本实用新型涉及锂离子电池壳技术领域,尤其涉及一种注塑电池顶壳结构。
背景技术
注塑工艺是非常常用的电池pack生产制造工艺,主要用于电池填充成型。但是由于注塑胶本身并无粘性,只能起到填充作用,所以注塑成型后的电池顶盖容易脱落。
随着手机行业的快速发展,对电池容量要求越来越高,而电池容量越大,电池体积和重量就越大,在做跌落和滚筒等测试时,顶壳脱落的概率就更大。
所以随着行业发展,传统的顶壳设计已经无法满足市场需求,必须加入新的设计因素,已使顶壳固定的更加牢固,机械性能更强。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种注塑电池顶壳结构。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种注塑电池顶壳结构,其特征在于:包括电池顶壳,在所述顶壳的侧面设有带有带拔模斜度的凸起挂胶柱以及中间镂空的挂胶耳朵。
优选地,所述凸起挂胶柱为半圆柱形且带有拔模斜度,拔模斜度不小于 15°。
优选地,所述挂胶耳朵为靠近顶壳内壁的中间镂空的凸起薄片,且距离顶壳外壁距离不小于0.15mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本实用新型通过挂胶柱和挂胶耳朵拔胶,能够很好地抵抗整机在跌落和滚筒时的外力冲击,更好的提高电池的安全性能,这样使电池在整机的跌落和滚筒测试都能保持良好的机械性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1、 2所示,一种注塑电池顶壳结构,包括电池顶壳1,在所述顶壳的侧面设有带有带拔模斜度的凸起挂胶柱2以及中间镂空的挂胶耳朵3。在注塑后,顶壳凸起挂胶柱和挂胶耳朵镶嵌到注塑胶里,通过倒拔模和挂胶耳朵中心空位挂胶,使顶壳牢牢的镶嵌在注塑胶中,确保顶壳固定牢固,难以脱落。本实用新型能够很好地固定电池顶壳,抵抗电池在跌落和滚筒时的外力,使顶壳不容易脱落,更好的提高电池的机械性能。所述拔胶柱为半圆柱形且带有拔模斜度,拔模斜度一般不小于15°。挂胶耳朵(如图1),所述挂胶耳朵为靠近顶壳内壁的中间镂空的凸起薄片,且距离顶壳外壁还有一定距离,一般距离不小于0.15mm。所述挂胶耳朵是侧壁凸起镂空耳朵,注塑胶流入后将耳朵和镂空填满,通过耳朵镂空处挂胶使顶壳无法被拔出。
生产实际操作时,首先将所设计顶壳套在电池4头部,如图2;
然后注塑胶从胶道5流入,将所有空位填充,并且将挂胶柱和挂胶耳朵全部埋没。待注塑胶冷却后,顶壳便牢牢的嵌入注塑胶6中,通过挂胶柱和挂胶耳朵挂胶,使顶壳牢牢固定在注塑胶中,如图3。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种注塑电池顶壳结构,其特征在于:包括电池顶壳,在所述顶壳的侧面设有带有带拔模斜度的凸起挂胶柱以及中间镂空的挂胶耳朵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑电池顶壳结构,其特征在于:所述凸起挂胶柱为半圆柱形且带有拔模斜度,拔模斜度不小于15°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注塑电池顶壳结构,其特征在于:所述挂胶耳朵为靠近顶壳内壁的中间镂空的凸起薄片,且距离顶壳外壁距离不小于0.15mm。
