[0005] 一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,包括地面,所述地面的上表面 设有两个支撑板,两个所述支撑板的上端设有传送板,所述地面的上表面还设有多个支撑 杆,多个所述支撑杆的上端共同连接有清洗槽,所述清洗槽的两侧外壁上均开设有两个安 装口,每个所述安装口内均安装有轴承,所述清洗槽内插设有两个转杆,两个所述转杆位于 清洗槽内的一端外壁上设有多个清洗杆,每个清洗杆上均设有洗刷毛,两个所述转杆的两 端位于轴承内,两个所述转杆位于清洗槽外部的一端均套设有皮带轮,位于清洗槽一侧的 两个所述皮带轮之间套设有皮带,所述清洗槽的一侧侧壁上开设有三个插槽,三个所述插 槽内依次插设有一级过滤网、插板和二级过滤网,所述一级过滤网、插板和二级过滤网与插 槽的连接处均设有密封层,所述地面的上表面还设有储水箱,所述清洗槽的下侧壁插设有 出水管,所述出水管的下端贯穿储水箱的上侧壁与储水箱的内部连通,所述储水箱的上侧 壁设有高压水泵,所述高压水栗的上端连接有输水管,所述输水管远离高压水泵的一端延 伸至清洗槽的内部并连接有喷头。

[0011]本实用新型中,塑胶废料通过传送板输送到清洗槽的上方后落下,伺服电机、高压 水泵和驱动电机启动,高压水流通过输水管输送到喷头处喷出,伺服电机带动丝杆转动,随 着伺服电机的正反转,丝杆正反转,滚珠螺母在丝杆上来回运动,带动输水管和喷头在清洗 槽上方来回运动,同时驱动电机驱动转杆转动,通过皮带带动另一个转杆转动,通过清洗杆 上的洗涮毛和高压水流的来回冲刷对塑胶废料进行洗刷,洗刷下来的杂质通过一级过滤网 落到二级过滤网上,经过二级过滤网过滤后水通过出水管流回储水箱,杂质留在插板内,通 过拔出插板即可将杂质推出,方便集中处理。本实用新型通过清洗杆上的洗涮毛的转动和 高压水流的来回冲刷对塑胶废料进行洗刷,洗刷效果好,效率高,通过对洗刷后的废液进行 过滤,并对杂质进行集中处理,水进行循环使用,环保实用,结构简单。

[0018]参照图1_3,一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,包括地面i,地面1 的上表面设有两个支撑板,两个支撑板的上端设有传送板2,地面1的上表面还设有多个支 撑杆3,多个支撑杆3的上端共同连接有清洗槽4,传送板2远离地面1的一端位于清洗槽4的 一侧上端,传送板2将塑胶废料输送到清洗槽4的上方落下,清洗槽4的两侧外壁上均开设有 两个安装口,每个安装口内均安装有轴承5,清洗槽4内插设有两个转杆6,两个转杆6位于清 洗槽4内的一端外壁上设有多个清洗杆(图中未画出),每个清洗杆上均设有洗刷毛,通过设 置多个洗刷毛清洗效果更佳,两个转杆6的两端位于轴承5内,两个转杆6的两端均插设在轴 承5内转动,便于了转杆6的转动,避免了与内壁连接处转动产生的磨损,两个转杆6位于清 洗槽4外部的一端均套设有皮带轮8,位于清洗槽4 一侧的两个皮带轮8之间套设有皮带7,清 洗槽4的一侧侧壁上开设有三个插槽,三个插槽内依次插设有一级过滤网9、插板1〇和二级 过滤网11,插板10的内部中空,一级过滤网9将杂质过滤出留在插板1〇的内部,二级过滤网 11将水过滤出,通过拔出插板10即可将杂质推出,便于对杂质的集中处理,一级过滤网9、插 板10和二级过滤网11与插槽的连接处均设有密封层,密封层避免了进行清洗工作时水渗漏 的问题,地面1的上表面还设有储水箱12,清洗槽4的下侧壁插设有出水管,出水管的下端贯 穿储水箱12的上侧壁与储水箱12的内部连通,储水箱12的上侧壁设有高压水泵13,高压水 泵13的上端连接有输水管14,输水管14远离高压水栗13的一端延伸至清洗槽4的内部并连 接有喷头,高压水栗13将储水箱12内的水抽出并通过输水管14进行输送再通过喷头喷出, 清洗槽4的下侧壁、一侧侧壁和上侧壁上均设有限位板15,输水管14贯穿每个限位板15,限 位板15对输水管14进行限位,避免了输水管14缠绕打结,影响输水效率,清洗槽4的上侧壁 设有两个固定块16,两个固定块16内均开设有转口,两个转口之间设有丝杆,丝杆上套设有 滚珠螺母17,通过丝杆的正反转即可实现滚珠螺母17在丝杆上额来回移动,滚珠螺母17的 外壁上开设有卡槽,输水管14靠近喷头的一端插设在卡槽内与卡槽的内壁滑动连接,其中 一个转杆6位于清洗槽4外部的一端连接有驱动电机(图中未画出),通过驱动电机和皮带7 带动两个转杆6转动,丝杆位于固定块16外部的一端连接有伺服电机(图中未画出),高压水 流通过输水管14输送到喷头处喷出,伺服电机带动丝杆转动,随着伺服电机的正反转,丝杆 正反转,滚珠螺母17在丝杆上来回运动,转杆6带动清洗杆转动,通过清洗杆上的洗涮毛和 高压水流的来回冲刷对塑胶废料进行洗刷,整个过程高效环保。
[0019]本实用新型中,塑胶废料通过传送板2输送到清洗槽4的上方后落下,伺服电机、高 压水泵13和驱动电机启动,高压水流通过输水管14输送到喷头处喷出,伺服电机带动丝杆 转动,随着伺服电机的正反转,丝杆正反转,滚珠螺母17在丝杆上来回运动,带动输水管14 和喷头在清洗槽4上方来回运动,同时驱动电机驱动转杆6转动,通过皮带7带动另一个转杆 6转动,通过清洗杆上的洗涮毛和高压水流的来回冲刷对塑胶废料进行洗刷,洗刷下来的杂 质通过一级过滤网9落到二级过滤网11上,经过二级过滤网11过滤后水通过出水管流回储 水箱12,杂质留在插板10内,通过拔出插板10即可将杂质推出,方便集中处理。

