表面开设有多条肚大口小的连接槽,所述FRP板与所述水泥板层贴合的侧面上设有与所述连接槽相匹配的连接筋。
优化的,所述填充层还包括与所述水泥板层相粘合的蜂窝板。
优化的,所述水泥板层的侧壁上开设有与所述连接槽相连通的压紧孔,所述压紧孔内填充有弹性材料。
进一步地,所述压紧孔呈肚大口小状,所述弹性材料填充在所述压紧孔内部。
进一步地,所述FRP板粘覆在所述水泥板层上后,其与所述压紧孔相对的位置设有连接孔,所述连接孔内填充有弹性材料,所述连接孔内的弹性材料与所述压紧孔内的弹性材料一体成型。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本实用新型利用FRP板和水泥板粘结形成强度高且易于清洁、不易老化的板材,从而增加了FRP板的适用范围,使其能在高强度的要求下仍能适用。

下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、2所示,FRP复合板材包括填充层和粘覆于所述填充层单面或双面上的FRP板1,所述填充层至少包括一层或多层水泥板层2,所述水泥板层2的表面开设有多条肚大口小的连接槽3,所述FRP板1与所述水泥板层2贴合的侧面上设有与所述连接槽3相匹配的连接筋4。所述水泥板层2的侧壁上开设有与所述连接槽3相连通的压紧孔5,所述压紧孔5内填充有弹性材料6。所述压紧孔5呈肚大口小状,所述弹性材料6填充在所述压紧孔5内部。所述FRP板1粘覆在所述水泥板层2上后,其与所述压紧孔5相对的位置设有连接孔9,所述连接孔9内填充有弹性材料6,所述连接孔9内的弹性材料6与所述压紧孔5内的弹性材料6一体成型。所述填充层还包括与所述水泥板层2相粘合的蜂窝板7。粘结FRP板1、水泥板层2、蜂窝板7的为粘结层8。

1.一种FRP复合板材,其包括填充层和粘覆于所述填充层单面或双面上的FRP板,其特征在于:所述填充层至少包括一层或多层水泥板层,所述水泥板层的表面开设有多条肚大口小的连接槽,所述FRP板与所述水泥板层贴合的侧面上设有与所述连接槽相匹配的连接筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的FRP复合板材,其特征在于:所述填充层还包括与所述水泥板层相粘合的蜂窝板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的FRP复合板材,其特征在于:所述水泥板层的侧壁上开设有与所述连接槽相连通的压紧孔,所述压紧孔内填充有弹性材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的FRP复合板材,其特征在于:所述压紧孔呈肚大口小状,所述弹性材料填充在所述压紧孔内部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的FRP复合板材,其特征在于:所述FRP板粘覆在所述水泥板层上后,其与所述压紧孔相对的位置设有连接孔,所述连接孔内填充有弹性材料,所述连接孔内的弹性材料与所述压紧孔内的弹性材料一体成型。
