[0002] 立式破碎机是一种常用设备,适用于各种岩石、磨料、耐火材料、水泥熟料、石英 石、铁矿石、混凝土骨料等多种硬、脆物料的中碎、细碎(制砂粒)。广泛运用于建筑,基建,工 程等行业中。
[0003] 现有立式破碎机的结构主要包括给料斗、分料盘、切割环、动锥,主轴等,其中分料 盘位于给料斗制出的进料口下方的对应位置。在使用过程中物料从进料口进入,经给料斗 后,大都直接冲击至分料盘的上端部,之后再由分料盘四周下落进行破碎。
[0004]在实际使用过程中,现针对动锥这种无吊装螺纹的零件进行吊装,目前多采用钢 绳捆绑后进行起吊,在吊装时不但不易固定,还容易出现坠落等安全问题,另外,针对安装 有分料盘的动锥和相关结构的起吊,在目前的操作过程中,只能将分料盘,锁紧螺栓等结构 进行拆除,而吊装移动后,还需将上述结构重新安装,因此,该拆装过程极大浪费了人工,且 吊装过程存在隐患。 实用新型内容
