背景技术
在现有技术中,光伏电板的支架都是通过支架支撑,而支架的角度不是可调的,这样就会不利于光伏电板最大的太阳能的接收面积,造成能源的损失;同时由于不可调节,将会影响安装的效率和造成支架材料的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了半圆弧固定可调节支架,能够实现支架的角度调节,适用于不同的阳光照射角度,提高了能源的利用率和安装速度。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
半圆弧固定可调节支架,包括两个支腿1,两个支腿1的顶部通过安装块2连接转轴3,转轴3安装在用于安装光伏电池板4的横支架5上,横支架5上的下表面安装有半圆弧的固定支架6,半圆弧的固定支架6的外半圆弧上设置有齿条7,支腿1上安装有与齿条7啮合的齿轮8。
所述的两个支腿1之间的角度50°。

本实用新型采用转轴3实现横支架5的转动,支腿1上安装有与齿条7啮合的齿轮8实现调节横支架5转动的角度;具有操作简单,安装速度的特点。
