背景技术
目前国内光伏发电系统,有两种形式:地面上的光伏发电系统;建筑物屋顶上的光伏发电系统。地面上的光伏发电系统,要占用其他用地,涉及到土地征地,而建筑物屋顶上的光伏发电系统,能利用的面积有限,且光伏组件的布置常常受限。既要满足生活及工业用电的大量能源需求,同时减少土地使用面积,这成了发电领域中急需解决的难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不占用土地资源,同时结构简单便于实施安装的光伏浮筒。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:一种光伏浮筒,包括光伏板和可漂浮于水上的浮筒本体,所述的浮筒本体的上表面开设有凹部,所述的凹部与光伏板构成卡嵌式配合。
上述技术方案中,浮筒本体漂浮在水面上,具有良好的抗冲击性,其结构稳定且价格合理,将光伏板安装在浮筒本体的上表面与凹部构成卡嵌式配合,结构简单、安装便捷,节省了常规光伏发电系统的占地,同时可以利用天然水源为光伏板降温,提高光伏系统整体效率。

具体实施方式
结合附图1~3对本实用新型做出进一步的说明:
一种光伏浮筒,包括光伏板20和可漂浮于水上的浮筒本体10,所述的浮筒本体10的上表面开设有凹部11,所述的凹部11与光伏板20构成卡嵌式配合。浮筒本体10漂浮在水面上,具有良好的抗冲击性,其结构稳定且价格合理,将光伏板20安装在浮筒本体10的上表面与凹部11构成卡嵌式配合,结构简单、安装便捷,节省了常规光伏发电系统的占地,同时可以利用天然水源为光伏板20降温,提高光伏系统整体效率。
所述的浮筒本体10的上表面开设有盲孔12,所述的光伏板20的上表面侧边向外延伸有安装板21,安装板21开设有通孔,螺栓30穿过通孔与盲孔12连接。通过螺栓30与盲孔12、通孔的连接配合,进一步的加强光伏板20与浮筒本体10的连接稳定性。
所述的浮筒本体10的侧壁上布置有与浮筒本体10的上表面平行的连接耳13,所述的连接耳13开设有通孔。通过设置连接耳13将多组浮筒本体10连接,从而组成光伏板20阵列,增强了光伏发电效率。

1.一种光伏浮筒,包括光伏板(20)和可漂浮于水上的浮筒本体(10),其特征在于:所述的浮筒本体(10)的上表面开设有凹部(11),所述的凹部(11)与光伏板(20)构成卡嵌式配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏浮筒,其特征在于:所述的浮筒本体(10)的上表面开设有盲孔(12),所述的光伏板(20)的上表面侧边向外延伸有安装板(21),安装板(21)开设有通孔,螺栓(30)穿过通孔与盲孔(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光伏浮筒,其特征在于:所述的浮筒本体(10)的侧壁上布置有与浮筒本体(10)的上表面平行的连接耳(13),所述的连接耳(13)开设有通孔。
