Abstract

现有的施工技术中，在进行对于塑胶跑道、网球场、篮球场、室内球场等体育运动场地的施工中，尤其是在对塑胶跑道混合型原料的混合工艺过程中，通常依靠人工进行搅拌处理，占用过多劳动力，费时费力，效率低，混合质量不好，有的采用搅拌机进行搅拌，效率比人工搅拌高，但是采用搅拌机搅拌时在运料移动过程中很不方便，因此设计一种配合搅拌机使用的搅拌周转车很有必要。
（三）实用新型内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种设计合理，省时省力，转运方便的搅拌周转车。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种搅拌周转车，包括移动推车和翻转机架，其特征在于：所述移动推车两侧设有车架，翻转机架两侧固定有铰接轴，铰接轴铰接安装在车架上，一侧铰接轴上连接有倒料转把，翻转机架上下两侧分别安装有料筒护圈；所述移动推车底部设有滚轮。
进一步地，所述移动推车上设有扶手。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该搅拌周转车设计合理，将料筒放入翻转机架内，通过搅拌机对料筒内原料进行混合搅拌，搅拌完成后，通过移动推车转运到施工位置，然后翻转倒料转把快速倾倒混合原料，使用省时省力，解决了搅拌后的运输问题，转运方便，提高了工作效率。

使用时将料筒放入翻转机架2的料筒护圈6内，通过搅拌机对料筒内原料进行混合搅拌，搅拌完成后，通过移动推车1转运到施工位置，然后翻转倒料转把5快速倾倒混合原料，使用省时省力，转运方便。
