[0003] 辊式磨煤机是磨煤机的一种,电动机通过减速机带动磨盘转动,物料经锁风喂料 器从进料口落在磨盘中央,同时热风从进风口进入磨内。随着磨盘的转动,物料在离心力的 作用下,向磨盘边缘移动,经过磨盘上的环形槽时受到磨辊的碾压而粉碎,粉碎后的物料在 磨盘边缘被风环高速气流带起,大颗粒直接落到磨盘上重新粉磨,气流中的物料经过上部 分离器时,在旋转转子的作用下,粗粉从锥斗落到磨盘重新粉磨,合格细粉随气流一起出 磨,通过收尘装置收集,即为产品,含有水分的物料在与热气流的接触过程中被烘干,通过 调节热风温度,能满足不同湿度物料要求,达到所要求的产品水分。通过调整分离器,可达 到不同产品所需的粗细度。
[0004] 传统中速磨煤机磨辊辊套磨损严重,经一段时间的使用后,磨辊辊套表面凹凸不 平,这不仅会对轴承造成损伤,使磨机整体运行不平稳,也会导致磨机供电电压间歇式不稳 定,甚至烧损电机,严重影响正常生产。
[0005] 因此,如何改变现有技术中,磨煤机磨辊辊套容易磨损影响正常生产秩序的现状, 是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。 实用新型内容

[0007] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下方案:本实用新型提供一种中速磨煤机 磨辊辊套,包括基体,所述基体为中空的圆锥台形,所述基体的外侧面上设置多个固定棒, 所述固定棒的表面设置陶瓷颗粒结构层,多个所述固定棒之间填充复合结构层,所述复合 结构层由耐磨材质制成。

[0015] 本实用新型相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:本实用新型的中速磨煤机磨辊 辊套,在辊套的基体外侧面上设置了多个固定棒,固定棒表面具有陶瓷颗粒,固定棒之间填 充复合结构层,复合结构层由耐磨材质制成。在辊套基体上增设了固定棒,固定棒表面设置 耐磨的陶瓷颗粒,固定棒之间填充由耐磨材质制成的复合结构层,相当于在磨辊辊套的外 侧面增设了一层耐磨层,且耐磨层中设置固定棒作为支撑,形成具有支撑的陶瓷增强金属 基耐磨层的磨辊辊套,提升磨辊辊套的耐磨性,延长磨辊辊套的使用寿命,从而保证磨煤机 的正常生产周期。

[0027]具体地,固定棒2为圆柱体结构,固定棒2的轴线与基体1的侧面相垂直,更好地均 匀地支撑基体1外侧的陶瓷增强金属基耐磨层,多个固定棒2呈圆周状均布于基体1的外侧 面上,考虑到磨辊辊套的工作状态,令多个固定棒2呈圆周状均布于基体1的外侧面上,不影 响磨辊辊套的重心分布。
[0028] 在本实用新型的其他具体实施方式中,为了使固定棒在中速磨煤机磨辊辊套表面 更加均匀地分布,还可以设置不锈钢龟甲网(图中未示出),龟甲网是由耐高温、耐腐蚀的特 殊金属材料制成,不锈钢龟甲网固定于基体1的外侧面上,不锈钢龟甲网具有六边形孔,固 定棒2插入不锈钢龟甲网的孔内,龟甲网的六边形孔互相联通,在浇注复合结构层时便于相 互联通,不致在某一六边形孔内堆积,而其周边则浇注不到位。与此同时,固定棒2由陶瓷材 质制成,陶瓷材质价格廉宜,稳定性高,最重要的是,采用不锈钢龟甲网与陶瓷材质的固定 棒2相结合,可省略陶瓷颗粒结构层3,陶瓷固定棒2本身即具有耐磨结构层,简化工艺流程。 [0029] 更具体地,陶瓷颗粒结构层3环绕固定棒2的侧面设置,陶瓷颗粒结构层3由陶瓷颗 粒粘接构成,陶瓷颗粒的粒径不大于1.5mm,将陶瓷颗粒均匀地粘贴在固定棒2的侧面,形成 耐磨的陶瓷颗粒结构层。

[0038]步骤四、二次浇注,采用高温金属液浇注使其将多个固定棒2之间的空隙填满,在 二次浇注的过程中,由于铝的熔点较低,当铝材质的固定棒与高温金属液接触时,开始熔化 并将粘附其上的陶瓷颗粒释放,形成陶瓷颗粒增强金属基的复合材料,本实施方式中采用 三浇道进行浇注,保证了成型后陶瓷颗粒的均匀分布。需要强调的是,陶瓷颗粒在高温金属 液作用下爆裂,金属液温度为1200-1350°C,金属液和陶瓷颗粒充分渗透融合,互为一体,形 成陶瓷颗粒增强金属基的复合结构层,有效提高了陶瓷颗粒与金属基体间的结合力。
