1. 一种自动钻孔机,包括用于放置工件的工作台(1)、设置在工作台(1)边沿用于对工 件进行钻孔的钻具(2)和设置在工作台(1)上用于钻孔时自动压紧工件的工件压紧机构 (3),其特征在于,所述工作台(1)的边沿设置有用于确定待加工工件上待钻孔位置的定位 机构(4),所述定位机构(4)包括沿着工作台(1)的长度方向设置在工作台(1)边沿的用于与 放置在工作台(1)上的工件相抵触的抵触板(41)、沿着抵触板(41)的长度方向设置在工作 台(1)上用于测量工件上待钻孔之间的距离的刻度尺(42)以及滑动设置在抵触板(41)上用 于与待加工工件抵触以限制待加工工件在抵触板(41)长度方向上位置的定位组件(43)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述一种自动钻孔机,其特征在于,所述定位组件(43)包括用于与抵 触板(41)形成直角以确定工件上待钻孔距工件边沿的距离的定位板(431)和用于限定定位 板(431)位置的限位座(5),所述定位板(431)沿垂直抵触板(41)的长度方向滑动设置在所 述限位座(5)上。
3. 根据权利要求2所述一种自动钻孔机,其特征在于,所述限位座(5)的侧壁上开设有 供定位板(431)沿着垂直于抵触板(41)的方向滑动的第一滑槽(S1),所述定位板(4幻)上设 置有用于在第一滑槽(51)内滑动的第一滑块(4311)。
4. 根据权利要求3所述一种自动钻孔机,其特征在于,所述抵触板(41)上设置有供所述 限位座(5)滑动的第二滑槽(411),所述限位座(5)上设置有用于使限位座(5)在所述第二滑 槽(411)中滑动的滑块(5¾,所述滑块(52)上设置有用于将滑块(52)固定在所述第二滑槽 (411)中的固定件。
5. 根据权利要求4所述一种自动钻孔机,其特征在于,所述固定件包括穿设在滑块(52) 上的插杆(521),所述插杆(521)贯穿滑块(52)且与滑块(52)之间螺纹配合,在转动插杆 (521)时,所述插杆(521)可与第二滑槽(41丨)底壁抵紧,所述插杆(521)上设置有用于转动 插杆(521)的手柄(5211)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述一种自动钻孔机,其特征在于,所述工件压紧机构包括设置 在工作台(1)上方用于压紧工件的压块(31)和用于驱动压块(31)运动的气缸(32),所述压 块(31)与工件接触的一侧设置有缓冲层(311)。