1. 一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,包括地面(1),其特征在于,所述 地面(1)的上表面设有两个支撑板,两个所述支撑板的上端设有传送板(2),所述地面(1)的 上表面还设有多个支撑杆(3),多个所述支撑杆〇3)的上端共同连接有清洗槽⑷,所述清洗 槽⑷的两侧外壁上均开设有两个安装口,每个所述安装口内均安装有轴承(5),所述清洗 槽⑷内插设有两个转杆(6),两个所述转杆(6)位于清洗槽⑷内的一端外壁上设有多个清 洗杆,每个清洗杆上均设有洗刷毛,两个所述转杆¢3)的两端位于轴承(5)内,两个所述转杆 ⑹位于清洗槽⑷外部的一端均套设有皮带轮(8),位于清洗槽⑷一侧的两个所述皮带轮 ⑻之间套设有皮带(7),所述清洗槽⑷的一侧侧壁上开设有三个插槽,三个所述插槽内依 次插设有一级过滤网(9)、插板(10)和二级过滤网(11),所述一级过滤网⑼、插板(10)和二 级过滤网(11)与插槽的连接处均设有密封层,所述地面(1)的上表面还设有储水箱(12),所 述清洗槽(4)的下侧壁插设有出水管,所述出水管的下端贯穿储水箱(12)的上侧壁与储水 箱(12)的内部连通,所述储水箱(12)的上侧壁设有高压水栗(13),所述高压水泵(13)的上 端连接有输水管(14),所述输水管(14)远离高压水泵(1¾的一端延伸至清洗槽(4)的内部 并连接有喷头。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,其特征在 于,所述传送板(2)远离地面(1)的一端位于清洗槽⑷的一侧上端。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,其特征在 于,所述插板(1〇)的内部中空。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,其特征在 于,所述清洗槽(4)的下侧壁、一侧侧壁和上侧壁上均设有限位板(15),所述输水管(14)贯 穿每个限位板(15)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,其特征在 于,所述清洗槽(4)的上侧壁设有两个固定块(I6),两个所述固定块(16)内均开设有转口, 两个所述转口之间设有丝杆,所述丝杆上套设有滚珠螺母(17),滚珠螺母(17)的外壁上开 设有卡槽,所述输水管(14)靠近喷头的一端插设在卡槽内与卡槽的内壁滑动连接。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种高效环保的自动化输送式塑胶废料清洗装置,其特征在 于,其中一个所述转杆(6)位于清洗槽(4)外部的一端连接有驱动电机,所述丝杆位于固定 块(16)外部的一端连接有伺服电机。
