背景技术
用台钻或钻铣床加工圆柱型工件侧面中心孔时，现有都采用对圆柱型工件划线找中心的方法，这样费时费力，并且不容易找准中心孔。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种圆柱体工件侧面中心钻孔机构，使其能方便、准确地在圆柱体工件侧面中心钻孔。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：
圆柱体工件侧面中心钻孔机构，包括标尺、夹持柄、销轴、钻头夹具、工件台；所述标尺为L型直角，直角上设置垂直向上的对准件，对准件与二直角边均呈135度；所述夹持柄一端设置与钻头夹具相连的夹持端，夹持柄的中心划有垂直的刻度线；所述标尺由销轴连接在刻度线下方的夹持柄上，标尺的尖形对准刻度线；所述工件台上设置凹形工件安放部位。
更好地，上述对准件为箭头形，这样更直观地显现对准效果。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：用本实用新型的圆柱体工件侧面中心钻孔机构能够很快方便地找准圆柱工件的侧面中心，并可直接更换钻头而对圆柱形工件的侧面中心进行钻孔。

如图1所示，圆柱体工件侧面中心钻孔机构，包括标尺1、夹持柄2、销轴3、钻床夹头4、工件台5。
上述标尺1为L型直角，直角上设置垂直向上的箭头形对准条11，箭头形对准条11与二直角边均呈135度。
上述夹持柄2一端设置与钻头夹具相连的夹持端21，通过夹持端21连接在钻床夹头4，夹持柄2的中心划有垂直的刻度线6。
上述标尺1由销轴3连接在刻度线6下方的夹持柄2上，标尺1的箭头形对准条11对准刻度线6。
上述工件台5上设置凹形工件安放部位51，圆柱体工件7刚好安放在凹形工件安放部位51上，便于圆柱体工件7的定位。
柱型工件7钻孔时，先将工件台5放在工作台8上，带有角度的标尺1对称地架在柱型工件7的表面上，钻床夹头4固定在工件台5上方，夹持柄2的夹持端21与钻头夹具相连，然后通过工作台面5的移动使得标尺1的箭头形对准条11与刻度线6重合，从而使钻床的夹头4中心与柱形工件7侧面中心对正，此时再将夹持柄2换上相对应的钻头，即可进行钻孔。

1.圆柱体工件侧面中心钻孔机构，其特征在于，包括标尺、夹持柄、销轴、钻头夹具、工件台；所述标尺为L型直角，直角上设置垂直向上的对准件，对准件与二直角边均呈135度；所述夹持柄一端设置与钻头夹具相连的夹持端，夹持柄的中心划有垂直的刻度线；所述标尺由销轴连接在刻度线下方的夹持柄上，标尺的尖形对准刻度线；所述工件台上设置凹形工件安放部位。
