[0002]在以中餐为主的我国,酒店、食堂以及中央厨房均配备有烹制中餐的商用燃气炉 灶。现有的商用燃气灶的燃烧器主要包括燃烧室、进风管和进气管,空气和燃气分别通过进 风管和进气管进入燃烧室,点燃后即可为炒锅等炊具提供热量。这种结构较为简单,使用起 来也很方便,因而被广泛采用。
[0003]在实际应用的过程中,发现上述结构的商用燃烧灶燃烧效率较低,致使燃烧不充 分,既造成燃料能源浪费,增加了使用者和消费者的加工成本;又产生大量含碳量较高的烟 气,不能响应当下节能减排的号召,更无法满足日益严格的环保要求。

[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚热催化型多头燃烧器,能够分散燃 烧后拢火聚热,提高燃烧温度,使难燃物质充分燃烧。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种聚热催化型多头燃烧 器,包括预混腔,预混腔内连通风管和燃气管,其特征在于:所述预混腔的上方设置盖帽,盖 帽内开设截锥形的通腔,盖帽的通腔与预混腔的顶壁共同形成燃烧室,预混腔的顶壁上设 置多个伸向燃烧室的燃烧头,燃烧头沿燃烧室的周边分布。

[0016] 1、由于预混腔的上方设置盖帽,盖帽的截锥形通腔与预混腔的顶壁共同形成燃烧 室,燃烧室设有多个沿周边分布的燃烧头,使得分散燃烧的多个火焰被燃烧室逐渐聚拢,集 中燃烧的热能,大幅提高燃烧温度,一方面能够催化灼烧燃气中较难燃烧的成分,从而使得 燃烧更加充分,达到节能减排的目的;另一方面过高的燃烧温度可减少烹制时间,提高效 率,节省能源。
[0017] 2、由于燃烧室的下方设有连通外界的自然空气补氧腔,使得燃烧头在向上喷火燃 烧的同时,拉动下方空气通过自然空气补氧腔进入燃烧室,增加氧量,利于燃烧更加充分。
[0018] 3、由于燃烧头的顶端设有导火筒,能够约束火焰的喷射方向,更加便于集中燃烧 的热能。
[0019] 4、由于燃烧头位于盖帽侧壁的下方,使得盖帽的侧壁对燃烧头形成遮挡作用,避 免从燃烧室的上口流淌下的汤汁浇在燃烧头上,避免堵塞甚至损坏燃烧头,利于延长其使 用寿命;导火筒的周壁上部开设有槽口,在约束火焰燃烧方向的同时,为导火筒预留了充分 的热胀冷缩空间。
[0020] 5、由于自然空气补氧腔内设置电子点火针和火焰感应针,能够实现自动电子点火 与自动火焰感应,电子点火针和火焰感应针位于盖帽侧壁的下方,避免了水和油污浇在电 子点火针和火焰感应针上,致使离子熄火保护信号失灵,炉灶不能工作的问题。
[0021] 6、由于盖帽的内壁上设置多条导热齿,导热齿沿通腔的轴向方向设置且连通燃烧 室的顶部与底部,一方面由于导热齿具有较大的受热面积,使其温度更高,能够瞬间催化燃 烧燃气中的难燃成分,使燃烧更加充分,减少C0的排放量;另一方面导热齿的设置方向约束 了热的传导方向,进一步提高燃烧室上口的供热温度。
[0022] 7、由于预混腔的顶部具有弧形腔,风管和燃气管位于弧形腔的下方,燃烧头位于 弧形腔的外周,使得燃气与空气在弧形腔内形成翻滚式混合,混合更加均匀,混合均匀的气 体旋流进位于四周的燃烧头内,在旋流的过程中实现了再次混合。
[0023] 8、由于燃气管位于风管内,燃气管的上端高出风管的上端设置,燃气管的顶部设 有旋流帽,使得空气包覆在燃气外,燃气在出口端旋流进直冒的空气内,实现了初步混合。 [0024] 9、由于风管上设置旋弯,一方面能够使得进入风管的高压空气利用旋弯能够自身 混合均匀;另一方面避免了由于爆燃回火引发的安全隐患。

