背景技术
目前，在冶金制造、机械加工等行业中酸洗的使用频率越来越高。在成形、组装、焊接等相关生产过程中形成了表面损伤，降低了其抗腐蚀能力，需要对部件进行酸洗。
封头是石油化工、原子能到食品制药诸多行业压力容器设备中不可缺少的重要部件。由于封头是压力容器上的端盖，是压力容器的一个主要承压部件，起密封作用，因此必须保障封头的完整度。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足，提供一种封头生产用酸洗设备。
为了实现本实用新型，采用以下技术方案：一种封头生产用酸洗设备，包括酸洗机、喷淋装置、酸洗溶液补充装置、真空泵和酸洗废气废水收集器；所述酸洗机底部设有封头自动移动装置，喷淋装置设置在酸洗机内部的顶端，酸洗溶液补充装置设置在酸洗机的外侧；封头自动移动装置的引入能够减少人工操作时所带来的不便，同时也能起到更好保护操作人员的安全；所述酸洗机通过上下两根管道连接真空泵，真空泵连接酸洗废气废水收集器。
进一步，所述酸洗机中设有酸洗浓度检测器，酸洗浓度检测器连接酸洗溶液补充装置，这样使酸洗的程度能够掌控精确，酸洗效果更为明显。
有益效果：本实用新型结构简单紧凑、布局合理，相关设备之间可操作性强，提高了整体设备处理化程度，工作效率大大提高；酸洗废气废水收集器将使用过程中的废气废水回收处理，提高了废水利用率，节能环保。

所述酸洗机1中设有酸洗浓度检测器7，酸洗浓度检测器7连接酸洗溶液补充装置3。

1.一种封头生产用酸洗设备，其特征在于，包括酸洗机（1）、喷淋装置（2）、酸洗溶液补充装置（3）、真空泵（4）和酸洗废气废水收集器（5）；所述酸洗机（1）底部设有封头自动移动装置（6），喷淋装置（2）设置在酸洗机（1）内部的顶端，酸洗溶液补充装置（3）设置在酸洗机（1）的外侧；所述酸洗机（1）通过上下两根管道连接真空泵（4），真空泵（4）连接酸洗废气废水收集器（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种封头生产用酸洗设备，其特征在于，所述酸洗机（1）中设有酸洗浓度检测器（7），酸洗浓度检测器（7）连接酸洗溶液补充装置（3）。
