本实用新型公开了一种食品加工用除湿机,包括箱体,箱体的前端开放设置,箱体前侧面的左端和箱门的后端通过合页转动连接,箱体内部的右侧面沿竖直方向等间距固定有五个放置网板,箱体内部左侧面的上端设有螺杆,螺杆的后端和步进电机的输出轴通过联轴器连接,臭氧发生器工作产生臭氧从而对箱体内进行杀菌,保证烘干食品的安全;竖板通过集气管带动硬质排气管前后移动,硬质排气管出气口排出的热空气对食物进行烘干,且硬质排气管往复移动使得热空气对食品的烘干均匀,除湿效率高;热风机使得热空气在箱体、除水装置和热风机之间循环,除水装置中的硅胶板和生石灰板吸附热空气中的水分,本食品加工用除湿机节约能源,降低了烘干成本。

[0002]食品加工,是指直接以农、林、牧、渔业产品为原料进行的谷物磨制、饲料加工、植 物油和制糖加工、屠宰及肉类加工、水产品加工,以及蔬菜、水果和坚果等食品的加工活动, 是广义农产品加工业的一种类型。
[0003]食品加工过程中需要对食品进行除湿,但是目前对食品进行除湿采用的方式一般 为自然风干,除湿效率低,难以满足人们的需求。 实用新型内容
[0004]本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种食品加工用除湿机, 竖板通过集气管带动硬质排气管前后移动,硬质排气管出气口排出的热空气对食物进行烘 干,且硬质排气管往复移动使得热空气对食品的烘干均匀,除湿效率高,可以有效解决背景 技术中的问题。
[0005]为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种食品加工用除湿机,包括箱 体,所述箱体的前端开放设置,箱体前侧面的左端和箱门的后端通过合页转动连接,箱体内 部的右侧面沿竖直方向等间距固定有五个放置网板,箱体内部左侧面的上端设有螺杆,螺 杆的后端和步进电机的输出轴通过联轴器连接,步进电机通过固定架固定在箱体内部左侧 面的上端,螺杆的前端通过轴承座和箱体内部的左侧面固定连接,螺杆和竖板上端的螺孔 螺纹连接,竖板下端的滑孔和滑动杆滑动连接,滑动杆的前后两端均通过固定架固定在箱 体内部的左侧面,竖板的侧面沿竖直方向固定有集气管,集气管的出气口和硬质排气管的 进气口连通,硬质排气管的下端等间距开设有出气口。
[0006] 箱体的上表面固定有热风机和除水装置,除水装置的进气口和箱体右侧面的出气 口通过导管连通,除水装置的出气口和热风机的进气口通过导管连通,热风机的出气口和 导气管的一端连通,导气管的另一端贯穿箱体并与集气管的进气口连通,箱体的内部通过 固定架固定有温度传感器和湿度传感器,箱体的右侧面固定有PLC控制器,PLC控制器的输 入端和外部电源的输出端电连接,PLC控制器的输入端分别与温度传感器的输出端和湿度 传感器的输出端电连接,PLC控制器的输出端分别与热风机的输入端和步进电机的输入端 电连接。
[0007] 作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述箱门上开设有安装孔,安装孔内固定 有透明观察窗。

[0017] 箱体10的上表面固定有热风机1和除水装置5,除水装置5包括壳体54,壳体54的内 部从左到右依次固定有活性炭板51、硅胶板52和生石灰板53,除水装置5的进气口和箱体1〇 右侧面的出气口通过导管连通,除水装置5的出气口和热风机1的进气口通过导管连通,热 风机1的出气口和导气管17的一端连通,导气管17的另一端贯穿箱体10并与集气管13的进 气口连通,热风机1使得热空气在箱体10、除水装置5和热风机1之间循环,除水装置5中的硅 胶板52和生石灰板53吸附热空气中的水分,本食品加工用除湿机节约能源,降低了烘干成 本,箱体10的内部通过固定架固定有温度传感器3和湿度传感器4,PLC控制器7通过温度传 感器3检测箱体10内的温度,PLC控制器7通过湿度传感器4检测箱体10内的湿度。

1.一种食品加工用除湿机,包括箱体(10),其特征在于:所述箱体(10)的前端开放设 置,箱体(10)前侧面的左端和箱门(14)的后端通过合页转动连接,箱体(10)内部的右侧面 沿竖直方向等间距固定有五个放置网板(8),箱体(10)内部左侧面的上端设有螺杆(16),螺 杆(16)的后端和步进电机⑵的输出轴通过联轴器连接,步进电机⑵通过固定架固定在箱 体(10)内部左侧面的上端,螺杆(16)的前端通过轴承座和箱体(1〇)内部的左侧面固定连 接,螺杆⑽和竖板(1¾上端的螺孔螺纹连接,竖板⑽下端的滑孔和滑动杆(11)滑动连 接,滑动杆(11)的前后两端均通过固定架固定在箱体(10)内部的左侧面,竖板(12)的侧面 沿竖直方向固定有集气管(13),集气管(1¾的出气口和硬质排气管(9)的进气口连通,硬质 排气管的下端等间距开设有出气口; 箱体(10)的上表面固定有热风机(1)和除水装置(5),除水装置(5)的进气口和箱体 (1〇)右侧面的出气口通过导管连通,除水装置(5)的出气口和热风机⑴的进气口通过导管 连通,热风机⑴的出气口和导气管(17)的一端连通,导气管(17)的另一端贯穿箱体(10)并 与集气管(13)的进气口连通,箱体(10)的内部通过固定架固定有温度传感器(3)和湿度传 感器⑷,箱体(10)的右侧面固定有PLC控制器⑺,PLC控制器⑺的输入端和外部电源的输 出端电连接,PLC控制器⑺的输入端分别与温度传感器⑶的输出端和湿度传感器⑷的输 出端电连接,PLC控制器⑺的输出端分别与热风机⑴的输入端和步进电机⑵的输入端电 连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用除湿机,其特征在于:所述箱门(14)上开设有 安装孔,安装孔内固定有透明观察窗(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用除湿机,其特征在于:所述除水装置(5)包括 壳体(54),壳体(54)的内部从左到右依次固定有活性炭板(51)、硅胶板(52)和生石灰板 (53)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用除湿机,其特征在于:所述硬质排气管(9)的 数量为五个,且硬质排气管⑼和放置网板⑻交错设置。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食品加工用除湿机,其特征在于:所述箱体(1〇)内部的侧 面固定有臭氧发生器⑹,臭氧发生器(6)的输入端和PLC控制器(7)的输出端电连接。
