Abstract
一种串联式密炼机,包括密炼室、储料箱、抽气管、除湿柜、干燥室、吸附室、压缩机、密炼机前转子、密炼机后转子、永磁电动机、底座、出料口、风机、除尘装置、电机、电机箱、吸尘管、水箱、搅拌叶、旋转轴、出风口、排污管、排污阀、支撑杆、支撑板、进料口;所述密炼室上方设有储料箱与除湿装置,除湿装置位于储料箱的左端,所述密炼室内部的风机通过吸尘管连接除尘装置,橡胶原料落入储料箱后,通过除湿装置将潮湿原料中的水分带走,避免潮湿的橡胶原料影响后续的加工效果;除尘装置使得气流中的粉尘充分与清水充分混合,提高了粉尘的吸附效果;整个装置结构简单,布局合理,能够有效吸收密炼机工作过程中产的粉尘。

[0002]密闭式练胶机简称密炼机,又称捏炼机,主要用于橡胶的塑炼和混炼。密炼机是一 种设有一对特定形状并相对回转的转子、在可调温度和压力的密闭状态下间隙性地对聚合 物材料进行塑炼和混炼的机械,主要由密炼室、转子、转子密封装置、加料压料装置、卸料装 置、传动装置及机座等部分组成。
[0003]现有技术中的密炼设备仅具有塑炼或混炼的单一功能,无法对橡胶进行一体化的 塑炼及混炼操作;潮湿的原料会影响加工的后续效果;现有的密炼机在密炼过程中会产生 大量的粉尘,粉尘会影响密炼机的运转以及橡胶的生产质量,并且排出去的空气会对环境 造成污染。 实用新型内容

[0014]、与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过除湿装置将潮湿原料中的水分 带走,避免潮$的橡胶原料影响后续的加工效果;除尘装置使得气流中的粉尘充分与清水 充分混合,提尚了粉尘的吸附效果;整个装置结构简单,布局合理,能够有效吸收密炼机工 作过程中产的粉尘,改善了操作人员的工作环境,减少了环境污染,实用性强。
