一种市政建筑排水用高强度承压PE管，包括管材主体，管材主体的一端设有承接口，另一端设有插接口，管材主体的外表面上靠近承接口的位置还设有应力缓冲台；管材主体的内部设有一层耐磨增韧线；在管材主体的外侧壁上设置多组纵向加强单元，每组纵向加强单元由多个纵向加强筋构成，所述纵向加强筋沿着管材主体的轴向方向设置在管材主体的外侧壁上；在相邻两组纵向加强单元的间隔处缠绕有加强管；所述承接口的内侧壁上设有限位凸环；所述插接口上设有第一密封圈，第一密封圈卡在限位凸环内；所述插接口上靠近第一密封圈的位置设有第二密封圈，所述第二密封圈上加工有收缩孔。该PE管强度高，管与管之间连接处密封性好，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本实用新型属于管材领域，具体涉及一种市政建筑排水用高强度承压PE管。
背景技术
排水管道埋于道路之下，需要承受土壤重量所产生的静荷载，以及车辆运行而产生的动荷载。所以，排水管道必须具有足够的强度，方能承受外部荷载和内部水压力的作用。同时，两排水管之间的连接处还要求有足够好的密封性，防止管道漏水。
现有排水管为增加环刚度通常在管的材料上进行改进，聚乙烯已成为目前最常用的材料之一，其耐腐蚀性、抗渗性等均是其他材料无法比拟的。但现有聚乙烯管材长期使用时仍会出现管材破裂，两管之间连接处出现漏水的现象。关于如何进一步增强聚乙烯材质管材的环刚度，延长PE管材的使用寿命，避免长期使用时两管之间出现破裂或漏水现象出现研发瓶颈。吉林经济技术开发区城发集塑管业股份有限公司曾尝试在管材的外表面缠绕增强管来提高管材的强度，但该形式管材长期使用后管与管之间连接部分的强度和密封性仍无法保证，管材局部位置仍会出现管材破裂或漏水现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强度高，管与管之间连接处密封性好，使用寿命长的市政建筑排水用高强度承压PE管。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的高强度承压PE管包括：管材主体，在所述管材主体的一端设有承接口，另一端设有插接口，在所述管材主体的外表面上靠近承接口的位置还设有应力缓冲台，所述应力缓冲台的高度低于承接口的高度；在管材主体的内部设有一层耐磨增韧线，所述耐磨增韧线成网格状分布；在管材主体的外侧壁上沿着管材主体的径向方向间隔设置多组纵向加强单元，每组纵向加强单元由至少三个纵向加强筋构成，所述纵向加强筋沿着管材主体的轴向方向间隔均布设置在管材主体的外侧壁上，相邻两组纵向加强单元上的纵向加强筋交错设置；在相邻两组纵向加强单元的间隔处缠绕有加强管；所述承接口用于与另外一个管材主体上的插接口进行插接，在所述承接口的内侧壁上设有限位凸环；在所述插接口的外侧壁上设有第一密封圈；所述第一密封圈剖切后的端面成三角形，第一密封圈卡在限位凸环内，用于将承接口与管材主体连接部位进行密封；在所述插接口上靠近第一密封圈的位置还设有第二密封圈，在所述第二密封圈上加工有收缩孔，安装时通过收缩孔的收缩使插接口插在承接口上。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选，所述的耐磨增韧线采用钢丝或帆布线。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果：
（1）本实用新型提供的PE管通过在管材外表面增加纵向加强单元，同时在管材主体内部增加耐磨增韧线，该形式在不影响PE管管材柔韧性的情况下增加管材的环刚度；同时，该管材在使用过程中采用将两管进行插接的方式，通过双层密封圈实现密封，其密封效果好，长时间使用也不会出现漏水现象，实际使用过程中安装方便、快捷。
（2）本实用新型提供的PE管在承接口处设有应力缓冲台，通过应力缓冲台使施加在承接口处的应力减小，避免承接口与管材主体连接的位置发生破裂，导致漏水的问题。
（3）本实用新型提供的PE管在承接口处设有限位凸环，该限位凸环将第一密封圈卡在承接口与管材主体的连接部位，进一步增加了管材连接处的密封效果；同时，增设限位凸环还能有效防止管材主体在外界动荷载的情况下发生脱管或管道连接松动等现象。
（4）本实用新型提供的PE管其使用寿命长，耐冲击强度高，重物直接压过管道，不会导致管道破裂。

参阅图1，本实用新型提供的高强度承压PE管包括：管材主体1，在所述管材主体的一端设有承接口2，另一端设有插接口3，在所述管材主体的外表面上靠近承接口的位置还设有应力缓冲台4，所述应力缓冲台4的高度低于承接口2的高度；在管材主体的内部设有一层耐磨增韧线11，所述耐磨增韧线成网格状分布，耐磨增韧线可以采用钢丝或帆布线；在管材主体1的外侧壁上沿着管材主体的径向方向间隔设置多组纵向加强单元，每组纵向加强单元由至少三个纵向加强筋12构成，所述纵向加强筋12沿着管材主体1的轴向方向间隔均布设置在管材主体的外侧壁上，相邻两组纵向加强单元上的纵向加强筋交错设置；在相邻两组纵向加强单元的间隔处缠绕有加强管5；所述承接口2用于与另外一个管材主体1上的插接口进行插接，在所述承接口的内侧壁上设有限位凸环21；在所述插接口3的外侧壁上设有第一密封圈31；所述第一密封圈31剖切后的端面成直角三角形，将插接口3插在承接口2上时，所述第一密封圈31卡在限位凸环21内，第一密封圈31将承接口与管材主体连接部位进行密封，使管材主体内部管道与下一个管材主体的内部管道对接，防止管道内的水通过承接口与管材主体连接部位渗透到插接口上，使插接口与承接口连接不牢靠；在所述插接口3上靠近第一密封圈31的位置还设有第二密封圈32，在所述第二密封圈32上加工有收缩孔321，安装时通过收缩孔321的收缩使插接口插在承接口上。

1.一种市政建筑排水用高强度承压PE管，包括：管材主体，在所述管材主体的一端设有承接口，另一端设有插接口，其特征在于：在所述管材主体的外表面上靠近承接口的位置还设有应力缓冲台，所述应力缓冲台的高度低于承接口的高度；在管材主体的内部设有一层耐磨增韧线，所述耐磨增韧线成网格状分布；在管材主体的外侧壁上沿着管材主体的径向方向间隔设置多组纵向加强单元，每组纵向加强单元由至少三个纵向加强筋构成，所述纵向加强筋沿着管材主体的轴向方向间隔均布设置在管材主体的外侧壁上，相邻两组纵向加强单元上的纵向加强筋交错设置；在相邻两组纵向加强单元的间隔处缠绕有加强管；所述承接口用于与另外一个管材主体上的插接口进行插接，在所述承接口的内侧壁上设有限位凸环；在所述插接口的外侧壁上设有第一密封圈，所述第一密封圈剖切后的端面成三角形；所述第一密封圈卡在限位凸环内，用于将承接口与管材主体连接部位进行密封；在所述插接口上靠近第一密封圈的位置还设有第二密封圈，在所述第二密封圈上加工有收缩孔，安装时通过收缩孔的收缩使插接口插在承接口上。
