Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种成卷机，包括机架、送料装置、均棉罗拉、综合打手、尘轮、防粘装置、压紧罗拉、棉卷罗拉和卷棉辊，送料装置水平设置在机架的右端，均棉罗拉设置在所述送料装置的右侧上方的机架上，所述均棉罗拉的左侧依次设置为综合打手、尘轮、防粘装置、压紧罗拉、棉卷罗拉和卷棉辊，尘轮的底部设置为灰尘箱，所述灰尘箱的箱壁安装有排尘扇，通过设置送料装置给成卷机添料节约了人力，设置两个带孔尘轮的反向转动更好的清理棉花中的杂质，提高了成卷出来成品的质量，压紧罗拉的设置可以提高成卷的质量，防止了棉絮在成卷前的松开而卡住卷棉辊，也有利于成卷的效率。

本实用新型涉及成卷机技术领域，尤其涉及一种成卷机。
背景技术
棉纱是棉纤维经纺纱工艺加工而成的纱，经合股加工后成为棉线。棉纱纺纱首先将原料的棉花原料捆进行抓棉清理，然后将清理后的棉花进行松棉、梳理，经过多道松棉梳理之后得到初步的棉条，再将棉条送入精梳机上进行精梳达到最后的成品。原棉经过抓棉机抓取后经过多道开棉机进行蓬松除杂处理之后，需要将棉花卷绕成卷，然后送至梳棉机上进行梳棉。
现有的成卷机成卷效率低下，成卷出来的棉花含有杂质除去不干净，而且成卷时易发生机器故障容易卡住卷棉辊。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种成卷机。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种成卷机，包括机架、送料装置、均棉罗拉、综合打手、尘轮、防粘装置、压紧罗拉、棉卷罗拉和卷棉辊，所述送料装置水平设置在机架的右端，所述均棉罗拉设置在所述送料装置的右侧上方的机架上，所述均棉罗拉的左侧依次设置为综合打手、尘轮、防粘装置、压紧罗拉、棉卷罗拉和卷棉辊，所述尘轮的底部设置为灰尘箱，所述灰尘箱的箱壁安装有排尘扇。
上述一种成卷机，所述综合打手的底部设置有齿轮版。
上述一种成卷机，两个所述尘轮的转向相反。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型通过设置送料装置给成卷机添料节约了人力，设置两个带孔尘轮的反向转动更好的清理棉花中的杂质，提高了成卷出来成品的质量，压紧罗拉的设置可以提高成卷的质量，防止了棉絮在成卷前的松开而卡住卷棉辊，也有利于成卷的效率。
