Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种综合水处理系统,包括滤芯,所述滤芯的出水端连接所述超滤设备的进水端,所述超滤设备的第一出水端连接所述反渗透设备的进水端,所述超滤设备的第二出水端连接所述废水水箱,所述超滤设备的第二出水端与所述废水水箱之间设有超滤冲洗阀;所述反渗透设备的第一出水端连接用水终端,所述反渗透设备的第二出水端连接所述废水水箱,所述反渗透设备的第一出水端还连接其进水端,并通过回水阀控制。本系统将储水再次回流至反渗透设备内净化处理,能够有效的去除水体中有害物质以及盐类化合物,净水比达到99%以上。

技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及净水设备领域,尤其涉及一种综合水处理系统。
背景技术
[0002]目前终端用户(自来水为水源的家用,餐饮,工厂,楼宇直饮等)要满足常规水质 (特殊行业要求的特殊水质除外,如半导体行业的高纯水)要求的水处理设备,是由粗过滤 设备(前置过滤器),中央净水机(活性炭设备)、中央软水机(离子交换设备)、中央超滤机 (超滤设备)和终端直饮机组成,其中,终端直饮机按过滤精度分为普通终端净水器(一般是 活性炭加超滤或纳滤技术)和终端纯水机(反渗透技术)两种。
[0003]以上所有设备对水的处理,只是满足了常规设备(锅炉,地暖,洗衣机等)和直饮对 水质的要求。反渗透技术的应用,分为工业反渗透和终端反渗透(家用纯水机)两种。
[0004]工业反渗透设备的预处理,由原水箱、原水杲、沙滤机、活性炭净水机和软水机组 成,主机由高压栗、R0反渗透膜组、电控系统组成,供水系统由净水箱和供水栗组成。
[0005] 家用反渗透设备由粗过滤、活性炭、R0膜、机壳和电控系统组成。
[0006] 在上述所有设备中,通过不同组合,可以满足大部分用户对水处理的基本要求,但 有以下缺陷:
[0007] 工业反渗透设备存在体积过大,能耗高,废水量大(总用水量40%),污染严重(其 结构中有软水机,会有浓盐水排放)等问题,不能满足所有常规用户的需求。
[0008] 常规设备(前置,中央净水,中央软水,中央超滤),只有在全部安装的情况下,才能 把水处理到无菌,软化,如需直饮,就需要分质供水,通过不同的管道来输送不同的水(软水 机产水中含大量钠离子,适用于设备,不宜直饮,必须和超滤产水分开),而且污染严重(其 结构中有软水机,会有浓盐水排放),如果要提高直饮水品质,就必须加装终端直饮设备。
[0009] 常规设备废水不能集中回收利用,废水中除了常规污染物外,还含有大量人工添 加的盐(氯化钠,软水机耗材),绿化不能使用,排放到地下会严重污染地下水。
[0010] 常规设备提供的软水,目前多用于设备用水和生活用水,其中生活用水(如淋浴 等)长期使用会通过皮肤吸收水中的钠,增加人体对钠的总摄入量,影响人体健康。
[0011] 常规设备中,因设备功能不同造成众多种类,操作复杂,故障率高,维护周期不同 工作量大且后期维护费用高,每个设备只能解决水处理过程中的单一问题。
[0012] 常规水处理设备的制水过程的废水比为1:1,也就是说,通常产生1L纯净水即需要 排掉1L量的废水,产水效率非常低,消耗时间长,也没有调节压力的能力,究其原因,是因为 净化水的水体内含有的盐类物质不能除尽,因此在反渗透的排废过程中,大部分水被排掉, 从而导致制水效率低,废水比较高;储水罐长期储水没有使用的情况下,容易滋生细菌,造 成二次污染,这也就是我们经常看到产时间没有使用的给水器,使用时会有异味的原因。
[0013] 在常规水处理设备中,水处理过后的纯净水往往会除掉水中的部分人体所需的微 量元素,从而降低人体通过饮水补充微量元素的途径,从而改变逐渐改变人的体质,影响人 体健康。 实用新型内容
[0014] 结合现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种提高工作效率,节约水资源,充分净 化水体且提高水质的综合水处理系统。

[0030]本实用新型的水处理系统在制水的同时还将储存设备内的水体再次回流至反渗 透设备内净化处理,能够有效的去除水体中有害物质以及盐类化合物,净水比达到99%以 上;另外,通过双重处理工艺,通过系统增压泵提供足够的压力,增加单位时间的产水量,利 用稳压膨胀罐的作为储水装置,有效的降低了水处理系统的占地面积,节约室内空间;并将 稳压膨胀罐内的水体形成自循环处理,在循环的过程中再次除菌处理,从而保障了水质一 直保持在刚刚产出时的标准,甚至更高,完全避免了储水设备内的水因长时间未使用而产 生异味的现象;同时,系统能够直接监测到水体的质量,检测产出的纯净水中含有的人体必 须的微量元素,必要时,能够自行开启水质调节罐,补充微量元素,能够直接作为人体微量 元素的补充剂,实现健康饮水。

[0056]本实用新型工作时,水进入滤芯11,去除大颗粒污染物和部分余氯、重金属。然后 进入超滤设备12,由电控系统控制超滤设备12正、反清洗,由手动阀控制废水流量,超滤设 备12有效去除水中悬浮物,细菌、病毒。水体进入系统增压泵B3,增压后进入纳滤反渗透设 备13,由电控系统控制反渗透设备13正冲洗,反渗透设备13的第二出水端的水循环回流,经 多次防渗透作用,降低废水排放量,有效去除重金属、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐及溶解在水中的其 他物质,有效降低硬度,达到优质直饮标准。最后进入稳压膨胀罐15内储存,且产出的纯净 水在长时间不使用的情况下,循环阀4自动开启,使其再次回流至超滤设备12内,能有有效 的去除纯净水因长时间不使用而滋生的细菌即有害物质,保障系统水质安全。

6. 如权利要求1所述的综合水处理系统,其特征在于:所述反渗透设备与稳压膨胀罐之 间设有净水流量计,所述净水流量计处的管路上并联一水质调节罐,所述水质调节罐前设 有第二电动调节阀。
7. 如权利要求1所述的综合水处理系统,其特征在于:所述滤芯的进水端处设有第一水 质监测器,所述反渗透设备的第一出水端处设有第二水质监测器。
8. 如权利要求1所述的综合水处理系统,其特征在于:所述超滤设备与反渗透设备之间 还设有低压开关与系统增压泵,所述低压开关与系统增压栗分别设置在所述进水电磁阀的 进水端与出水端。
9. 如权利要求8所述的综合水处理系统,其特征在于:所述反渗透设备的进水端上还设 有膜前压力传感器。
10. 如权利要求9所述的综合水处理系统,其特征在于:所述反渗透设备的第二出水端 处还依次设有膜后压力传感器与废水流里计。
