[0002] 火力发电厂超净排放要求S02排放浓度低于35mg/Nm3的排放限值。为达到超净排 放要求的污染物排放限值,各个环保公司根据各自的技术特点对烟气脱硫技术进行了改造 升级,如双塔双循环、单塔双循环、高效喷淋空塔、辅助喷淋层、托盘等。上述各种技术中,托 盘技术通常不需要增加喷淋层,改造工作量小,因而应用较多。
[0003] 化工行业筛板塔应用较为广泛,开孔率通常在5%〜20 % ;筛板设置降液管,筛板 上方的液体通过溢流板保持一定的持液层厚度,高于溢流板的液体直接通过降液管排出。 该技术只允许气体通过筛板孔穿过液体向上流动、液体通过下降管向下流动,不允许液体 通过筛板孔向下流动,因而该技术的操作范围有限,在气体负荷较低和较高的条件下均无 法运行。
[0004] 为了提高筛板塔的气体处理能力,增强筛板塔的负荷适应性,穿流筛板塔在化工 行业得到了应用。该技术不设置降液管,烟气和液体分别从筛板上方和下方逆流穿过筛板, 在筛板上形成一个稳定的持液层,在持液层内完成气液传质。火力发电厂超净排放技术托 盘塔中应用的托盘,本质上属于穿流筛板,与喷淋塔中喷淋层相结合,应用于烟气脱硫。烟 气脱硫使用浆液作为吸收剂,为了避免穿流筛板堵塞,采用较大孔径的穿流筛板,且开孔率 通常在25%〜35%范围内,显著高于化工行业的筛板开孔率。
[0005]电力行业烟气脱硫系统烟气量大,通常单个吸收塔装置处理烟气量达1〇〇万立方 米每小时之上,因而吸收塔直径比较大。所以穿流筛板应用于电力行业的烟气脱硫塔中,按 照模块化设计,每个模块两侧都设有侧板,用于加强筛板强度,因而每个模块独立划分为一 个区域。由于筛板上方布置喷嘴的均匀性以及塔截面烟气流速的差异,筛板上方浆液流量 在塔截面上有一定的差异,从而导致各个筛板模块上浆液量有一定的偏差。此外,超净排放 脱硫所需的循环浆液量较大,筛板上方持液量较大。所以,在筛板模块浆液量不均以及筛板 上整体浆液量较大的共同作用下,极易出现部分筛板孔堵塞或者筛板压损急剧升高。

[0016]参见图1、图2、图3和图4,本实用新型的用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置包括穿 流筛板4,其布置在入口烟道3上方、吸收塔内喷淋层5下方,也可布置在吸收塔内喷淋层5中 间区域。穿流筛板4上方塔壁处设置溢流管8,可将穿流筛板上方液位超过溢流管8入口的多 余浆液溢流到吸收塔浆液池1内。溢流管8出口布置在位于吸收塔液位2下方,避免从入口烟 道3进入吸收塔内的烟气直接通过溢流管8而逃逸到穿流筛板4上方。烟气穿过穿流筛板4 上的持液层后,继续向上流动依次穿过喷淋层5和除雾器6,最后经出口烟道7排出。穿流筛 板4由多个穿流筛板模块41组成,穿流筛板模块41布置在支撑梁42上方,穿流筛板模块41与 支撑梁42的连接采用焊接或者螺栓连接。与吸收塔塔壁9相邻区域布置的穿流筛板模块41 根据塔壁形状调整模块规格尺寸,吸收塔中间区域布置的穿流筛板模块41规格尺寸相同。 穿流筛板模块41开设圆形筛孔43,开孔率在25%〜40%。穿流筛板模块41两侧设置有侧板 45,穿流筛板模块41之间的连接通过各自相邻的侧板直接焊接或者螺栓连接在一起。穿流 筛板模块侧板45设置液位连通孔44,各个液位连通孔44设置在同一标高,孔径大小为10mm 〜100mm,每个穿流筛板模块侧板45设置3〜20个液位连通孔44。液位连通孔44与穿流筛板4 距离为20mm〜100mm。
[0017]下面介绍本实用新型的用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置的工作过程和原理。 [0018]本实用新型的用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置上方,布置有脱硫塔喷淋装置, 将脱硫塔喷淋吸收液雾化喷出,雾化液滴对烟气进行洗涤后下落到本实用新型的穿流筛板 上,进而通过穿流筛板上的筛孔排出,落到穿流筛板下方的脱硫塔浆液池内。烟气从穿流筛 板下方穿过筛孔,与穿流筛板上保持的一定深度的浆液接触,形成一个稳定的气泡层。气泡 层内气液接触较为充分,从而达到较高的污染物去除效率。烟气穿过穿流筛板上的持液层 后,继续向上流动依次穿过喷淋层和除雾器,最后经出口烟道排出。各个穿流筛板模块侧板 的液位连通孔将各个穿流筛板模块上的浆液连通,从而保证吸收塔内所有穿流筛板模块上 的浆液处于同一液位深度,实现烟气与浆液在各个穿流筛板模块上的均匀、充分的接触。此 外,在烟气负荷较高时,穿流筛板模块上的圆形筛孔内烟气流速提高,穿流筛板模块上的浆 液量增大,穿流筛板模块上的持液层深度提高,持液层深度在达到塔壁溢流孔位置时经溢 流管溢出到吸收塔浆液池中,从而避免穿流筛板上过大的持液层深度而引起穿流筛板烟气 阻力急剧上升。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置,用于提高脱硫塔的烟气脱硫效率,其包括 与脱硫塔连接的穿流筛板,所述穿流筛板上方设置溢流管,所述穿流筛板由多个穿流筛板 模块组成; 其中,所述穿流筛板模块两侧设置侧板,侧板在同一标高开设液位连通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置,其特征在于,所述的溢流 管入口与脱硫塔壁相连通,出口与脱硫塔浆液池相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置,其特征在于,所述的溢流 管入口布置在距离筛板50mm〜500mm的吸收塔塔壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强气液接触的穿流筛板装置,其特征在于,所述液位连 通孔径1 〇mm〜1 〇〇mm,所述液位连通孔与穿流筛板距离为20mm〜100mm。
