本实用新型公开了一种草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱，由箱盖、塑料铰链、箱体、卡扣、保温层、自制保鲜盒、支撑条、分隔板、透气窗构成，所述箱体设有箱盖，箱盖上设有透气窗，箱盖通过塑料脚链及卡扣与箱体扣合，箱体内侧及底部附着保温层，中间安装分隔板，支撑条镶嵌在箱体内壁及分隔板上，自制保鲜盒上设有透气孔。其有益效果是：箱体体积适中，搬运及运输十分便利，支撑条的设计可以使装有草莓的保鲜盒悬空摆放，能够保证草莓在运输过程中不易因震动产生损伤，透气窗及透气孔的设计能够保证箱内气体流通顺畅，避免由于二氧化碳含量过高而使草莓发生腐烂。

本实用新型涉及一种草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱，属于运输保鲜技术领域。
背景技术
由于草莓属于典型的呼吸跃变型果实，果皮薄、果肉软、含水量较高且成熟期多集中在8-9月，采后即迅速成熟，在贮藏期间易受疫病、软腐病等多种病害的侵染，极易导致霉变腐败，在运输中发生这些现象主要原因是包装箱体过于密闭，在呼吸作用下不断释放二氧化碳及乙烯气体，二氧化碳过量会导致草莓发生大面积腐烂，乙烯对草莓起到催熟作用，同样使腐烂率大大增加，其次在运输中无法避免震动带来的机械伤，使草莓更容易发生病害。
发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的缺陷，提供一种能够避免草莓在运输过程中发生现象，同时能够延长贮期的草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱，其特征在于它包括箱盖1、塑料链条2、箱体3、卡扣4、保温层5、自制保鲜盒6、支撑条7、分隔板8、透气窗9；其中箱体3与箱盖1是由塑料链条3相连接，通过卡扣4闭合，箱盖1上设有透气窗9，箱体内侧及底部附着保温层，箱体中部安装分隔板8，支撑条7安装在分隔板8及箱体内侧，自制保鲜盒6依靠支撑条7的支撑依次固定在箱体内，呈悬空状排列。
本实用新型公开的草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱的工作原理是:通过高密度低压聚乙烯（HDPE）箱体3构造为载体，运用物理及生物技术的保鲜贮藏方式解决草莓在运输过程当中发生腐坏、机械伤等常见问题，如该专利中采用的聚氨酯保温层5能够满足草莓在运输过程中处于恒定低温的环境；透气窗9能够保证箱内气体流通顺畅，避免由于二氧化碳含量过高而使草莓发生腐烂；自制保鲜盒6能够使中量级数量的草莓减少到低量级，既满足了市场需求，又极大程度上减少草莓大面积腐坏的概率；支撑条7和分隔板8组成稳定的减震装置，与自制保鲜盒6悬空摆放的设计能够保证草莓在运输过程中不易因震动产生损伤。

附图1、2、3为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该它包括箱盖1、塑料链条2、箱体3、卡扣4、保温层5、自制保鲜盒6、支撑条7、分隔板8、透气窗9；其中箱体与箱盖是由塑料链条相连接，通过卡扣闭合，箱盖上设有透气窗，其目的是能够保持箱体内空气流通，防止因CO2含量过高使草莓发生腐坏现象。箱体3内侧及底部附着保温层5，箱体中部安装分隔板8，支撑条7安装在分隔板8及箱体内侧，自制保鲜盒6依靠支撑条7的支撑依次固定在箱体内，呈悬空状排列，起到减震作用，避免草莓在运输中收到机械伤。

附图4、5为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实用新型一种草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱，主要创新点在于透气窗9及透气孔6-1的设置，能够保证箱内气体流通顺畅，避免由于二氧化碳含量过高而使草莓发生腐烂。

1.一种草莓运输减震组合保鲜箱，其特征在于它包括箱盖（1）、塑料链条（2）、箱体（3）、卡扣（4）、保温层（5）、自制保鲜盒（6）、支撑条（7）、分隔板（8）、透气窗（9）；其中箱体（3）与箱盖（1）是由塑料链条（2）相连接，通过卡扣（4）闭合，箱盖（1）上设有透气窗（9），箱体（3）内侧及底部附着保温层（5），箱体中部安装分隔板（8），支撑条（7）安装在分隔板（8）及箱体（3）内侧，自制保鲜盒（6）依靠支撑条（7）的支撑依次固定在箱体内，呈悬空状排列。
