[0002]随着环保要求的日益严格,燃煤电厂污染物排放标准一提再提,目前京津冀地区 的燃煤电厂的大气污染物排放浓度要求达到超低排放的要求。在脱硝工艺中,选择性催化 还原法(SCK)因结构简单、脱硝效率高、运行可靠、技术较成熟等优点在燃煤电厂广泛应用。 [0003] so?脱硝工艺的还原剂一般采用液氨或者尿素,目前由于考虑安全问题,在市区及 近郊禁止采用液氨,大多数采用尿素作为脱硝还原剂,通过热解或水解工艺生成氨气,喷入 SCR反应器进行反应,脱除烟气中的N0X。
[0004]与液氨相比,尿素热解系统具有耗电量大,喷枪易堵塞,管路易结晶堵塞等缺点, 尿素水解系统具有占地面积大,管路易结晶堵塞等缺点。
[000S]鉴于上述,本设计人积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种尿素直喷型SNCR+SCR烟气 脱硝系统,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。 实用新型内容
[0006]为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能耗小、投资小、运行稳定、 不易结晶堵塞,从而达到脱硝系统安全稳定运行的目的的尿素直喷型SNCR+SCR烟气脱硝 系统。
[0007]本实用新型尿素直喷型SNCR+SCR烟气脱硝系统,包括:存储尿素溶液的尿素溶液 储罐,所述尿素溶液储罐连通两路尿素溶液输送管道,其分别为第一尿素溶液输送管道、第 二尿素溶液输送管道,所述第一尿素溶液输送管道连通尿素喷射联箱,所述第二尿素溶液 输送管道连通尿素喷射器组,其中,所述的第一尿素溶液输送管道、第二尿素溶液输送管道 上分别设有尿素溶液输送栗,所述尿素喷射联箱连通尿素喷枪,所述尿素喷枪设置在锅炉 炉膛内,所述尿素喷枪通过压缩空气管路连通空气压缩机,所述尿素喷射器组设置在转向 室内,所述转向室下游的烟道内依次设有静态混合器和SCR脱销反应器。
[0008] 进一步地,还包括存储尿素干粉的尿素粉仓,连接在尿素粉仓出料口处的出料器, 所述出料器通过管道与尿素溶解罐连通,所述尿素溶解罐连通所述尿素溶液储罐。
[0009] 进一步地,所述尿素喷射联箱安装有流量控制装置、压力控制装置、PLC控制装置, 所述PLC控制装置控制尿素溶液输送泵和所述空气压缩机。
[0010] 进一步地,尿素溶液储罐中,一路尿素溶液通过输送栗打入尿素喷射联箱,尿素溶 液在尿素喷枪中与压缩空气进行混合后喷入炉膛内与烟气中的N0X进行非选择性氧化还原 反应;另一路尿素溶液通过输送泵打入尿素喷射器组,尿素溶液通过尿素喷射器组喷入转 向室内进行热解反应生成氨气,氨气与烟气通过静态混合器充分混合后在脱硝反应器中与 烟气中的N0X进行选择性氧化还原反应,从而去除烟气中的N0X,实现脱硝。
[0011]与现有技术相比,本实用新型尿素直喷型SNCR+SCR烟气脱硝系统具有以下优点: L〇〇12」、本头用新型的尿素直喷型SNCR+SCR烟气脱硝系统,一部分尿素喷入炉膛内与烟气 中的N0X进行反应,一部分尿素喷入转向室内热解后与烟气中的.在脱硝反应器中反应,可 以有效脱除烟气中N0X,使烟气排放达到超低排放的标准要求,并且本技术具有节能、投资 少、运行稳定的优点。

[0016]如图1所示,本实用新型尿素直喷型SNCR+SCR烟气脱硝系统的最佳实施例,包括: 存储尿素千粉的尿素粉仓1,连接在尿素粉仓出料口处的出料器16,所述出料器通过管道与 尿素溶解罐2连通,所述尿素溶解罐连通尿素溶液储罐3,所述尿素溶液储罐连通两路尿素 溶液输送管道5,其分别为第一尿素溶液输送管道、第二尿素溶液输送管道,所述第一尿素 溶液输送管道连通尿素喷射联箱6,所述第二尿素溶液输送管道连通尿素喷射器组10,其 中,所述的第一尿素溶液输送管道、第二尿素溶液输送管道上分别设有尿素溶液输送泵4, 所述尿素喷射联箱连通尿素喷枪7,所述尿素喷枪设置在锅炉炉膛11内,所述尿素喷枪通过 压缩空气管路9连通空气压缩机8,所述尿素喷射器组设置在转向室12内,所述转向室下游 的烟道13内依次设有静态混合器14和SCR脱销反应器15。
[0017]进一步地,本实施例中,所述尿素喷射联箱安装有流量控制装置、压力控制装置、 PLC控制装置,所述PLC控制装置控制尿素溶液输送泵和所述空气压缩机。
[0018]本实施例工作原理:通过尿素溶解罐将尿素粉仓出料的尿素干粉溶解为尿素溶液 并存入尿素溶液储罐中,一路尿素溶液通过输送泵打入尿素喷射联箱,尿素溶液在尿素喷 枪中与压缩空气进行混合后喷入炉膛内与烟气中的NOx进行非选择性氧化还原反应 (SNCR);另一路尿素溶液通过输送泵打入尿素喷射器组,尿素溶液通过尿素喷射器组喷入 转向室内进行热解反应生成氨气,氨气与烟气通过静态混合器充分混合后在脱硝反应器中 与烟气中的NOx进行选择性氧化还原反应(SCR),从而去除烟气中的NOx,使处理后的烟气达 到超低排放的标准要求,实现脱硝。
