[0003] 随着水源危机和雨洪危害的加剧,将雨水加以收集利用作为水资源进行综合治理 已成为重要的新兴课题。在城市总体规划上,过去采用的合流制排水系统大多数已被改制, 改为分流制或截流制排水系统。随着城市大气污染及地面污染的严重,雨水径流污染愈加 严重,尤其是污染物较多的初期雨水,某些地区的初期雨水的污染物指标最高值已远远高 于典型城市生活污水。因此,有必要对雨水,尤其是初期雨水进行处理。
[0004] 目前我国对初期雨水的收集处理还处于初级阶段,收集初期雨水仅仅是不让其排 入水体污染水质,而对于初期雨水的过滤处理则很少考虑,多数直接排入市政生活污水管 网。初期雨水中含有的污染物浓度较高,尤其是道路初期雨水,直接排入生活污水管网会给 污水厂带来较大的负荷。 实用新型内容
[0005] 为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种模块化雨水过滤器,所述过滤器包括框架, 框架上方的盖板;框架底面上开有通孔,框架内从底面向上依次设有隔离板、过滤介质及隔 离板;所述隔离板能够使雨水透过。

[0032]进一步地,拦渣网可以将漂浮物等拦截在井体内;当过滤装置处理能力下降时,可 以打开井盖,对井体内部进行维护检查。

2. 如权利要求1所述的模块化雨水过滤器,其特征在于,所述框架为立方体结构; 所述过滤器还包括把手,其安装在所述盖板上; 所述盖板上设置有延伸到隔离板的压块,所述压块压在隔离板上。
3. 如权利要求1所述的模块化雨水过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤介质为珍珠岩、沸石、 石英砂、活性炭等中的一种或几种; 所述过滤介质根据处理需要设置其厚度和种类。
4. 如权利要求1所述的模块化雨水过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤介质使用滤网封装成 整体; 所述框架下方还设置支撑架; 所述支撑架下方还设置拦渣装置; 所述拦渣装置为穿孔板或滤网。

6. 如权利要求5所述的模块化雨水过滤系统,其特征在于,在井体内部靠近出水管处设 置溢流墙,在靠近进水管处设置过滤器; 所述系统还包括溢流墙与盖板之间的溢流槽,所述溢流槽上安装有拦渣网; 对所述进水管和出水管安装高度没有限制; 所述出水管不高于溢流墙的墙顶。
7. 如权利要求5或6所述的模块化雨水过滤系统,其特征在于,所述模块化雨水过滤器 的个数为1-1000个; 所述模块化雨水过滤器靠近溢流墙一侧的过水口与出水口连通;靠近进水管一端的过 水口被封住; 当所述模块化雨水过滤器为多个时,其在井体水流方向上分一排或多排在井体内部排 布;当呈多排排布时,每两个相邻模块化雨水过滤器相邻的过水口相连通,每排第一个靠近 进水管一端的过水口被封住,每排末端最后一个靠近溢流墙一端的过水口与溢流墙上的出 水口连通,因此,所述出水口根据模块化雨水过滤器的排布情况设置为一个或多个; 当所述模块化雨水过滤器为多个时,每排相邻过滤器的相邻过水口紧靠对齐设置,无 缝对接; 根据处理的雨水与污水量设置模块化雨水过滤器在井体中的高度; 根据所述模块化雨水过滤器的过水口设置出水口在溢流墙上的高度; 所述盖板上还设置井口,井口处设置井盖,所述井盖的个数为1个或1个以上; 所述井体和盖板预制后现场拼接。
8. —种道路分段雨水处理系统,所述系统包括:市政道路上的雨水干管,与雨水干管相 连的一条或多条雨水支管,所述雨水支管的末端连接有一个或多个雨水口;其特征在于,所 述系统对雨水干管和/或雨水支管进行分段,在每段雨水干管和/或雨水支管上设置如权利 要求6或7任一项所述的模块化雨水过滤系统。
9. 如权利要求8所述的道路分段雨水处理系统,其特征在于,所述分段为按照50-l〇〇〇m 进行分段; 所述系统根据每段道路上的处理需求和/或道路情况设置一个或多个串联或并联的模 块化雨水过滤系统。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的道路分段雨水处理系统,其特征在于,所述模块化雨水过滤 系统的井体前后端的进水管和出水管分别与雨水干管和/或雨水支管的前后方即上下游连 通; 在每段管道上所述模块化雨水过滤系统的前方即过滤池的进水方向还设置雨水分离 器; 所述雨水分离器选自雨水颗粒过滤装置、漂浮物拦截装置、水力颗粒分离装置、滤框式 雨水预处理装置、初雨旋流分离井、或水力旋流分离器等中的一种或多种; 在每段管道上还设置其他的雨水过滤器; 其他的雨水过滤器选自初期雨水过滤器、多级雨水净化处理设备、生物过滤器、多级雨 水生物处理装置、高效雨水过滤器、圆筒过滤系统、或快装式多级处理雨水过滤系统等中的 一种或多种; 所述雨水分离器和其他的雨水过滤器根据每段道路上的处理需求和/或道路情况设置 一个或串联或并联多个; 在所述雨水口上还设置有滤水袋和/或滤水桶。
