Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种风冷式咖啡豆粉碎研磨机,包括基座、支脚、固定板、顶板、粉碎筒、进料口、粉碎刃、研磨盘和抽屉;基座的左端固定连接有固定板,固定板的顶部固定连接有顶板,顶板的下表面固定连接有第一电机,第一电机的轴伸端固定连接有转轴,转轴的末端固定连接有连杆,粉碎筒的上表面固定连接有第二电机,第二电机的轴伸端固定连接有粉碎轴,粉碎筒的下表面固定连接有研磨轴,研磨轴的下端固定连接有研磨球,在粉碎过程中利用扇叶给粉碎筒降温,防止粉碎过程中产生高温;粉碎筒不停转动,使咖啡豆混合更为均匀;粉碎轴带动搅拌棒转动,便于粉碎后的咖啡豆颗粒穿过通孔;利用研磨球对研磨槽上的咖啡豆进行研磨,使研磨效果更充分。

[0002]咖啡树是属茜草科常绿小乔木,日常饮用的咖啡是用咖啡豆配合各种不同的烹煮 器具制作出来的,而咖啡豆就是指咖啡树果实内之果仁,再用适当的烘焙方法烘焙而成。在 世界各地,人们越来越爱喝咖啡。无论在家里、还是在办公室、或是各种社交场合,人们都在 品着咖啡、它逐渐与时尚、现代生活联系在一起。咖啡豆的加工,离不开咖啡研磨机,现有的 研磨机往往效率比较低下,而且在咖啡豆粉碎研磨的过程中容易产生高温,影响咖啡的口 感,使用起来十分的不便。 实用新型内容

[0017]请参阅图1〜3,本实用新型实施例中,一种风冷式咖啡豆粉碎研磨机,包括基座1、 支脚2、固定板3、顶板4、粉碎筒11、进料口 12、粉碎刃15、研磨盘23和抽屉26,所述基座1的下 表面固定连接有支脚2,基座1的左端固定连接有固定板3,固定板3的顶部固定连接有顶板 4,顶板4的下表面固定连接有第一电机5,第一电机5的轴伸端固定连接有转轴6,转轴6上固 定连接有扇叶7,转轴6的末端固定连接有连杆8,连杆8与转轴6垂直,转轴6转动时带动扇叶 7和连杆8转动,扇叶7转动时可以对本装置进行冷却,连杆8的中部有弯折,所述连杆8的另 一端转动连接有固定杆9,固定杆9与连杆8垂直,固定杆9可以自由转动,所述固定杆9的下 端固定连接有固定架10,固定杆9转动时可以带动固定架10转动,所述固定架10的下端与粉 碎筒11的顶部固定连接,粉碎筒11的侧壁固定连接有进料口 12,粉碎筒11的上表面固定连 接有第二电机13,第二电机13的轴伸端固定连接有粉碎轴14,粉碎轴14穿过粉碎筒11的顶 部伸入粉碎筒11内,粉碎轴14上固定连接有粉碎刃15,利用粉碎刃15可以粉碎咖啡豆,粉 碎刃15的下方设置有螺旋板16,螺旋板16的边缘处开刃,可以粉碎咖啡豆,利用螺旋板16 可以将底层的咖啡豆翻到上层,对粉碎不完全的咖啡豆进行二次粉碎,提高粉碎效果,所述 螺旋板16的下方设置有搅拌棒19,搅拌棒19与粉碎轴14固定连接,粉碎轴14转动时带动搅 拌棒19转动,利用搅拌棒19对底部的咖啡豆进行搅拌,所述粉碎筒丨丨的内壁固定连接有弹 簧17,弹簧17的另一端固定连接有搅拌板18,搅拌板18的侧壁与搅拌棒19抵接,搅拌棒19 转动时,拨动搅拌板18,在弹簧17的共同作用下搅拌板18来回摆动,所述粉碎筒11的底部开 设有通孔29,粉碎筒11的下表面固定连接有研磨轴20,研磨轴20的下端固定连接有研磨球 21,所述基座1的上表面固定连接有第三电机27,第三电机27的轴伸端固定连接有收集槽 25,收集槽25内滑动连接有抽屉26,所述收集槽25的顶部开口,收集槽25的顶部固定连接有 研磨盘23,研磨盘23的上表面加工有研磨槽24,所述研磨槽24呈球面,研磨槽24的底部开设 有若干筛孔,研磨球21与研磨槽24的底部抵接,研磨槽24的周围设有挡板22,挡板22与研磨 盘23固定连接,防止咖啡粉飞溅,第一电机5运行时带动转轴6转动,进而通过连杆8带动固 定杆9转动,从而带动粉碎筒11转动,使咖啡豆混合更为充分,提升粉碎效果,粉碎筒^转动 时带动研磨球21在研磨槽24内转动,对粉碎后的咖啡进行研磨,研磨后的咖啡粉透过筛孔 洛入抽屉26内,所述固定板3的侧壁固定连接有控制台28,所述第一电机5、第二电机13、第 三电机27通过控制台28与外接电源电性连接。
[0018]本实用新型的工作原理是:将待加工的咖啡豆投入进料口 12,启动第一电机5,第 一电机5带动转轴6转动,进而带动扇叶7转动,给粉碎筒11降温,防止粉碎过程中产生高温, 影响咖啡粉的质量,转轴6带动连杆8转动,进而带动固定杆9转动,固定杆9带动粉碎筒11转 动,使咖啡豆混合更为均匀,提升粉碎效果,提高粉碎效率,启动第二电机13,第二电机13带 动粉碎轴14转动,进而带动粉碎刃15转动,粉碎咖啡豆,同时带动搅拌棒19转动,拨动搅拌 板18,在弹簧17的共同作用下搅拌板18来回摆动,使咖啡豆混合更为均匀,便于粉碎后的咖 啡豆颗粒穿过通孔29,粉碎后后的咖啡豆落在研磨槽24上,粉碎筒11转动时带动研磨球21 转动,利用研磨球21对研磨槽24上的咖啡豆进行研磨,同时启动第三电机27,第三电机27运 行时带动研磨槽24转动,使研磨效果更充分,提升研磨效率,研磨到一定程度的咖啡粉穿过 研磨槽24底部的筛孔落入抽屉26内。
