[0002] 雕锥机是数控机床的一种,一般认为雕锐机是使用小刀具、大功率和高速主轴电 机的数控铣床,雕刻机的优势在雕,如果加工材料硬度比较大也会显得力不从心,雕铣机的 出现可以说填补了两者之间的空白,雕铣机既可以雕刻,也可铣削,是一种高效高精的数控 机床,雕铣机这个概念最先是由佳铁提出并且实现的,雕铣机的适用范围比较广,广泛用于 精密模具模仁粗精加工一次完成,模具紫铜电极,铝件产品批量加工,鞋模制造,治具加工, 钟表眼境行业,雕铣机以他性价比高,加工速度快,加工产品光洁度好,在机床加工业越来 越占有重要地位,为工业自动化必不可少的一个加工环节。

[0014] 本实用新型中,首先,通过设置的X、Y、和Z支轴的支撑作用,一方面能够对雕铣机 起到安全稳定的支撑作用,确保雕铣刀头的工作稳定性,另一方面三支轴的结构也实现了 雕铣刀头多,联动的驱动作用,使得雕铣刀头能够在支轴上进行多角度的变化工作,从而 ^大化的提高了雕铣机的工作效率,其次,通过设置的注油孔,能够对固定套管内表壁以及 滚轴连接处起到导入润滑油体的作用,从而降低固定套管在支轴上滑动时产生的相对摩擦 阻力,进而便于雕铣刀头的移动调节操作,降低了零部件的使用磨损,另一方面该雕铣机整 体结构设计间单合理,操作灵活便捷,运行安全稳定,避免了雕统废料的不必要污染现象, 具有较强的实用性。

[0024] 工作原理:使用时,通过底座5将雕铣机安装在工作地点,需要雕铣的工件放置在 工装放置台9上进行夹持固定,三个支轴分别连接驱动设备提供动力,此时X支轴3、Y支轴14 和Z支轴1三轴的配合运行,实现了雕铣机的多轴运动,当雕铣工作位置调整完成之后,驱动 电机11带动雕铣刀头10进行旋转对工件进行雕铣处理,鼓风机13产生气体通过吹气管14将 雕洗产生的废料吹落并且通过通孔8落入废料仓7内,沿着斜板6在 部中心处收 集,进而使得该雕铣机完整运行。
