Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种观赏鱼缸滚轮式粪水分离装置。主要解决现有的观赏鱼缸过滤出的污物没有及时清理而对水体产生二次污染的问题。其特征在于:所述鱼缸(10)内部固定有梭状轮固定架(6),梭状轮固定架(6)上通过转轴连接有梭状轮(3),梭状轮(3)位于出水管(1)的出水口下方,且梭状轮(3)的轮缘表面固定有过滤网(5),所述梭状轮固定架(6)上固定有刮粪板(7),刮粪板(7)一端与过滤网(5)接触,另一端的下部设置有集粪盘(8)。该观赏鱼缸滚轮式粪水分离装置避免了清理出的污物与水体持续接触,大幅度降低了鱼粪溶解数量,减少换水次数,保持水质清洁。

背景技术
[0002]目前,在缸养鱼行业中,多使用底部过滤鱼缸或背部过滤鱼缸,这两种鱼缸均依靠 水流作用来带动因重力作用沉积在鱼缸底部的固体排泄物,使固体排泄物进入进水口后随 水管进入底部(背部)过滤系统,在鱼缸出水口处,设置装有脱脂过滤棉的过滤槽,水体通过 该过滤槽实现固液分离。但这两种鱼缸的固体排泄物依旧长时间滞留在槽中,并没有达到 较好的除粪净水效果,后续水流依旧会对滞留排泄物进行冲刷,导致其碎解并污染过滤棉 和后续水体。为减轻对水体的污染,只能利用硝化细菌对粪便发酵产生的氨和硫化氢进行 生物处理,产生硝酸盐以降低对水体的污染,硝酸盐逐渐积累,对水体依然有污染,并影响 鱼的健康,这时需要定期换水以达到适合鱼生长的合格水质。
发明内容

[W)06]本实用新型具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,该鱼缸滚轮式粪水分离装置 采用自身水流为动力,装置本身不耗能,制作方便,材料简单,制造成本低。工作过程中控制 好水流方向,gp^T控制粪便随滚轮运动方向,利用刮粪板将粪便除去统一处理到集粪盘中, 与水面彻底分离,流水则透过梭状轮滤网下流到水槽的过滤物上并最终循环回鱼缸,进而 避免了固体排泄物与水体持续接触的问题,能够及时将鱼缸中排出的鱼粪与水体分离开, 只需人为定期移除集粪盘中的固体鱼粪即可,大幅度降低了鱼粪溶解数量,减少换水次数, 保持水质清洁,有效解决了水质污染的问题。

[0011]由图1、图2所示,一种观赏鱼缸滚轮式粪水分离装置,包括鱼缸10、出水管1,所述 鱼缸10内部固定有梭状轮固定架6,梭状轮固定架6上通过转轴连接有梭状轮3,使梭状轮3 可沿转轴转动。所述梭状轮3内部均匀固定有若干个梭状轮驱动片4,所述梭状轮驱动片4方 向可以平行于梭状轮转轴,且梭状轮3位于出水管1的出水口下方,出水管1的管口成一定角 度冲击梭状轮驱动片4,从而带动梭状轮3转动。并且改变出水管1的角度,可以控制梭状轮3 的转速,避免因转速过快而出现水滴飞溅的问题。
[0012]所述梭状轮3的轮缘表面固定有过滤网5,过滤网采用透水性能好的过滤材料,确 保鱼粪不会透过过滤网。所述梭状轮固定架6上固定有刮粪板7,刮粪板7—端与过滤网5接 触,另一端的下部设置有集粪盘8,集粪盘8可方便的拆下。
[0013]当水栗9将水泵向出水管1,水流由出水管流出时冲击梭状轮驱动片4驱动梭状轮3 转动,水流经过过滤网5过滤,流向过滤系统参与水循环,梭状轮3沿水流移动方向转动,粪 便排泄物滞留在过滤网5上随梭状轮3移动,在刮粪板7的作用下,粪便脱离过滤网5,由集粪 盘8收集,集粪盘与水隔绝,粪便不会再与水质接触,避免污染水体等后续一系列问题。
[0014]该粪水分离装置因为动力来源为自身水压,所以装置本身不耗能,制作方便,材料 简单,制造成本低。工作过程中控制好水流方向和出水管水的流速,即可控制粪便随滚轮运 动方向和转速,利用刮粪板7将粪便除去统一处理到集粪盘8中,有效的避免水与粪便的再 接触,防止污染物与水体再接触,此装置除粪效率高效果好,有效解决了水质污染的问题。
