Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种热能转换汽车尾气处理装置,包括固定壳和水箱,所述水箱焊接在固定壳的底部,且水箱的顶部内壁上焊接有液位传感器,所述水箱的底部外壁上焊接有排水管,且排水管上设有阀门,所述固定壳的一侧外壁上焊接有连接头,且固定壳的底端内壁上焊接有导气板,所述固定壳的内壁上焊接有倾斜放置的导水板,且导水板靠近导气板一端的高度大于远离导气板一端的高度。本实用新型能够对废气进行清洗,清洗的同时转化了废气中的热量对水进行加热,能够把废水导入过滤盒中,节能环保,能够对废水进行过滤,在去除杂质的同时对水进行再次利用,节约了资源,能够对吸附气体中的异味,提高尾气处理的效果。

[0002]目前,汽车尾气作为空气污染的主要来源之一,汽车尾气中含有大量的有害物质, 包括一氧化碳、氮氧化物、碳氢化合物和固体悬浮颗粒等。成为社会关注焦点的PM2.5就属 于固体悬浮颗粒的范畴。汽车尾气除了是大型城市PM2.5的主要来源之一外,还是很多城市 大气污染的罪魁祸首之一,光化学烟雾就是其主要影响之一,尾气在直接危害人体健康的 同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味,达到 一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长,一般 的汽车尾气处理装置对尾气的处理效果不够好,而且对尾气的热能不能够进行再利用,因 此,亟需一种热能转换汽车尾气处理装置。 实用新型内容

[0020] 工作原理:使用时,先通过水栗8、出水管4和第一过滤板5对废气进行清洗,通过导 水板2把废水导入过滤盒9中,而废气经过清洗后能够把热量传入水中最后流入水箱12中, 通过过滤盒9和第二过滤板15对废水进行过滤,在去除杂质的水流入水箱12中进行再次利 用,最后通过活性炭板10和吸附板11对吸附气体中的异味,提高尾气处理的效果。

- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热能转换汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一过滤 板(5)的内壁上焊接有倾斜放置的流水板,且流水板靠近进水口一端的高度高于远离进水 口一端的高度,流水板的顶端焊接有等距离分布的第二过滤板(15),第二过滤板(15)的顶 部均与过滤盒(9)的顶部内壁焊接。
- 4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热能转换汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述固定壳 (1)远离连接头的一端焊接有过滤罩,且过滤罩的内壁上焊接有竖直放置的活性炭板(1〇) 和吸附板(11)。
- 5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热能转换汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述水泵(8) 的进水口内壁上焊接有进水管,且进水管远离水栗(8)的一端位于水箱(12)内。