[0033]如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实用新型在预混腔13的上方设置盖帽1,盖帽1内开 设截锥形的通腔,盖帽1的内壁上设置多条导热齿3,导热齿3沿燃烧室2的周壁均匀分布,导 热齿3连通燃烧室2的顶部与底部,盖帽1的通腔与预混腔13的顶壁共同形成燃烧室2,预混 腔13的顶部具有弧形腔14,预混腔13连通风管11和燃气管10,燃气管10位于风管11内,燃气 管10的上端高出风管11的上端设置,燃气管10的顶部设有旋流帽15,旋流帽15位于弧形腔 14的下方。预混腔13的顶壁上设置多个伸向燃烧室2的燃烧头4,燃烧头4位于弧形腔14的外 周且在盖帽1侧壁的下方,燃烧头4的顶端设有导火筒5,导火筒5的周壁上部开设有槽口 6。
[0034] 为使燃烧室2内燃烧更加充分,在燃烧室2的下方设置了连通外界的自然空气补氧 腔9,为加强补氧效果,如图5所示,将预混腔13设计成横截面呈花朵状,弧形腔14相当于花 朵的花心,燃烧头4下方的预混腔13则相当于花朵的花瓣,花瓣间的缝隙则形成自然空气补 氧腔9。自然空气补氧腔9内设置电子点火针8和火焰感应针7,电子点火针8和火焰感应针7 位于盖帽1侧壁的下方。
[0035] 为避免由于爆燃回火引发的安全隐患,在风管11上设置了旋弯12,旋弯12位于预 混腔13的外部,此结构还能够使得进入风管11的高压空气利用旋弯12能够自身混合均匀。

[0037] 使用时,风管11上连接鼓风机,鼓风机吹出的空气流经风管11的旋弯12自身混合 均匀后,进入预混腔13,与从气流中部的燃气管10顶部旋流出的燃气初步混合,在空气的直 冲作用下,带动混合的燃气一同进入弧形腔14,在弧形腔14内再次进行翻滚式混合,从弧形 腔14内流出的混合气体旋流进位于弧形腔14周边的预混腔13,在此过程中有一次混合,经 过三次混合的气体进入各燃烧头4,从燃烧头4的顶部冒出,由电子打火针引燃,形成燃烧的 直冲火焰,火焰在燃烧室2锥形结构的约束下,向燃烧室2的中部靠拢,从上部燃烧口喷出, 加热炊具。
[0038] 在上述燃烧的过程中,由于燃烧室2内的导热齿3具有较大的受热面积,受热快,温 度更高,能够瞬间催化燃烧燃气中的难燃成分,使燃气燃烧更加充分,减少C0的排放量;导 热齿3的设置方向还约束了热的传导方向,进一步提高燃烧室2上口的供热温度。并且燃烧 的火焰拉动外界的空气通过自然空气补氧腔9进入燃烧室2,增加燃烧所需的氧量,使得燃 烧更加充分,达到节能减排的目的。

1. 一种聚热催化型多头燃烧器,包括预混腔,预混腔内连通风管和燃气管,其特征在 于:所述预混腔的上方设置盖帽,盖帽内开设截锥形的通腔,盖帽的通腔与预混腔的顶壁共 同形成燃烧室,预混腔的顶壁上设置多个伸向燃烧室的燃烧头,燃烧头沿燃烧室的周边分 布。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的聚热催化型多头燃烧器,其特征在于:所述燃烧室的下方设有 连通外界的自然空气补氧腔。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的聚热催化型多头燃烧器,其特征在于:所述燃烧头的顶端设有 导火筒。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的聚热催化型多头燃烧器,其特征在于:所述燃烧头位于盖帽侧 壁的下方,导火筒的周壁上部开设有槽口。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的聚热催化型多头燃烧器,其特征在于:所述自然空气补氧腔内 设置电子点火针和火焰感应针,电子点火针和火焰感应针位于盖帽侧壁的下方。
